We've been here many times because my children love the beer and Fukumori Brew has vegetarian for my daughter and meat for my son. Few restaurants in town make my children happy at the same time . Plus, for the in-laws, Fullerton Brew has a full bar with delightful cocktails. I loved the Greek Chicken Tacos. The busy but efficient server even found honey for my coffee. read more

Do any of you other reviewers have taste buds? When I think of house potatoes, I think fried golden and crispy, maybe with garlic and spices. You can look it up on Google and see all the pretty pictures of what house potatoes should look like. Here, they cubed up the potatoes, but then tried to boil it like mashed potatoes, then decided to give up halfway. And it was bland. The calamari tasted like it was microwaved. We had the fish and chips (light, flakey, great quality fish), guineas pot roast/stew (hearty...enough for 2 people to share), and the breakfast chicken enchiladas (good, but would probably order something else). Wow, what a change! $8 Bloody Mary's were spicy and delicious! The breakfast veggie omelette was fresh and tasty. Sausage biscuit gravy and eggs amazing. Service was excellent but they were slow on Saturday morning at 9 am, which is surprising. The ambiance is trendy and comfortable, they have done a nice job updating this place. Fullerton brew company is one of the most hidden gems for food in the city. The signature chicken risotto is amazing, big enough to share. The Greek tacos are delicious, and everything else we've tried...and the portions are more than enough. Sitting outside on the street is really nice & comfortable. Give it a try if you've never been. read more

Beer's ICE COLD and the grubbing is outrageous! Happy Hour is from 3-6 pm Monday through Friday and the menu items are great! The options range from meat to chicken to fish to vegetarian! American to Asian to Mexican to Southwestern! You got burgers, quesadillas, baby back ribs, calamari, Chicken wings, potstickers, nachos, seared ahi, Sliders, potato skins, etc. - and this is ONLY the Happy Hour Menu! Today I opted for the Wheat draft and as I told Kayla, probably THE COLDEST BEER I've had anywhere in the area - and it wasn't because the glass was cold...the beer was perfectly chilled as well. I also decided on the potato skins. They were hot and crispy and the cheese was melted and gooey. The bacon had a great Smokey flavor. The Pico De Gallo was tasty as well. The salsa was made from charred ingredients and complimented the dish. (Yeah...I'm a chef so I often go "there") MY ONLY critique would be that a spoon automatically be supplied when salsa is served as it lets the customer know it's needed - and this salsa shouldn't go to waste! I had the urge to shoot it! Next time I will...and follow it with an ice cold! If you haven't been to this place - formerly known as the Stadium Tavern - you really should consider coming here...sooner than later! The employees are always cool! The bartender, Kayla (hope I'm spelling it correctly), was not only beautiful but was so cool and funny that it made me remember why I have been here in the past...nothing better than cool employees to front your business! Smart hiring! They're very friendly and professional. They're always smiling and helpful! And what more do you want from a place you go to grub well and feel good!? Not much! I honestly only show up if theres a sports event being broadcast here, or to catch up with old friends since I'm from out of state. The prices are high for low quality food. Easy going vibe with a gourmet menu. My mom and I came here after a grueling personal day, and it was the perfect way to end it. I had the buffalo chicken fingers (yes I am an adult lol) and my mom had the Angel Hair de Sol pasta. The buffalo sauce was on point, and their blue cheese dressing tasted homemade. I like Stadium on any given Friday or Saturday during the middle of the day. I love to sit outside and take in the slow Wilshire traffic and laugh with my friends while I enjoy some of their great Happy-Hour appetizers that are priced at just $5 for full portions. I usually grab two different appetizers and relax on the patio and get great service. There aren't ever any wild drunks here, usually a pretty low-key family-type crowd. Sometimes there's parties or groups, but most all classy-folk, and smiles all around. Yesterday the gang and I came here to watch the chargers and colts game! Both teams which ben and I aren't really a fan of but a few of us were major colts and major charger fans. However the house was filled with charger fans and so when we cheered for the colts they threw us some lines haha...oh well. anyways we got here and the waitress was pretty attentive considering the game going on, with a full house of rowdy fans. We kept the drinks and food flowing the entire nite. Ben F in fact indulged in 96oz of beer....NINETY SIX FREAKING OUNCES...thats my baby! he also ate... garlic bread, wings, chicken nachos, chinese chicken salad, pastrami sandwitch, shrimp and fries, pizza, chili bowl, and whatever else he could get his hand on. DISGUSTING RIGHT??? but not for Ben he is an eatting MACHINE! the food was okay typical bar food greasy and fun rather then really tasty. the garlic bread was really good the pizza...was not. the nachos were awesome the wings...were not. the shrimp basket had the tiniest shrimps around but still the heavy batter was pretty tasty and the pastrami was seriously lacking the pastrami... Where to begin. I visited this restaurant on a limb with my girlfriend. We were extremely hungry and happened to be walking that infamous Harbor Blvd. near Buffalo Exchange. The place was PACKED. One thing I was not a fan of is that almost every inch of the walls are covered with bright loud TVs. So unless you're at the bar or off to the side at a few tables, you're forced to be under a loud electronic device people are staring at right above your head. We waited a few minutes and they finally seated us. First red flag. Their prices. They seemed a little steep for the location and style of food. It was 14 for the burger, which I ordered with fries. My girlfriend ordered chicken and waffles, at a whopping 16 dollars. Her daughter had the macaroni and cheese. So we're already talking almost 40 dollars worth of food. Our food arrived. This is where the trouble began. My burger patty was undercooked. The lettuce was brown and gross. The tomato was cut too thick, and it was cold. Even the bun was crumbly and dry. Comparable to an extremely below average diner burgie. Her waffles were RUBBERY. Still partially frozen on the inside. The chicken was dry as hell. She could barely cut into it. Three bites in, we had to return it. Don't even get me started on the child's Mac and cheese. It was a pasty bowl of slop. Just because you put a thin layer of overcooked noodles under a mountain of plain fatty tasteless cheese, does not give you the right to call it Mac and cheese. Although after we complained and they comped the chicken and waffle travesty, we have not returned, and we do not plan to. read more

