I have been going here since 2009 at least and I have never felt taken advantage of or that they have done shoddy service. In fact, my dad brings his car here too and not too long ago, I brought his car in because the check engine light came on. Riqaan looked at the car and ran a diagnostic test...a dishonest mechanic would have made something up and charged me and he didn't. They always take the time to explain exactly what is happening, what my options are and how I can save money. They always have coupons throughout the year which I always take advantage of and it has really made a difference in my budget. I am reading the reviews people are leaving here and it blows my mind. Mechanics cannot control the previous work you have had done on your vehicle prior to bringing it in, and shouldn't be held responsible. Took my 2000 xj8 Jaguar to them for service. They diagnosed it and told me $1900. I paid that and the car still didn't work. Brought it back and was quoted $980. Paid that and still had to get it towed to them. Car often sat in their shop about 2 to 3 weeks before they got back with me with another quote. Again I paid for a new battery because they said this was one of my problems. Replaced the battery and the car had to be towed back to them. Finally they said if I was to give them $500 they could fix the problem. This went on for over a year. Finally I had to sell the car for a little of nothing and purchase another car because they took all my money and never fixed my car. I'm doing a BBB complaint against them. read more

She caught an attitude and refused to work with my warranty company to have the issue approved for maintenance. My warranty fully covers my engine so there shouldn't be any issues. I brought it in for a serious maybe trans problem. The one son quoted me $3100, I had no plans on fixing it. I go to pick it up the mom says $3400, that was enough for me to never go back, a $300 difference in a matter of an hour. I bought my 06 Ford Escape because my manual transmission would start in 1st gear, I would pull into an intersection and I would have no 2nd or 3rd gear. I would be stuck in the intersection and have to coast to the curb. I had car towed and after their diagnostic they addressed an electrical problem and my repair was under $80. I had contacted a transmission repair shop and they said $800! I was happy that FullServ was ethical and didn't overcharge me. The people here are friendly, but the mechanics they have working for them aren't the best. Brought in my car for an oil change and they stripped the screw on my drain plug. I confronted them about it a week later and they told me that it was "someone else", but they had put a temporary drain plug in "on them". Long story short I had to replace my whole oil pan simply because they don't like to unscrew the drain plugs by hand. The Good, the bad and the ugly experience with this shop. The GOOD :Have been their customer for a while. I trusted them and kept coming back. Never had any issues and if even if a faulty part was installed-they would replace it for free. This summer had to visit the shop 4 times because of the car issues. The BAD :Unfortunately, during my last visit they pulled my car out of the shop with damaged brake lines. I questioned what happened and the response was "it happens all the time...the car was rusty..." The technician somehow damaged BOTH brake lines, leaving my car unsafe to drive and the owner would not take responsibility. I tried resolving issue with Sue the owner, but she refused to repair, give me credit, or resolve the problem in any way. The UGLY :Unhappy with my experience I decided to put couple negative reviews on Facebook but than the revulsion and disgust started. The owner unhappy about my and the other customers comments called me leaving intimidating and threatening messages on my voicemail, and I was even reported to the police. The shop owner lacks basic responsibility for their behavior and work. They lack basic business sense as well. This is not how you treat your customers. I have had to bring my car Back and forth to them three times for not having the parts or not having enough time throughout the day. When I first brought it up there it stayed there for a whole 24 hrs, when I went to pick it up they said the needed a small part that they tried to clean out several times but didn't work so they let me take my car and to come back and it would only take 30-40 minutes to put in, been up there for 4hours now!! I just paid 250 for nothing!!! My car is having a rough time starting up. Went to this shop and they proceeded to ask what the symptoms were. They ended up charging me to tune the car up yet my initial issue is still present. Not only is the issue present, i have more dash lights and the problem is worse! I will never go back to this place again. I can go to an alley mechanic and he'd be able to diagnose the problem better than this place. Which leads me to believe that they are either seeking max dollar from their customers or inexperienced in diagnosing problems. Lastly, only because I'm at Interstate Auto now about to get my car fixed for real...the guy at the front desk couldnt tell me what was fixed, what codes were removed, or any true value my money had at this shop. Do not waste your money on problems that need to be diagnosed!!! They may be able to change mechanical parts but they clearly dropped the ball with me and the last impression i had was with that snottty guy at the fron desk that told me to call monday and speak with the manager cause he dont know what my money actually paid for. He was hell bent on repeatedly mentioning the fact that i didnt want them to remove another code by replacing a 22.99 part from autozone thats right on the top of the motor, for 250 more dollars!!! I had been driving uber since 5 