This place was pretty cool I can't lie! But that being said, if you're looking for more trampolines than anything else... Air Track Park mite not be the best place. There is so many things to do though dodgeball court, GIANT play place, smaller play place with a bunch of balls and slides for the littles play, almost full size bouncy cushion basketball court and two obstacle courses in the middle of the place. Also it is well ventilated so it doesn't get hot . As for the parents looking to sit while the kids play I feel like there could have been more seating but with that being said there was still always a spot open when I looked. The service was good, the crew was definitely watching everything and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Very friendly with the kids. I think ill see you again Air Track Park

It definitely looks bigger (as far as things to do) online than it does in person. There could've been more done with the space. It's a newer indoor trampoline park in the Clairemont area. Smaller than expected. Huge private lot which is always a plus. They have party rooms upstairs that overlook the play place. Prices are reasonable. There's a few limited sections in which the kiddos can play at. This indoor playground is definitely geared more towards bigger children rather than toddlers. They also have a small snack bar with reasonable prices snacks - chips, drinks, ice cream, etc. We purchased the 2hr wristband & felt "over it" within an hour due to limited play options.

We just hosted a 5th birthday party here and it was a great experience. It was easy from start to finish. The staff was super chill and accommodating to all of our changes regarding the number of jumpers. The kids had a great time. Would definitely recommend for a party.

Vastly superior to Sky Zone on every measurable statistic. The parking lot is larger, it's cleaner, the population is less dense, there are more supervisors, you can see everything standing in any spot. The key to any kid-friendly spot is coming right when they open, which was 10am. We showed up at about 9:55am and we were the 2nd in line. Totally fine. If you reserve your spot the check in process takes maybe 4 minutes. Get your wristbands, get your socks, kids, GO GO GO. The population density was perfect for the first 30 minutes. Great mix of ages, affluence, ethnicity. There is no stigma, there is no iscolation, all of the kids were running, playing, and having fun with eachtoher. The adults? Well. We're all miserable but we were all smiling naturally. They aren't too strict with when you're supposed to leave times. We stayed for an extra 10-15 minutes and no one was kicking us out.

Came here on a Sunday for a birthday party. Check in was pretty smooth (have your waiver done in advance! I thought mine was done but it wasn't not and it made check in take longer). Party rooms are upstairs overlooking the play area. It felt cool up here and like there was air conditioning (as evidenced by the dripping water from the duct work). The place was clean and maybe due to it being a Sunday and on the earlier side was not super busy. They seemed to have a decent amount of things to keep the kids occupied. My child said it was "ok" yet they played the entire time of the party and were difficult to wrangle to eat and have cake. The interactive screen jumping was a favorite but they don't have staff in that area so it is up to the kids to share which it seemed some kids had issues doing. Overall a positive experience and I would return. It is located behind Food 4 Less and across the parking lot from Walmart. You would never know it was here. I didn't know it was there.

My kids love this place. Mostly ran by young kids/adults who can be inconsistent with their rule enforcement. I was instructed I was not allowed to drink my coffee on the couches while 6-7 other parents walked around with outside coffees. Overall the place has always been clean and the kids have had a great time burning out their energy. It may be worth noting as well you have to have their brand socks only and if you bring them from home you will have to trade them in for new ones.

This location is more compact, still cool free video games to play. Their concession stand has ample supply of ice cream and other items. Great prices just like Carlsbad! I wish I knew about this location when he was smaller. They even have a jungle gym good for the younger crowd and opened their Skytower while we were there. Would highly recommend this location for the younger Skyzone members it's perfect size to chase your child around and not have them get lost. Their toddler time was popping. So you are handcuffed to their purchase tier, they will justify it by saying buy a season pass and it will pay for itself after a couple visits, ok sure, but what if you dont go to skyzone that often? to just drop in with 3 kids for an hour its over a 100 dollars if you dont have socks. sure you get 2 hours, but what if you can only stay for an hour? your price is handcuffed! Next the free arcade games were included in the purchase of skyzone jump hours, now they cost a card and most games are now 8 pts which is equivalent to 2 dollars? Once again GREED at its finest! Just be ready, because you know food is next, I mean While we are at it, why not charge extra to play dodge ball, or how bout this why not have a quarter machine to use the bathroom. The Staff is Friendly, but I will not support a franchise owner who chooses GREED over costumers! This is the business model, nickle and dime you, knowing you will pay! Make them learn how to value costumers by not supporting.

