AirTrack was fun, but it felt a little too small for a group of teenage boys. They ended up spending most of their time playing basketball rather than enjoying the other attractions. I think younger kids would get much more out of the experience and have a blast. That said, I have to give a huge shoutout to Luis from the ATP Team! From the moment we arrived, he provided outstanding customer service and made the experience enjoyable. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Luis went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and even gave the boys a few extra turns of dodgeball, which they really enjoyed. The facility was clean, and the staff was excellent. While I'd probably recommend it more for younger children than older teens, Luis's exceptional customer service definitely stood out and made for a positive experience overall. read more

This place was pretty cool I can't lie! But that being said, if you're looking for more trampolines than anything else... Air Track Park mite not be the best place. There is so many things to do though dodgeball court, GIANT play place, smaller play place with a bunch of balls and slides for the littles play, almost full size bouncy cushion basketball court and two obstacle courses in the middle of the place. Also it is well ventilated so it doesn't get hot . As for the parents looking to sit while the kids play I feel like there could have been more seating but with that being said there was still always a spot open when I looked. It definitely looks bigger (as far as things to do) online than it does in person. There could've been more done with the space. It's a newer indoor trampoline park in the Clairemont area. Smaller than expected. Huge private lot which is always a plus. They have party rooms upstairs that overlook the play place. Prices are reasonable. There's a few limited sections in which the kiddos can play at. This indoor playground is definitely geared more towards bigger children rather than toddlers. We've been here a few times now and even hosted a birthday party here for one of my children. The 3 star review is from the facilities being clean and my kids seem to have a good time (though the bar for that is low). Knocking 2 stars because we're here right now and we booked 2 hours for our kids. Almost immediately after ordering (less than 5 minutes), we realized we booked for too long and asked if we could book the 1.5 hours option instead. The employee with a nose ring that refunds were not possible. I didn't want to raise a stink over it because she was probably just a high school or college kid doing what she's told but what a nonsensical, arbitrary rule. We literally just paid and turned around and said, "Hey, we made a mistake, can we correct it?" And was told no. I noticed the place is looking emptier every time we come and that the negative reviews are about the employees. Maybe situations like this is why the place is falling off. Trampoline Parks are a dime a dozen, if your service is poor and you make arbitrary rules just to make a couple bucks then people will go to the other parks. read more

The parking lot is larger, it's cleaner, the population is less dense, there are more supervisors, you can see everything standing in any spot. The key to any kid-friendly spot is coming right when they open, which was 10am. We showed up at about 9:55am and we were the 2nd in line. Totally fine. If you reserve your spot the check in process takes maybe 4 minutes. Get your wristbands, get your socks, kids, GO GO GO. The population density was perfect for the first 30 minutes. Great mix of ages, affluence, ethnicity. There is no stigma, there is no iscolation, all of the kids were running, playing, and having fun with eachtoher. The adults? Well. We're all miserable but we were all smiling naturally. They aren't too strict with when you're supposed to leave times. We stayed for an extra 10-15 minutes and no one was kicking us out. read more

After coming here for a year, i have to update. We have the membership so We tend to come towards the evening. It usually isn't as crowded since most of the birthday parties are held earlier in the day. After coming here weekly for a year, i have to say that the staff here keep this place tidy. The staff here are really nice i have seen them clean the toddler play areas and sanitize the balls. I see them wiping down everywhere and spraying lysol disinfectant as needed. I see them roaming around with the handheld mini vacuums as well. Every time we have come here, it always looks clean, even with the big crowds that fill this place. Air Track Park has been such a solid spot for us, especially if you have an active kid who loves to jump and run obstacle courses. My daughter can easily play for the full three hours and still not be ready to leave. It's definitely geared toward high energy kids who need space to move. She leaves tired and happy every time. The place is kept clean and I always see staff walking around with a tiny handheld vacuum cleaning throughout the day. It's kind of funny but also reassuring because you can tell they're staying on top of it. We've had good experiences with the employees too. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that they allow you to bring in your own snacks, drinks, and food. That honestly saves us money and makes it easy to hang out for the full three hours without constantly buying concessions. Their concession stand is mostly chips, cookies, candy, and bottled drinks. There isn't really hot or substantial food available, which isn't a big deal, but it's something to keep in mind so you can come prepared. There are couches inside the play area for parents, but I usually sit at the tables in the lobby. Now that my daughter runs around independently, I can actually sit and relax while she plays. It's nice not feeling like I have to hover the entire time. We purchased the Elite Membership for $50 a month. It includes three hours per day every day plus 10 percent off merchandise, concessions, and birthday parties. For us it's worth it because she genuinely uses it multiple times a week. If you go often, it makes sense financially. Parking is also super easy. There's ample parking and we've never had to circle or deal with any hassle, which is always a plus when you're unloading kids. The sock policy wasn't a big deal for us. We don't go on the trampolines, just our daughter does. When we showed them we already had grip socks from another place, they only charged us $3 for theirs as a one time purchase. We just wash them and keep them in the car so we're always ready. If adults aren't playing, you can walk around in your normal shoes or socks. My only complaint is the music on Friday evenings. They usually have an emo playlist playing. It's not about the volume, just the type of songs. I'd personally prefer more current top hits or upbeat family friendly music during play time. Came here on a Sunday for a birthday party. Check in was pretty smooth (have your waiver done in advance! I thought mine was done but it wasn't not and it made check in take longer). Party rooms are upstairs overlooking the play area. It felt cool up here and like there was air conditioning (as evidenced by the dripping water from the duct work). The place was clean and maybe due to it being a Sunday and on the earlier side was not super busy. They seemed to have a decent amount of things to keep the kids occupied. My child said it was "ok" yet they played the entire time of the party and were difficult to wrangle to eat and have cake. The interactive screen jumping was a favorite but they don't have staff in that area so it is up to the kids to share which it seemed some kids had issues doing. Overall a positive experience and I would return. It is located behind Food 4 Less and across the parking lot from Walmart. You would never know it was here. I didn't know it was there. read more