a.m. Using the windshield wiper water frequently because of all of the salt on the windshield I came in at 11 a.m. for an oil change. At 11:30 the lady at the front desk said that I had a hole in my windshield wiper reservoir. Any water they have put in it, would spill all over the floor. ( which is weird because I have been using it all morning just fine) I politely say no thanks and ask him how much longer for my car to be finished? She said just a few minutes, but let me check on the price of that just in case you want it fixed cuz you You will not be able to get salt off your windshield. She looks up the price and says $400. For a part that cost $45 and shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes to install. Again, I politely decline. At 11:45 another lady walks in and her car is taking a while to start up. They instantly tell if she needs a new starter, alternator, and battery. I give the lady a crazy look. And she gets the sense that she's getting taken advantage of and then says she'll come back in a couple of days. They truthfully finally admit that it may be the cold affecting the car starting it because it's 10 degrees outside. At 12:00. I asked again. Hey how much longer on my car and she tells me a couple of minutes. And that I need to get my windshield wiper repositor changed because its unsafe. At this point completely frustrated ask they just give me my car back. And she refuses because she's not done" twerking the tires." ( her exact words) At 12:15 and police are called and she's getting very loud and repulsive. It's 12:25 the police get to the scene and at 12:30 after listening to her craziness they make her to give me my keys back. And guess what my windshield wiper water works perfect. And I pulled off I heard the tires rubbing against something and when I inspected it, I saw that a rivit was missing from a corner panel right below my tire. Of course, I'm going to just put another rivet in there and secure the panel. But I don't think it's a coincidence that I have rubber hitting my tire making a loud noise that I didn't have before. And I've been driving all morning. So I definitely would have heard it. And I don't think it's a coincidence that I was able to completely fill reservoir to my windshield wipers to the top with no leaks. Wish I read the reviews. I have never had a problem with my car and after going here my car was absolutely horrible. There was a mysterious crack in my windshield wiper fluid. Then one time I went here, after going there for a while, they told me my tires were overfilled, and too much for it to be from the weather. They accused me of doing this myself, but no one else touches my tires and I never filled them myself. I had also not gone to another shop for about a year. Lastly, they told me my suspension was bad after 5 oil changes and 2 tire rotation. This is after the suspension had already torn through my tires. What happened? These guys used to be so honest I literally went way out of my way to go to them. Today, I went in for an oil change and, just because I trusted them so much, told them I needed to get my car's cigarette lighter fixed (I use it to power a blue tooth transmitter). I was charged $5!!! for two fuses (which is ridiculous in itself, but not unheard of for a repair place, although, again, I thought these people were honest). I was told it was fixed, but when I went out to my car, the cigarette lighter was still not working. The mechanic told me that it was something else, but that I did have two blown fuses, which is odd because there was literally nothing else on my car that was not working. If I actually had of had two blown fuses, there would be something on my car not working. This used to be an honest business, but after this ridiculousness, I don't see how I can trust them again. If they're willing to lie to me to get $5 for two fuses that didn't even need replacing, what else are they lying to me about??? It's not about the money (although $5 for two fuses, come on! I can get a dozen fuses for that price), but about the honesty. If you play me for a fool, don't think I'm going to be happy about it. I'm well aware when I'm being played. So, basically, these guys have lost a very loyal customer, who has been going to them for years, for two way overpriced fuses that were replaced for no reason. I used to recommend that people go to this place, and I even have a bunch of upcoming repairs I need done on my car. Now, forget it, I would never go back to a place that treated me this dishonestly. Started going to fullserv when they first opened very reliable very cheap did not up charge now I've notice in the last couple years that they're starting to up charge everything I called up for simple Hub Replacements last weekend they had me hubs new brakes rotors brake pads and blue light to check for oil leaks I did not ask for that service I went in for about $200 worth of parts and was told that I need about $1,300 worth of repairs. Not the same old place watch their up charges they'll keep telling you what you need on your automobile even if you don't really need it my brakes were fine on my car still with 60% pad and rotors and the oil leak was from the oil filter and I only needed one hub I would have went there I would have walked out with $1,300 bill read more

