Meh, not the greatest. They have a designated area for children under 3 which is a padded area with some balls and a slide, its neat but too many people in such a small area....my kid wasn't able to play adequately. Plus, I can hardly see 3 year olds playing in here, my 15 month old was bored in 5 minutes. This place would be fun for 4+ where they can get use of the big play structure, if you want to fight the crowds. On another note, this place is not clean. Floors and couches are gross. And really parents, if your kid has snot clearly coming out of his/her nose, don't bring them to a playground, why get everyone else sick. I couldn't wait to leave and wash my sons hands. read more

I bought a deal through Groupon or whoever it was for 5 visits for like $20. Good deal if you look at what they normally charge. BUT!!! That's what a thousand other family's thought too and every single time we've gone (2 out of the 5 so far) it's been PACKED. No place for my wife or I to sit except the floor. They seriously need to expand. We looked at the cost for party packages and holy smokes, they are expensive. WAY too expensive for what you get. The kids had fun though which is why we went there but I don't think we'll be back even with 3 more visits available (which may possibly expire soon anyway). Avoid this place. read more

They do some things well, but there are some major flaws. Pros - Nice sitting areas for parents, food is well-priced, now they allow in outside food (though they didn't at first), the large structure makes for great physical exercise for the kids, nice crawling area for little ones. Cons - Over-priced for the area (go to Play Town for better deals), nothing for kids to do but play with a few balls and climb the structure (which also makes it hard for them to make friends). Large structure means you cannot see or even hear your kids if they get hurt...you just have to cross your fingers and hope for the best, or climb the structure over and over with your kid which is exhausting. Sometimes they have staff members at the top of the structure to supervise, but that seems to only be about 5% of the time. This is dangerous, especially since there are toddlers mixed in with bigger kids. My 4-year old daughter loves this place, but the first time we went we were alone and she had difficulty making friends (unusual for her) and I was requested to "play" with her the entire time. I like to go to these places to relax and read a book, so I stick to other places that lend themselves better to social interactions between the kids. We do have fun when going as a playdate with other friends, however. But, again, I fear the worst as she goes out of sight and earshot. Nothing bad has happened, yet, besides bigger kids not giving her a turn on the zipline at the top of the structure where not a single grown up was anywhere near. If they had someone up there at all times, I'd be much more approving of this place. read more

It's a fun place and a great alternative to play grounds when its hot outside. There are a few things they could so much better. Once your child enters the play structure there is zero supervision unless you want to climb up in the structure with them everytime......and after paying $11 for my child to play I figure the least they can do IA place a staff member by the slide to make sure the kids aren't killing each other. Also the age and size limit are clearly marked but not enforced. To me it feels like an extra entrance fee is more important than safty of the children with in the limitations. Also we went to book a birthday party and they are terribly over priced. We are having a more private party with 4 times the space to run and play for less than half the price around the corner in the gymnastics center at the YMCA. read more

I haven't been to funbelievable in several months because of previous bad experience (no staff around, kids eating food in play areas where infants could choke, parents not watching their children and temperature) But I thought, why not give it another try.. my little one is finally big enough for the large play structure. BIG MISTAKE! When I first walked in it seemed the only person working was the girl taking the money. I never once saw an employee walking around the facility. (Unlike great places like Play Town, where there is an employee in the play area cleaning something, and stop at the sound of any cry to make sure the child is alright). And again, I was sweating just walking around with my daughter. I almost bought the Groupon. So glad I didn't! Never again will I go to this place!!! And parents, these indoor playgrounds are not a daycare. Watch your children! read more

I started coming here in March. Absolutely loved coming here for Toddler Tuesday. Stories(if the employees felt like it) and cookies and juice. Summer started and all of a sudden no Toddler Tuesday anymore. The worst part is that a bunch of older kids are now around because school is out. I would be fine with that but I've had quite a few experiences now where the big kids don't have any thought to the small children running around too. Parents aren't paying much attention so I'm usually disciplining a kid that's not mine and picking my 2.5 year old off the ground because one of the big kids knocked him over or threw a ball in his face. Really disappointing since I have a punch card and don't want to come back because of this. Maybe there can b a few hours once a week where the younger kids can have the run of the place? Or maybe since parents don't feel like watching the big kids, there should b more employees watching and making sure things are in order. Just a thought. read more

