For someone who frequents Asian markets and have tried every potsticker and spring roll they have to offer, I can safety assume that theirs is not made fresh, yet still tasty, seven bucks for four potstickers and seven bucks for four spring rolls when I know the bag cost six to eight is hard to justify. The prices points are good, you just get less food, which personally in today's economy I think is a smart move business wise. However, I think the Pad Thai lacked flavor and I could barely taste the peanuts. The chicken had an off putting "raw chicken" smell. My family arrived at the restaurant at 7:50 last night and when I asked to be seated, was told that they were getting ready to close but I was welcome to put in a takeout order. We went to the restaurant to eat in. When I left, the sign on the door had the closing hour as 9:00. Obviously the gentleman working was ready to close up for the night. We ordered fried rice (don't know how it was my friends daughter had that) edamame was good, Tom yum soup was good I ordered medium spice and it was definitely spicy, the chicken in it wasn't rubbery and overcooked and the soup was still hot when it arrived. We also ordered summer rolls. They weren't bad and the sauce was good. The only complaint was too much lettuce as a filler. If I am in the area I will stop in. Note this place is now MANGO THAI I have a few issues right off the bat. I walked in and rang the bell as instructed. However, no one came. I rang the bell at least 6x in a 10 min period with no response. I finally called them from inside the restaurant to have them come out. That did work. Not a good sign. I wanted to order the crispy pad thai but they no longer carry it. Loved that but that was a previous place and they said it didn't sell. Ok. I asked for a recommendation because I wanted lots of noodles and veggies. She said just get the veggie pad Thai it will have lots of veggies. Our interpretation of lots of veggies is not the same. I got a few carrots, zucchini, green beans, and pea pods. Just a few of each. And I paid regular price too. No protein but still same price. Also to go portion is not that large for $12. Taste is just ok. I Also got the spring rolls. Just ok. Not enough sauce in the little container. Now the best thing was I only waited once I ordered about 6 mins. It was done really quick. But very disappointed. I wanted noodles and got soggy clumpy noodles. Wanted lots of veggies and just got a few... really just not impressed. I think I'll pass next time. $17 later including tip I feel ripped off. AND I still have my craving. Too bad. I doubt I'll give them another try. Too many other good places. read more

I am so disappointed in this place. I normally order the Panang Curry extra spicy and it's normally really good but lately when I have gone each and every time I seem to have an issue but this last time has certified that I will never be back. I did a pick up order, I got home to eat my food and it seems the cook, decided he didn't care about what he serviced tonight and thought it was a great idea to give me moldy vegetables in my curry. Called the store and spoke to a woman and she apologized and assured me this isn't normal and would refund me my money. That was 11/3 and it is now 11/19. No refund. I'm not going to even bother to call but I do want people to be more aware of there food from this place. No telling what else they don't pay attention to or inspect while making your food because there is no way they would've missed this when making it. read more

This restaurant hands down has the best food in Twinsburg. And really any of the surrounding towns as well. While almost anything on the menu is amazing, their curries are particularly good (and I'm not a huge curry person), their duck is wonderful, and the kids love the mango and tarro bubble tea. Also, their staff are so kind and helpful, and super welcoming and responsive, it is just a delight to go eat there as a family. Extremely mediocre. My husband, MIL and I ordered take out from Spice Thai yesterday, a Tuesday evening. We had never eaten there before but it was close and we were hungry. There was no customers there when my MIL picked it up. We ordered two curries (massaman & choo chee) and my MIL ordered a noodle dish - "say you". We all got it with tofu or just veggies. All three of us thought it just wasn't great. The potatoes in my husband's curry were cut huge and under cooked. The spice levels on his and mine were swapped - which ended up giving me terrible heartburn later. We ordered brown rice with the curries and got mostly white rice that was mixed with some brown. (Which was important because white rice effects my blood sugar negatively.) Nothing was better than mediocre. I would not go back. Bangkok Thai on Mayfield road is much better, and worth the drive. I've eaten there at least 20 times and have never had a bad meal like this one. read more

Came in on Monday for lunch; the rain had me craving soup! Usually I get the lunch special for takeout, but unfortunately it only comes with soup if you dine in. So I went and got the stir fry cashew with tofu, and it was lovely! The soup was great too. We ate here a short time ago and the food was decent and well prepared but I've had better Thai food in my other reviews. When a group of us were finished I paid and gave tip with a credit card all on one receipt. It was in writing with a set amount! Well, when I received m credit card statement I noticed they charged a few dollars more than what was the original amount on the receipt! I don't care if it's just a few dollars or even a few cents that is DISHONEST and STEALING! I will not be returning here. My wife loved their spring rolls and she is a picky eater. My daughter and I had the Pad Thai which was good. Their service was above and beyond anything I have experienced. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Spice Thai. Pulling up to the strip mall in Twinsburg, the outside is not nearly as telling as the quality of their cuisine! Holy guacamole, huge portions! My Mom and I ordered two appetizers thinking they would be small. But the seaweed salad alone is big enough for two! The scallion pancake also had the most delish sweet sauce for dipping in, and our service was incredibly fast. The green curry with chicken was literally the perfect blend of spicy, giving that "kick" I was looking for with my meal. The vegetables were very fresh and colorful. Yet again, this portion was so large I took nearly half of it home...and it made the best leftovers. While the restaurant was somewhat quiet, the phone did not stop buzzing! This place used to be an okay Thai fix. I brought my family here on Saturday night and to my surprise it is amazing! The food is definitely one notch better than before. Not just Cleveland good, but LA and New York good. Makes me want to move to Twinsburg good. Apparently it just got a new owner and new chef.