I really wish i would have sat and read every single review before i took my car there. My car 2011 Ford Taurus was having issues a antifreeze leak and the check engine light (it was for the camshaft crankshaft sensor which was replaced, that didn't fix the check engine light and was told by another mechanic that it must be the timing chain. My car was still drive-able and then all the sudden the Serpentine Belt broke, i had my car towed home and was looking for a service shop to have it towed to and fixed. I found fullserv and called and they had it towed to their shop (no problem). I got a call later in the day and they said that I would be better off getting a used engine in my car due to where the antifreeze leak was at near the water pump under the timing cover and it was a 12-13 hour job. They said just the used engine alone could be $2500-$3000 or their other suggestion junk the bitch (their words not mine). So I decided i was going to trade my car in. Monday i called and asked if they could put the Serpentine Belt on and fill it with antifreeze so i could trade it in. At 10 am they said that the price for it would be $214 and they were waiting on the belt and it would take about an hour to replace the belt, (i found out it is a 5 minute job) at 2pm i called and they said they are working on it. At 3pm i showed up and they had pulled my car out unfinished and were working on another car. While i was waiting they told me my water pump belt broke, but they weren't charging me for the labor to fix it. While i'm sitting there i heard them telling another customer he needed 2 catalytic converters with O2 sensors and it was gonna cost $1600, i looked up the price and they are $100. Finally my car is done at 4pm. As the guy is pulling out my car there was another car behind him and he almost backed my car into the other car. Thank God they guy behind him had enough sense to keep honking the horn. Paid my now more expense bill $258. Got my car headed to dealership and told them about what fullserv said, showed them the receipt and guess what MY CAR DOESN'T HAVE A WATER PUMP BELT. DOESN'T EXIST. How can i be charged $40 for a belt my car doesn't have. Ford is fixing my car a lot cheaper then Fullserv could (amazing a dealership cheaper). PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT IS A SCAM SCAM SCAM. They way up charge and then charge you for things you don't have. So i called to get answers and she said that it must have been the alternator belt i said yes i have that on the receipt, she said oh it must be the serpentine belt, um they are the same belt. She calls back and tells me it is the power steering belt um still same belt as alternator and serpentine. Only belt that is different is the ac compressor belt. (Called Ford and they confirmed it) SMH. I will never ever EVER go back. If they cant even get right which belt was replaced how can they fix or diagnose a car properly. read more

Terrible customer service. Brought my car in for brakes and they said it would be ready in 90 min. Came back 3.5 hours later and they still had not found the right parts... They did not bother to call me to tell me it wasn't ready and were extremely rude when I asked them about not calling. I pull in at 8:45am, no work is being done, this guy (supervisor maybe, chubby with glasses) walks out I ask if it's possible for an oil change, he makes about 6 steps acting as tho he's looking for someone looks at me and says "I don't think we can do it, I only have two guys." ummm... at 8:45 am you have no one that can do a 15 minute oil change? At all. Then he goes "if you want, you could go down the street for the change." So let me get this straight; not only are you lazy, but you tell me to take money that can be made there to someone else? Literally the worse display of business I've ever seen. Do not go here. I accidentally put diesel fuel in my car and I had it towed to them because I had been there prior and they were very nice people, I thought. It was closing time and I went home after getting my car towed. I got a phone call stating that it would be over 1000$ to flush the lines and replace the fuel tank which for my car is not an expensive part. Then was told that I should probably just JUNK my car because even if they do fix everything it may not even work after "fixing" it. My car had no other problems with it prior and only 70K miles on it. I was then told to smoke my pipe and think about it until the morning, mind you I don't even smoke but besides the fact. I then instantly called a family mechanic who has a shop and he said he can do all of it including replace the fuel pump for 400$ flat. He got it done in two hours my car is now running perfectly. My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles here over three years. Up until I had struts put on my car. My car just got worse and the noise got louder. Bought my car back since it was still under warranty. They charged us 170.00 for labor and I don't think they did a thing. I left the place and what did I hear, the same noise. I think after all the money I have given them in the past for both our cars. They should not have charged us especially since they couldn't fix the problem. I found out about Fullserv through a groupon my boyfriend purchased a couple of years back for 3 oil changes. He subsequently ended up getting other work done on his vehicle and recommended Fullserv for my vehicle needs. After checking other places for pricing I ended up going to Fullserv for the better deal. I'm still impressed with their low pricing and their ability to not overcharge on simple jobs. On my last visit I realized my back break light was not working they noticed it and changed it without overcharging me like other places would've done-I paid only $2.50. It's the small simple gestures that attract me to small businesses. They went out of their way knowing they wouldn't gain much profit out of something minimal but they still did it-this is exactly how you gain trust and loyalty with customers! Never been to this shop before, I went in to have my turn signal diagnosed. She was very kind and even thought it was a simple light bulb replacement. She said they were understaffed but would pull me in to see what the issue was. It turned out to be a longer job than she anticipated, nonetheless I'm scheduled to return in a few days.