This is a good place to bring your toddler but can parents please be responsible and actually watch your children?! There is a designated area for smaller children but it often doesn't get respected and the older kids come and often trample on it. The cafe sells overpriced snacks such as juice, chips and coffee. They also have a couple of sandwiches and salads for the growns. Nothing special. My son loved it! I don't like the "no outside food or drinks" I understand they make money this way, but they don't have really healthy options for the kids. I think the Sock only method seems like a good idea BUT kids using the restroom in socks and than running around this is UNSANITARY...I mean there should be some signs..I seen parents doing it too.. My kids and I have been going here since they opened. We've visited about 15 times. It seems like every time we go the place gets worse. Things are broken, the play structure smells a bit like urine, the workers get ruder and they run out of soap and paper towels every time I'm there and take forever to replace it. My kids get bored after about 2hrs now. So for the price I don't take them anymore, since there is 5 of them. I did get several of the groupon deals and that is what we used the last few visits but I don't think we will be going back for awhile now. read more

Good place to let the kids blow off some steam. The place is clean and has free Wifi. My only gripe is that I wish the attendants watched the kids on top of the play area more often. My 5 and 3 year old kiddos had a great time! It's simply an indoor playground and in the summer heat of East County, it's a diamond in the rough. The pics on this site are exactly what they have. Even the parents must have socks...luckily I had a pair in my golf shoes, since I was wearing flops. I suggest they start selling socks behind the counter. ;) I didn't smell urine, as others have....maybe there was an accident the day they visited??? ...dunno. My suggestion would be to bring it up to the staff. Bonus is that you are allowed to bring in waters and snacks from home. (no fast food, which is a good thing) So, plan ahead and bring a small cooler. If you don't pack, their prices aren't overly outrageous although the menu is small. But, we're not going there to eat dinner, right? My kiddos had a great time and they have free wi-fi, so next time I go I will bring my laptop and get some computer time while they run around and burn off some of that endless energy. I give only 4 stars because the ball fan..or whatever it is called was broken. I think they should expand and get a bigger place! :) (If I give 5, they might not read my review.) I don't know why others complain about the business park....where else can you get a place with such a high ceiling??? ...and I went on a Saturday...both driving in and driving out, I saw noone else driving until I got on the road, let alone speeding in the parking lot. read more

This new playland is AMAZING! They opened up in June 2011 and I just took my kids there for a day of play. The staff is super friendly, the facility is really clean and it has a play area for babies/toddlers as well. The main play structure is three stories with slides, ball pits and basketball play area. I have never seen anything quite like it. There is a lounge area for parents and a cafe with coffee, smoothies and snacks. A great addition to east county. Perfect place to take kids to play. read more

So far this is my favorite indoor playground. Having visited many indoor play businesses, I can give Funbelievable a solid five stars. Here's the breakdown: PROS: * The main play structure is one of the most elaborate structures I've seen * The play structure is easy and fun for parents to play in. You can actually stand all the way up and there is no knee crawling. * They have a separate area for babies * Free WiFi * They have a staff member monitoring kids to enforce rules (i.e. climbing up the slides ect.) * The cafe is decent enough to get a coffee or a little snack * Good security (entering and exiting) CONS: * Since the play structure is so big, you can't effectively sit and watch your child (that might be a pro for some) * The seating to occupancy ratio is lacking. They could easily add more seating * Prices are a little more than your average indoor play business * Although they had a Groupon deal, it wasn't that great. Wish they had more deals or discounts. Bottom line, I am impressed. The play structure they have is very different than most I've seen. My kids seemed to really enjoy this place. They didn't get as bored as they do with the other indoor play businesses we've been to. I also like this place the best to play with them. It's fun for me too! read more

