We bought our RV here last year and unfortunately have had multiple issues since. When we took delivery, one of the tires was already a problem. On our very first trip, the TV that was mounted by their team fell off the wall and broke. We were told we would be reimbursed for it, but that never happened. Now, less than a year later, we have a tear in the slide, which should be covered under warranty, but they are refusing to address it as a warranty issue. We had considered trading into a different RV within the year, but after this experience, we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. read more

If you are looking for an RV, talk to Omar Martinez at Fun Town in Cleburne. Omar was very knowledgeable about the units he showed us. Besides being well informed, he was polite and had an attitude that he was there to 'help us', not 'sell us'. My husband and I did a lot of research, and the process was slow. We explained to each salesperson we talked to that this would not be a quick sale, we were doing our homework before buying. Most salesmen hounded us repeatedly via email and phone calls once we viewed their units. Omar did not do this to us. He did follow up with us via email to offer to answers any questions we might have, but he never pressured us. It was at least 30 days between when we viewed the unit with Omar before we made our decision. When I contacted Omar, he was available to answer all my questions and was ready to make a deal. Long story short, we made a deal. Delivery was great. Detailed walk through with Kaitlyn. She knew the unit well and was very thorough. She made sure we understood all aspects of the camper. Kross, in the business office got us through the paperwork quickly and was awesome as well. Everyone we encountered at Fun Town was kind and courteous. Best part - they have a campground literally next door to their Cleburne location. They encourage you to spend a few days camping and working out the bugs. If you have any problems, questions or concerns, they can send a tech over to your campsite to help you out. We spent 3 nights at the campsite and didn't have any problems. Everything on the camper functioned as expected. Overall, a great sales experience with Fun Town, Omar, Kaitlyn and Kross. read more

I bought a new 2024 Brinkley Fifth Wheel trailer from Fun Town RV. After owning it for about 5 months and on the 3rd camping trip, the jacks would not go down. After having my tow vehicle attached to the RV for 3 days, I took it to a Mobil Tech to determine why the jacks would not deploy. The Tech determined the battery, although showing full charged, didn't have enough capacity to move the jacks. The Tech stated the RV had the room in the battery box for two batteries and, in his opinion, should have. My RV only had one. I asked the Tech to install two new batteries which he did. I paid him for the batteries, labor, parts, etc. and left. I contacted Brinkley and requested a refund of the money I paid. Brinkley stated they did not install the battery and denied the refund. I then contacted Fun Town RV service department and didn't make much progress. I then received a phone call from Matt LeMire, General Manager of Fun Town RV stating he would look into the issue. He asked that I send a copy of the invoice from the Mobil Tech which I did. It took a little time but we have received a check in the mail for a complete refund of the money I paid. I have thanked Matt for all his time and effort and am very satisfied with the results. Matt has restored my faith in Fun Town RV and assured they stand behind their products. We purchased an East to West Tandara on April 11th 2024. We took one 3 night trip to Fredericksburg the last weekend in April. When we were ready to come home the autolevelor jacks would not retract. After numerous attempts disconnecting power and pushing buttons we were finally able to raise the jacks so we could get home. After arriving home the jacks could not be lowered so the trailer was stuck on our truck until we could return it to Funtown which we did on May 4th. Now 3 months later and we still don't have our trailer back. We missed the whole summer season. We were told they couldn't get parts from the factory so nothing they could do. We were notified on July 2nd that the parts were in but now 1 month later and still no word on when it will be fixed. All the while we are paying for insurance, financing and storage. Update 8-21-2024 We picked up our trailer yesterday and everything seems to be working. While it is very frustrating owning a trailer you can't use, I realize that Fun Town is at the mercy of the manufacturer to a large degree. Communication was a little lacking in the beginning but in the end we were very pleased with the Fun Town staff. Matt LeMire the general manager reached out to me a few times now to make sure the pick up went ok and that everything is working properly with the trailer. Stacey in service was also very helpful as was Stacey in sales. When we picked up our trailer yesterday technician Mike in service was amazing. He came over and explained everything they did and spent 20 or 30 minutes to make sure all our questions were answered including just general knowledge tips that would help us with our new trailer. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Terrible place to buy an RV take your money elsewhere. I bought a 2022 used trailer from them. The salesman when I asked about stuff on the trailer had no idea what I was talking about. Ask the salesman multiple times about stuff that needed to be done to the trailer before I would pick it up/ hitching setup no response after multiple times of asking had to deal with everything on my own. I had worked in the deal to have the roof resealed what a joke their service department is showed up to pick the trailer up roof was not resealed. So I told them they need to reseal the roof before I take the trailer they sent guys up there to "reseal the roof" what a BS job they did. did not seal a single thing they just sent guys up there and put dots on the sealant to make it look like they were doing something. Since they did not seal the roof properly or at all the roof leaks. They will sell you a load of crap. After multiple phone calls with the dealership and the service center I could not get anywhere with them. Not even to send out a couple tubes of sealant and me reseal the roof properly on my own since they are incompetent of doing a proper job. They say oh they won't sell you a unit that the roof leaks on or has some major problem don't listen to the scamming salesman it's all a bunch of Lies and gobbledygook just to get you to buy an RV. After not getting anywhere with the dealership and never being able to get a hold of the salesman after he sold me the trailer I had to call the GM of the dealership just to get them to send some tubes of sealant. Not to mention once I got home the door did not close properly there was a water leak in the pipes the floor in the main unit came delaminated the AC destroyed itself because it was all bent up in the fan ate away at the condenser. Every time I was told something was going to be taken care of by the salesman it did not and I had to call whatever Department had to take care of that situation and handle it myself because the salesman was no help. I have shopped at small dealerships big dealerships I would say out of all my experiences this has been the shittiest. So much more I would love to rent about how crappy this dealership is but I just don't have the time to waste. Just like they didn't have the time to waste on me. What a disgrace of a chain of RV dealerships. read more

Worst experience I have ever had! My husband and I purchased a SunSet Trail in November of 2023, planning to live in it while we built our forever home. We were in it for only TWO MONTHS before we discovered the shower drain wasn't connected from the get-go, and it had been draining into the underbelly the entire time. On top of that, the lights inside didn't work, and there were leaks everywhere. We called Funtown because we had purchased a warranty with our down payment, and they basically told us there was nothing they could do because the warranty didn't cover any of the things we needed fixed. After several calls with management, they finally said they would fix it at no charge, but they couldn't get us in for FIVE MONTHS. FIVE MONTHS! We had no place to live and had to find a rental in the meantime. They didn't get to it until the end of last summer. We'd been paying on it for a year by the time they finally bothered to look at it and do anything. We got it back a couple of months ago and decided to sell it. When we tried to sell it, FunTown told us they "don't do buybacks." Then, surprise, surprise -- we found leaks again, the lights still didn't work, and other things were broken or not properly connected, causing more damage. We had the camper for only TWO MONTHS before we had to put it in the shop, and this has turned out to be the biggest money pit and worst decision we've ever made. FunTown is a joke. They sold us a broken camper, left us with nowhere to live, didn't stand by their product, and made us wait for months without taking responsibility. They don't care about their customers. Once they've got your money, you're on your own. This has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. read more