Some Pros: The place is pretty big. The slides/maze is bigger and higher than other places I've seen. Has a few sections of play areas, like dodgeballs, trampolines, obstacles, toddlers area. Plenty of parking even on a busy Sunday. Has couches, probably not enough though, for adults to sit, but still better than hard seats/chairs. Some Cons: Watch out for some of the bigger kids who can run or jump/flip into your little ones. The balls area could be dangerous as well as these bigger kids' throws are fast and can hurt. Watch for the adults who play in the trampolines area. Saw this 1 adult who jumped in it, hard too not just lightly, with little ones around and almost hurt a few kids who looked like they were 4-5 years old. I took my kid out of that area until he was gone. The adults should know better than to play this hard in the kids area. I know you want to have fun with your little one but you need to be mindful of the children. The staff didn't say anything about this. In 1.5 hrs i saw 4 kids crying due to injury or got hurt by something/someone. You really need to monitor your kids in the play area. The lighting at the maze/slides area is poor in certain spots. My kid ran straight into the net pretty fast, fell backward, luckily into the mat, and got hurt because he said he couldn't see the black net. Safety is #1, so i rated it a 3. They need to limit how many kids can enter this play area and monitor the rough plays from bigger kids and adults. read more

This place saved our summer! I had all of my kids friends parents get the monthly membership and we car pooled and brought all of the kids each time and they placed for HOURS! The place is pretty clean. The staff is on top of kids if they are being rough, disrespectful, or rude which is great. The only odd thing was that you HAVE to only wear this places socks. We came during a weekday afternoon. My kids had a half day of school and I decided to surprise them for a couple hours. This location is hidden near Walmart in the industrial area on the left side as you are in Shawline. Very inconspicuous and lots of parking. We were greeted by the nice ladies and they explained the process and pricing with us. It was our first time so we had to fill out waivers prior to paying. We only stayed for an hour since we wanted to beat traffic. For my kids, I paid $14 each per hour then $5 each for socks. Adults are free but would need to pay $5 for socks. There are cubbies out front to hold your stuff and a couple of tables to eat and have snacks. There is a snack bar available in case you get the munchies. There are different segmented rooms to play and there are stuff for the very littles which I appreciate. There is a virtual room in front as you walk in which looked fun. My kids enjoyed the basketball area where you can shoot hoops. Everything was clean and new when we came. After the hour, more kids came and it started to become crowded so we ended up leaving at our hour. Also the staff do tell you when your time is up based on your wristband. I've been coming to this place for a long time and have always recommended it to others, but after my last experience, I can't in good conscience continue to do so. Not only have they raised their prices, but now it feels like they are charging for everything, even the smallest things like socks -- and they insist you buy theirs, refusing any other brand. The last time I visited, they asked me to pay for the entrance for my 9-month-old baby who doesn't walk or play in any of the attractions. The manager said, 'It's the rules.' On top of that, the place is no longer as clean as it used to be, and the ball pit was in terrible condition -- many of the balls were broken, which could be dangerous for babies. Kid city is my first impression of this place. This place has kids of all ages and areas that are suitable for even the littlest of adventurers. My 3 year old daughter loved coming her to the point we decided to get a monthly pass. Big mistake because the summertime is a lot busier (expected of course) but they keep having all these day camps with tons of kids. Today we arrived at opening to be met with over 20 plus kids from the ages of 8-12. It was so crowded it felt like you couldn't do anything. Then my child was knocked over twice by two of the camp kids. We then decided to go to the toddler section since she's 3 years old and all of a sudden 3 big kids began running into the area and almost knocked her over again as well as another little one in the area. We were also trying to jump on one of the trampoline squares when a camp kid tried harassing us that I wasn't allowed to be jumping with my 3 year old. We ended up leaning after only 10 min. Pretty disappointing too when you also advertise a "toddler time" around 10-12 every day for a discount but have multiple day camps with way older kids running around everywhere. In my opinion it's not safe for younger kids as they can easily get knocked over and trampled. If you are going to have that large of parties come in for a visit plus normal operations it should be done as a proper event time where an area of the place is closed to the public for a short time. Cancelled my membership after that. My child's safety is more important. read more