I can only review this place as a guest of a birthday party. I have no idea how the pricing works and all of the logistics of how to rent this place out. This place is pretty easy to get to. When you're looking for it, look for an industrial area with different buildings because Funbelievable is tucked inside. I went here on a Saturday afternoon so parking wasn't bad The first thing you do is sign in and basically sign a liability waiver. Shoes come off and the kids can play. There's a ball pit and slide just to name a few things. There are plenty of couches for adults to sit on while the kids play My 4 and 5 year old nephews really enjoyed this place. Play structure is not as big as the pictures look, but as a parent if you are helping your child, you can still go in. I bought my first ever amazon deal to try this place out. Price for admission was 20 dollars for 4 passes $5 a pass , 1 pass= 1 child, parents do not pay. . reg. price is double, i guess. Ever since the discovery zone closed i didn't even know any other large indoor playground existed. Negative- I can say is that the carpet should be cleaned more often. As sock only zone, I felt uncomfortable seeing stuff on the carpet around the sofa areas. I also noticed a few people with no socks which grossed me out. Not sure if they were friends or what but if the policy is for one it should be for all. Observation only- I also think the under three zone needs an employee monitoring that the big kids are not in there throwing balls out of it. There were plenty employees stacked in front and it would seem that they should be monitoring the play area more often instead of chatting in the front so much. Besides that the kids had a blast they wouldn't notice the things i mentioned anyways. They didnt get bored and there were all pretty good kids inside no big bullies or shoving or anything! I bought a Groupon to bring my boys in and cannot believe that we've been living in the area for 4 years and had never heard of this place. My boys love it here. I like how friendly the staff is and how clean it is. I also like how there's tables here and even saw some parents working on their computers here while their kids ran around and played. I first found out about this place through a daily deal company. It was summer vacation for my kids and we were in that "I HAVE to get out of the house!" mode. Not only that, but it was 102 degrees outside and free air conditioning sounded great! When you first get inside you think your kids might get bored pretty quickly because it isn't as large as another indoor play area in the neighborhood. Well, my 4 and 7 year olds LOVED it! My eldest had fun ditching his younger brother since they could get "lost" inside the huge contraption. There is a ball pit, slides, zip-line and tons of climbing. There's a tot area for the little ones and a snack bar that serves smoothies, sandwiches, cookies, hummus & veggies, muffins, and tons more. The prices are reasonable, too! One thing I love about this place is how clean it is. It seems like every hour on the hour someone is coming by vacuuming and cleaning. Even without a coupon, I enjoy coming here and bringing a book and relaxing for a couple hours while the kids wear themselves out...especially during summer when you're always looking for something fun do to. FYI: Everyone, including parents, must wear socks inside even if you are not "playing". read more

I was nervous coming here because of all the negative reviews but I had to go somewhere fun. I'm in my masters program and its finals week and my kids needed to burn some energy while I studied. They had a blast. My daughter is 2.5 and at first was a little nervous to climb up the play structure because it's so big but once she got the hang of it I couldn't stop her. They made friends and ran around entertained for 3.5 hours. The place was very clean and so were the bathrooms. There were only 3 people working but I don't see the need for more. It was plenty for what they do. It's not their job to watch the kids but they did keep an eye on everything, while also cooking lunches, and checking people in and out. The food was priced fairly although I did bring our own lunch from home. I ended up buying more water and juice for my kids and it only cost me 3.50$ Sure there were some kids that played rough but Ur going to find that anywhere it wasn't so bad Id never come back. My kids enjoyed it and I enjoyed that I could get work done while also watching my kids have fun! We will def be back. read more

I've come here a couple of times for open play, have been a guest (well, my child was the guest, hehe) for a couple of private parties, as well as hosted a private party for my son's second birthday. I am always so pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of this place! In terms of open play, the big plus sides of this place are that it is so so clean and big! While Urban Jungle may have a wider variety of stuff, it was also crammed into a tiny space filled with crazy kids running amok. Here, the toddler area is huge, and the climbing structure is spaced out well from the toddlers and ball areas. I also love that there are ample seating areas with tables, as well as couches, for parents who don't chase their children through the climbing structures like I do! Their snack bar is also pretty amazing. While they serve the basics like chips and cookies, they also make sandwiches, desserts, and coffee to order. In terms of hosting a party here, I absolutely loved my experience. My friend and I hosted parties here within a month of each other, and I know between the two of us, we probably sent our poor party hostess maybe 50 emails. But she always responded promptly and courteously and was very helpful! On the day of, my husband dropped off all the decorations I laboriously made in the morning, and by the time we got there (about 10-15 minutes before our event), they had largely set everything up for us to perfection. The staff handled cutting the cake up and passing it out as well. They also reminded me (politely) when our time was coming to a close so that we could start getting everything packed up and out of there. It was a great experience, and I would love to host another party here! Finally, there is ample parking, and the facilities are so clean. I've never left this place feeling like I needed to take a shower (something I cannot say for some of their competitors). This is definitely my indoor play place of chose! read more

