Spoke to a lady today just to get an estimate of just adding a personal logo and numbers to a jersey I was bringing in. I was honestly shocked of how expensive they were when on here (Yelp) said price is reasonable/ "unbeatable". To just set up the logo was $35, to put on jersey both sides was $15 each and numbers were $5. That's a total of $75!!! Wow. I have been going to EmbroidMe for all my business services. They do exceptional work with any project I take to them. The store owner Andrew Pirim is extremely helpful with any project that you might for him. They offer vast products to make your business successful. I personally have many fine details in my logo and when looked at from far or close up, not a single flaw. The store carries many take home catalog that you can design and imprint your personal message or logo. The WORST. I called several screen printers and decided to go with EmbroidMe because they did not have a minimum and were the cheapest. I just needed 6 shirts printed and called ahead to get a quote. Over the phone, a woman said they did not have a minimum number of shirts to screen print. Excellent. I asked if I can bring my design, confirmed the location and was there in an hour. I arrive and a man gives me pushback the entire time, for every single thing I needed: I tell him I need 6 shirts screenprinted. He says we wont do 6 shirts, that's not enough. HUH? Even though the woman said, "No minimum"? Even though the sign out front says, "No minimum"? He then says they have another type of printing they can do for 6 shirts, but it wears off over time and is not as crisp as the screen printing. I ask what it will look like and he cant seem to produce a shirt that exemplifies his work. HUH? I then agree to this service and tell him that my design is simple and on a word document. He cringes at "Word Document" and says, "It might work" HUH? I show him the design on a picture and explain the lines have to be 1 inch apart. He explains that artwork is normally scaled and heusually rescales it to the size needed on the shirt. I've already done this, but he says it wont work the way it appears on the word document and says that he would have to rescale it, but "That's not my job". HUH? You know, thats exactly what every customer wants to hear, "That's not my job" But it is his job. Either way, after all the back and forth, I was so sick of him telling me what they cant do, what he wouldnt do and what wouldnt work. Why not just tell people that they dont like money over the phone??? He would be better off just saying, "Don't come into the shop, just write us a bad review on Yelp so we can hurry up and go out of business." Overall, he completely wasted my time. read more

Fantastic customer service and workmanship. I took my golf club bag to EmbroidMe to have my name and logo embroidered on. No easy task as my bag is thick leather and the stitching spot is difficult to reach. Not only was pricing phenomenal but the workmanship is incredible.
