They charge you for crab legs and put out a few scraps and don't put more out we asked twice for more and waited 45- till an hour and never put more out this has happened several times now we won't be going back we were big fans in the beginning but they have gone down hill. Best chinese food I ever had I love this place it can't be better I have to go there a lot more

This used to by our go-to place for a group lunch. After last night's visit, we'll not eat there again, nor will I advocate that our group ventures there either. While I agree with the others that the food is average at best, the sushi, if you catch it fresh, isn't horrible. The staff is rude, treats customers as insignificant riff-raff, necessary only to validate their own existence. The last straw was when the 'hostess' bickered with me and my wife while paying the extra high price for 'holiday' special dinner... special my kung pao butt. FUN Buffet... Forgettable, Unfriendly, Nasty.. all you can eat. For my money, i'll either drive to New Peking (smaller, nicer people, slightly more inexpensive) or the extra couple miles to Twinsburg, or if I want a treat, I'll save the gas and hassle and step up to Toko. Lunch time is quite cheap especially with student ID. I think it's under $7. I really like this place.

Terrible service and the manager is super rude! During the pandemic, they are open, however, they serve your food via cafeteria style. The manager, who also runs the register and serves food, will limit what you can have, and then will YELL at you and shame you when you ask for more or go up a second time for food. It claims to be an all you can eat buffet, but apparently not when she is working. But to yell and draw attention to you like you've done something wrong is terrible. Then she grumbles in Chinese to the other girls that work there basically not to serve or you or refill your drinks so you finally get frustrated and leave. We were there on a previous occasion when a gentleman asked for the manager to complain about a hair is food. She started yelling immediately that she saw him put it in there himself and for him to leave and never come back. So, if you can get past being treated like a child, the food isn't too bad. read more

I've been going to this restaurant for yeeeeeears without any problems. But not last night. I went down the sushi aisle, taking my time, as usual. An unbelievably disgusting thing happens: an old woman darts past me, picks up a California roll, eats part of it, spits it into her hand, and then puts the spit-out food and the rest of the sushi on a *buffet* plate. I went up to my waiter, told him what happened, showed him the plate, and he immediately started talking with a couple of others. We go on eating, assuming they'll do something about it. We ate...and ate...and ate. But the half-eaten sushi stayed on the buffet plate. We must have been there a good twenty minutes, and nothing was done about it. read more

The hibachi alone is worth the ridiculously low lunch price of $7. All of the vegetables on the hibachi bar are fresh, and you can choose from beef, pork, chicken, and shrimp. I started with rice, loaded up on veges, added beef and shrimp, and put a large amount of garlic on top. The chef added soy sauce and did a nice job cooking everything. It was terrific. The buffet is hit-or-miss, but there are enough options to satisfy anyone. I found the hot-and-sour soup to be quite tasty and several buffet options to be decent. There are a LOT of sushi choices -- I tried four and found all to be OK. The ginger was very fresh and delicious. Start with hot-and-sour soup and some sushi. Do the hibachi two or three times. The food here is amazing and fresh. So many options to choose from, you could never go wrong for eating here. Large dining area and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this restaurant to someone. The price per person for the buffet is great too. No complaints, love this place! read more

We really enjoyed this restaurant when it first opened, but unfortunately like many buffets the quality has gone down, the staff all but ignores you, the buffet is unattended leaving you to stand around and wait for your stir fry to be cooked and mgmt doesn't care! read more

Went there for lunch today and do not think I can eat there again and maybe a lot of you wont either after this review. The food on the buffet looked old and tired with the exception of a few things. It was about 1:15 so the food should not look that way. The cold buffet had a large selection of fruit and my son asked for grapes. The grapes appeared to be fresh, until my wife who was helping my other son ran over and literally grabbed the grape out of his mouth. She walked me over to the bowl and showed me what appeared to be mold on many grapes. Thankfully the grapes on my sons plate looked "mold free" I then witnessed a server drop a towel on the floor. I said to my wife I hope he picks it up and gets rid of it. He picked it up and proceeded to wipe down a table with it... DISCUSTING! He didn't use any sanitizer on the table and the "floor towel" appeared to be bone dry with no sanitizer on it. I also witnessed another server clear a table with her hands fully submerged in the cup and then proceeded to roll silverware with her germ infested hand.. Lost my appetite and didn't want kids eating anything else. I witnessed the same health code neglect in Mandarin Seafood Buffet in Twinsburg. Sorry no more Chinese buffets for me ever read more

Stop in and have the time of your life at the FUN BUFFET !! What could be more fun than filling up numerous plates of your favorite "Americanized" Asian cuisine over and over and over again? As far as Asian feeding troughs go this place is better than most for food selection, price and great sushi spread. The Sushi selection is probably the best for a buffet style in this price range. The sushi is cut in nice bite size portions so you're not trying to force a burger sized chunk of rolled up rice into your face. I go during work for lunch so it can be busier around that time 12 -1 pm but we're able to get in and out pretty fast and be right back to work where we fall into a deep food induced coma. They also have a take out, you pay by the LB, not the LB's you'll be putting on , they weigh the container !! I give it 4 stars for consistency and value for the money but be realistic here folks, its a Chinese Buffet not the Waldorf so go in with the right expectations and leave with a full tummy and wallet. read more

They have good options for food fruit, sushi, and prepared foods. The people are nice the place seems clean. The waitresses are nice and do there job well. However, I have eaten here three times and got sick all three times I'm not sure why, I wasn't being adventurous. So if you do eat here be cautious. read more

The first 2 visits were fine. The last time I went, about 3 weeks ago, sealed the coffin shut. Horrible were several empty trays, with no food. I think they do this to save money--I saw the same thing at Kumo's, empty trays--that were not filled during my visit.