The food was surprisingly good, as was my coffee. Everything was reasonably priced. Great place that lets you go inside the structures with your kiddo. Which was perfect for our son since he was 2 when he started going to Funbelievable.. and was apprehensive about going up and inside the playground, and going down the big slides by himself at first. Such a great place with a great cafe and food (sandwiches and salads type). Love their nutella coffee shake, Haha.. they got a lot of drinks and kid friendly options. My husband and son also love their huge ballroom. Definitely a place worth checking out. Only downside is they close early on weekends and Friday to the open play (public) for private parties. My three year old loved it here! I'm sure I'll be back. Im not an AP kind of parent and I generally encourage my daughter to be independent, super active, climb everything and jump around. However, many parents set up shop at the tables and let their kids run wild. I wouldn't necessary suggest this is the place to do that. If this is your first time, go though the structure with your child and explain certain rules-feet first down slides, arms crossed in on red slide, don't push...so on and so forth. There is usually only 1-2 staff members watching but it's hard to see every kid from the outside of the play structure. I did get nervous a few times when I couldn't see where my kid was at, and I was holding my breath waiting for that unmistakable "I'm hurt" scream. Luckily nothing happened! In any case, I like it here. It's the same price as other indoor playgrounds that I've been to. And don't forget your socks! read more

Awesome place to bring your young children for a good time. They have a snack bar but you are welcome to bring your own snacks from home (no fast food). I see people on yelp complaining about showing up and it being closed for events. All you need to do is look on their website before leaving and they will tell you if there is an event or not. That simple. I would recommend this place for anyone. There is also free wifi if you need to do some work. It is $10 a child unless you are military and you get a dollar off. On Mondays military get in for $5. Also remember to bring socks, even adults have to wear them. read more

Ok so it's a bit chilly today and sitting outside for the park just wasn't cutting it for me. Decided to venture a little far from home and take my five year old daughter to this indoor playground. My favorite thing is that everyone wears socks, parents everyone. Great idea because it prevents accidental stepping on little toes. The facility is super clean, you can tell they take time to keep things clean. The play area is nicely sized and well padded. You cannot bring outside fast food but you CAN bring homemade meals. First time trough the gym my daughter wanted me to go with her, next time she left me behind and I settled into a chair to watch. Give this place a try you won't be disappointed. I took my children to Funbelieveable Play for the first time and I was quite impressed with the area. It is a huge indoor playground that has areas for everyone and generous space for parents/guardians. They have couches on both sides, a cafeteria, free wifi, and great and friendly staff. Parents can even go inside the playground! :) We met Maria during our visit and she was very friendly, informative, and made sure the area was clean. Just a few FYI's: -Cafeteria stops serving 30 minutes prior to closing. -Socks are required. -I would suggest to call before coming in on a weekend in case there's a private party as they do close. The only negative during our visit was parents not watching their older kids while they sat and chitchatted but you can't really blame that on the facility. Their much older child pulled bag the punching bag like toy (I forgot what it's called) and flung it back to hit my daughter because "they didn't want to play with her because she's a 'baby'". Not cool. Overall, we will definitely be coming back mainly because of how friendly Maria was. Thanks funbelieveable! read more

If you dont mind the rude staff and management & the fact that they will argue with you because they don't want to honor their own coupons that they put out, then this is a fun playplace for the kids. Really cool spot for kids. I'm jealous there was nothing like this when I was growing up! Out of the 5 or so similar places I've taken my daughter, this is our favorite. She's not quite 2 yet, so we play mostly in the toddler area, which is large compared to other places. It's also very smart and engaging for the kids. We also go through the big part a couple times if it's not too crazy. It's well-suited for many ages and I had so much fun too! My daughter also loves the ball pit and the big soccer/basketball area. Gripes: zero supervision. Even when there are big kids going wild and trampling the little kids in the toddler area, it takes some prompting for a staff member to intervene. I love the idea of the cafe and tables for parents BUT it gives parents the opportunity to completely check out and ignore their crazy wild children. Which of course is exactly why they go, but it sucks to have your kid trampled because an under-parented kid has gone completely postal. And when I pay 10 whole dollars to get in, I expect a little service. Maybe when she gets a little older I'll just pay it forward by letting her run wild and knock over little kids. I would give this place four stars if the bathrooms weren't so dirty! I do like that the adults are able to run around with their kids. I had only taken my son to Playcity before this place. I think Playcity has better supervision, I had to tell this two older kids (7yo) to stop punching each other in the ball-pin where my nephews and son played in before anyone else even noticed ..... but at the end of the day...your kids are your responsibility.
