Thai omelettes are more of an airy, fluffier consistency. Thus one was crunchy /crispy and was flavorful. For dessert we tried the Vietnamese flan. Not your typical idea of a "flan" , this was lighter pudding over ice. It had a very light coffee flavor taste to it. This is a keeper.
