The service was fast, and depending on when you get there, this is a nice spot to sit down a couple hours, plug in your phone and/or computer, and get some work done. The family and I ate breakfast here last weekend and everything was delicious. I had the French toast and it was not too crispy or too soggy. The eggs were delicious and the bacon wasn't too crispy either. I don't like any of my food too crispy or crunchy. The family had some drinks and said they hit the spot. Sat outside on a Friday evening. It was a very relaxing ambiance. The road is closed from traffic so it was nice to sit outside, people watch and see kids riding their scooters around. An ambiance you can't find at most restaurants. Ordered a few drinks and the grilled fish tacos which were surprisingly pretty good. I would get them again. The only downside to my evening was the service. Our waitress was very nice but it took beyond normal wait times to get anything. Ambience is very group friendly inside of the restaurant but if you come alone they have patio and street dining. Dogs are allowed within the general area, parking may be chaotic but there is multiple parking lots within walking distant. For my lunch I got a fullerton lemonade & a giant pretzel. Both were good, the Fullerton lemonade seems like a summer refresher but it was perfect for my lunch. The sauces complimented the fresh pretzel so well, mustard with seeds is my favorite. Very disappointing experience. Went in on Thursday night for trivia. Was not very busy and we were sat immediately. However, 20 minutes went by without a single gesture from a server, so we walked out. There were two servers and they both helped tables around us but did not make a single attempt to stop at our table and ask if we had been helped yet. Train your staff better. It's not hard to pass by a table and quickly say "someone will be right with you." Honestly felt like they were only helping the "regulars". Not a good business practice to be missing out on paying customers. It seemed like they had got busy all of a sudden with some bigger parties sitting outside but luckily the young man taking care of us was super on top of everything. Fantastic! Hasn't disappointed me yet. Definitely will keep on coming back! The drink menu is quite large. Plenty of beers on tap; IPAs, Ales, Ciders, Specialties, Darks, Ambers.... definitely a large list. Whiskey list is pretty heavy as well. They also offer a nice selection of wines. You've gotta start with the most incredible House Salad I've ever had. This salad is well thought out and, hands down, the best! Loaded with fresh leafy lettuce, croutons, cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes. I prefer it with their Italian dressing which is robust but not too overpowering. I could just show up and eat this salad and be one happy diner! Perfection. Starters are amazing. Potstickers have a delicious sauce with a little kick, served with sticky white rice. Nachos Grande is piled high with chips and cheese, jalapenos, black beans. Definitely great with the chopped mushrooms! My favorite appetizer though is the Brussels Sprouts, crispy sprouts tossed with potatoes.... add some bacon and Parmesan cheese, HEAVEN!! It is served with a garlic aioli. Some of the best entrees are the Seared Ahi, served on rice and asparagus, and the Angel Hair Del Sol, add some shrimp to it! Plus several of the dishes are served with their garlic bread which is really delish. Going for breakfast? Then you should try the Breakfast Enchilada and wash it down with a Bloody Mary (or Maria, as I prefer...). Alright, so after all that, you are stuffed and ready to go take a food coma nap, but don't! You MUST try the best Mud Pie for dessert! Wowzers! I'm really impressed with the Fullerton Brew Company, definitely has become one of my favorites in DTF. And during this pandemic, the outside dining is really pleasant and adorably lit at night. Prices are a bit on the high side, but I believe that the quality and flavor warrant the prices. For parking, there is nearby street parking and also close to 2 separate lots. What I like is that you wander in off of a side street, into a clean Euro-style bar with lots of TVs. The vibe is really relaxed and friendly, but with a nice modern and clean feel to it.