The Cobb salad's loaded with bleu cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, eggs, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and a helping of glorious BACON. Also recommend the enormous grilled ahi sandwich, which comes with curly fries. I'm a sucker for curly fries. No-no to the BBQ chicken sandwich... and a thumbsup to the margerita pizza. Food prices here could decrease a tad but other than that, their food tastes great. When it's not so crowded, the atmosphere almost has a library feel to it (just with big screen TV's plastered everywhere). Their side salad was good and the shredded cheese on it was amazinglyummy! Service here has really gone down hill since Nick is no longer managing this location. Unless you're a regular, which we used to be, they really don't care if you stay or go. Came on a Friday night looking for a table for six. There were a couple tables open that would have accommodated us, but the hostess gave us a 45 min to1 hour wait time. No explanation. That's it. So while we were deciding where/what to do, a server for FBC walked by us and was smirking. My daughter asked her if they were short on servers and she said "yep" in a snarky attitude. WOW. We have been coming here for years, even supporting them through and after Covid. Always our first pick to watch sports in Fullerton, not sure if we'll be back. It is want crazy busy, no one was running trying yo handle the crowd, they just didn't care to seat anyone, or even explain why. First, let me say our server Kelsey was absolutely fantastic and that's the only reason this place gets 3 stars. I ordered the margherita pizza ( fresh tomato and basil ) with a cup of chili. I had to ask them to take both items back because they were not very good. I then ordered the buffalo wings, ate one and took the rest home....I put my wings in the microwave for 2 mins and one of the wings was still raw! Never again unfortunately. It was almost ok for my group because three of our five are kids, but the bathroom is out of order and the patio is currently the route to the bathroom. Chicken was a little dry biting into it. But man, that sauce was exceptional. Ahi Sashimi Entrée - $24 - average 3/5 Ahi sashimi tasted standard. Came here by chance after mountain biking on Easter Sunday 2015. We were able to sit outside which was great so we could keep an eye on the bikes.