The downside that I experienced today is that too many parents treat it as daycare, while they sit and doom scroll on their phones the entire time rather than watch their own children. Maybe the solution is more staff on site to enforce safety for ALL, and possibly color coded wristbands to help locate children and their parents quicker. When I was there there was only one young lady who was working, and she was doing what she could in terms of cleaning and helping guests. The 4 and under area seemed to be overran by kids who seemed older than 4 and were rough housing. Did not feel safe to have my 1 year old playing in the same vicinity. Children possibly between the ages of 5-7 walking on the ledge of the ball pit area and jumping onto the inflatable obstacle course. I was worried if they lost their balance walking on the ledge they would've landed on my daughter who was sat playing in the ball pit. One older boy, around 5-6 years old forcefully moved my 1 year old's hand from an item they both wanted, and parents nowhere to be found or redirect the behavior. So, I instead moved my daughter to a different area. One parent seemed to have stayed on his computer with headphones in the ENTIRE time while we were there, and I never saw him get up to check on his children the hour that we were there. Safety should be the priority for everyone and parents sitting there staring at a screen is totally unfair to the parents who are near their children the entire time, as this place claims it should be. We did enjoy it, though it seemed more stressful trying to make sure the other older children didn't accidentally hurt my child while their parents' face remained glued to a screen.

While we were there, an incident occurred between two kids where one child was hit in the face. We were told to speak to Alyssa who's the shift manger on duty. Instead of helping us, she directed us to a website/phone number and repeatedly said she trusted her staff and that she had been told nothing happened. This became even more confusing when the staff present clarified that this was not what they had told her. What disappointed me most was the lack of concern or professionalism. She never asked whether the child was okay or whether any assistance was needed. Instead, she told us she did not like the way we were speaking to her. She may not have liked our accent, or communication style, but that should not prevent a manager from helping a customer appropriately--especially when the concern involves a child's safety. Ironically, her staff handled the situation much more professionally. Before we left, they followed up with us and offered to file an incident report. The entire experience felt disorganized and poorly handled, and it left us seriously questioning what procedures are actually in place when a child is injured. I would appreciate someone from upper management contacting me directly to review what happened and explain the proper procedure for handling incidents involving children. When parents trust a facility with their kids, we need to know that safety concerns will be taken seriously and handled with professionalism, empathy, and appropriate follow-up. There also needs to be proper training for managers and staff on incident reporting, communication, and how to respond when a child is hurt. Until we know this situation has been addressed and appropriate training is in place, it will be very difficult for us to feel comfortable trusting this facility with our kids again.

While observing the employee operating the spinning jump attraction, I personally saw him appear to nod off or fall asleep while leaning against the inflatable approximately five times. He was responsible for operating the attraction at the time. I cannot determine the cause of this behavior and am not alleging impairment or a medical condition. My concern is that he appeared to fall asleep repeatedly while operating moving recreational equipment used by children. I immediately reported this to the woman at the front counter, who identified herself as the highest-ranking manager or supervisor on site. She gave the employee a break but questioned whether he had actually been falling asleep and stated that there was no safety-related concern, noting that he had "been here the longest." I explained that I had personally observed this multiple times. I then requested management contact information and the names of both employees so I could accurately document the incident. She declined to provide either name, stating that employees were not required to provide their names to customers. Please have ownership or senior management investigate this incident. The employees should be identifiable through the work schedule and attraction assignment for August 29. If surveillance covers the spinning jump attraction, please preserve and review relevant footage from before and after my report. My concern is the safe operation of the attraction. Employees operating recreational equipment should remain attentive while children are using it, and reports of an employee appearing to fall asleep should be documented and investigated promptly. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise whether it will be reviewed. I would appreciate a summary of the outcome and any corrective action taken, if applicable. Thank you,
