The entire process was seamless and smooth. From the moment I first reached out to them to the event day, everything was perfect! They were super responsive after my initial inquiry email. I shared my vision with them and got great suggestions. I needed help planning my son's first birthday in a Korean Traditional way (Dol). I had no idea where to begin and how to plan so I needed expert help. I did not want to trouble my family and with my limited free time it only made perfect sense to have a planner who specializes in this type of event to assist me. Ivy is a great designer and really nailed it. She made my vision come true. I was looking for a fusion theme: an outer space theme with Korean elements. Terry is a great entertainer and I was lucky to have him MC'd our event. They were both super friendly and professional. They were both extremely helpful and on the event day they both took charge coordinating the event. My friends and family were impressed with the whole event. They all commented how great the set up was and how fun the party was. My MIL was the happiest. She let me know this was one of the best Dol parties she has ever been to. She loved everything. Both rentals were excellent. They delivered the items in plenty of time for me to set up and also picked them up the following day. The team communicated clearly about when they were en route to drop off and when they would return to collect the rentals. The Party Packages are the best "bang for your buck", and we were able to purchase one of the packages which included tables, chairs, a jumper, and heaters. In advance of our event / booking, we initially requested an early morning drop off or prior day drop off for our event. With reluctance (and pointing out the confirmed timing of our event during booking), the owner agreed to an early drop off. The drop off occurred an hour and a half past the originally confirmed time, and was told a "flat tire" caused the delay.. when the crew arrived, it was very clear a flat did not happen and I was fed an excuse for sympathy. I tried to contact the owner during this timeframe multiple times as no updates were provided and panic arose in the concern if the equipment was even going to be delivered. Ultimately, the equipment arrived but the delay in drop off led to issues in our setup prior to our event as well as significant stress in the lapse of communication. Overall, the equipment delivered was in good shape, but the jumper came undone a couple of times (due to poor setup and clamping of the back entry) while children were inside. The no acknowledgement, and no follow through from owner to address their error was disappointing considering we had specific conversations around the need for a timely delivery for our event. I'd be cautious booking this vendor especially for time sensitive setups.

I searched through many Yelp pages in the 626 and fortunately stumbled upon Tania's Party Rentals. All their rave reviews are much deserved. I cannot thank them enough for helping me make the planning process of my wedding go smoothly. Overall they were communicative, affordable, and accommodating. Despite the event being on a busy Super Bowl Sunday, Tania was able to help me secure enough tables, chairs, a huge canopy, and a bar station to accommodate my 180 guests. Most importantly, they were able to help me set up the Saturday prior to the event (a task other vendors have been unable to do due to lack of resources). In addition, they had a wonderful assortment of table linens to choose from so I was able to pick red tablecloths and gold accent runners to fit my Chinese tea ceremony color palette. Planning a wedding on your own is stressful enough so I am so grateful to Tania and her team for going above and beyond from start to finish to help lessen the stress. I look forward to working with them for all my future events and highly recommend their services to those looking for some quality party rentals from a quality team.
