Let me start by saying--I have never been banned from any location in my life. If you know me, that's actually hilarious because I avoid confrontation and I'm definitely not someone who complains easily. Here's what happened: I have three kids, so naturally, I buy the punch card deal (around $200 for 10 visits). On our most recent visit, I noticed something strange. I had just purchased a new card, but something didn't add up. I asked to see a record of our visits, and immediately something jumped out--two punches were used on a Saturday. Not only would I never go on a Saturday (and definitely wouldn't leave one of my kids behind), but I wasn't even in the state that day. So I asked to see the punch card prior to that one, and again--I found four punches used while we were in Miami. I even showed staff proof via Apple Photos (which show location), but instead of helping, they dismissed me and refused to show me any more records. I told them I'd be disputing the charges if they couldn't offer a refund or at least a credit. Now here's where things get even more concerning: I went through all of our credit card accounts--Visa, Discover, Amex, and Mastercard--and between my husband and me, from April 2024 to April 2025, we had close to $5,000 charged at this place. We absolutely did not authorize $5,000 in charges here, and it raises some serious concerns about how securely they handle credit card information. Are they even PCI compliant? If you still decide to check this place out, I highly recommend paying in cash only. And honestly, that's a big if--because it's not the cleanest or safest environment either.

It was our first time bringing the kids here and they loved it! Our kids are 6, 4 and 2. Came out to about $56. $20 for one and $18 for the siblings. The place seemed pretty clean and well maintained. The people working there were friendly, helpful, and attentive. I could see they were actively watching the kids to make sure they were playing safely and following the rules. I noticed them picking the balls that fell out of the ball pit and putting them back. I appreciate that they have signs and arrows to direct children which way to go or not to climb up the slides. There was a toddler area for kids 3 and under and a lounge area with massage chairs for adults. The snack bar also had pretty decent food at reasonable prices. We ordered a kids meal for $8 which came with a grilled cheese sandwich, goldfish crackers, juice/milk and yogurt/string cheese. They also had paninis and salads for the adults for about $8-$9. There were plenty of tables to sit at and they have a private room in the back for birthday parties. This place seemed much more well kept and better staffed than some of the other indoor gyms we have been to. Definitely check them out if you are in the area!

I can't say enough great things about Funbelievable! We've been a few times now & each visit has been fantastic. My son absolutely loves it here. It's such a fun, safe, & engaging space for kids to explore. One of my favorite things as a parent is that the entire play structure is adult-friendly and fully accessible. I get to climb & play right alongside my son which makes the experience even more special. The place is always very clean & well-organized. They offer food & drinks for purchase super convenient when your kids don't want to leave! A special shoutout to Alex who is such a sweetheart & goes out of her way to make families feel welcome. We'll definitely be back often & I'd love to plan my son's birthday party here in the future. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a great indoor play space!

Absolutely fun!! Good food even healthy options, super cheap prices, amazing staff, and fun for adults too!!! I got lunch for $12, $8 a piece cute little souvenir cups (tiger, elephant, lion, bear), pbj, goldfish, and an apple for my kid's lunch $7. $20 for admission of my daughter. In total spent $50 for everything we bought including admission. Overall fun!! No time limit, we stayed from 11am- 4pm on a Monday. Recommend going on a weekday for no time limit and easy parking!!!

Love that adults can join their kids in the play structures... esp if your child is 3 and younger they may need some guidance. No other indoor play allows this. They also have a fun caged ball zone where you can go nuts with all the large different sized balls. They have a toddler area too...a soft play for the Littles. There's a cafe to order food, snacks and coffee. Only down fall is how far it is in Santee. Would be awesome to have one in San Diego, Chula Vista area... its better than playcity.

Pricey. Ge tout pass does not work here. Dark and not much lighting. Very few places for adults to sit. Couches to sit on were shredded. Bring socks or pay $5-6 for a pair. Fun for 5 year old. Big climbing structure. She spent the majority of the time in the ball section. I thought this was cool. Haven't seen any other play place have an area dedicated to just throwing and kicking balls around. After 1.5 hours playing with everything, she was bored. Not so fun for 7month old. We did see the staff constantly cleaning but baby still got allergic reaction from dust. Small area with soft play. Recommend replacing the shoelaces in the round area as it's very dirty.

I came here as a guest for a birthday party and it was ok. The place itself is great for kids, but the staff is so rude.

Is this place good for toddlers, 1-3 year olds? I have an 18mo old, is there enough for her to do if I take her with her cousin who is 5?

For 1-2 year olds, there's a small section with a baby ball pit, some foamy play things, and a small slide. I would say 2 1/2 - 3 year olds would enjoy the larger play structures more (which there are plenty of). I would definitely check it out at… Read more

Here, the toddler area is huge, and the climbing structure is spaced out well from the toddlers and ball areas.

It's like if someone crossed a SkyZone Trampoline Park with a McDonald's Playpen and slapped it with a coat of pastel paint and candy stickers. Sorry, CANDEE stickers. I will say that the prices are very reasonable. $25 buys you two hours of playtime. Grip socks are extra, food is extra, some of the games are extra. And the area itself is impressively clean, especially considering the number of young children traipsing about. On the negative side of things, however, the list is a bit longer. First, there's not a ton to do. Candeeland has limited space to work with and much of it is taken up by sitting areas for parents. The empty space could easily house 2-3 more small activities without sacrificing any existing areas. Still, what activities they do have are pretty intricate, with the multilevel play area having a nice array of padded areas for children to crawl through and a toddler area with nice pneumatic tube setup to delight the young. Next, even though the place is less than a year old, there's already some breakage of some of the area. There's a floor made up of touch screens that displays numerous games for kids to step on a play with. However, it's apparent that some larger kids have smacked a number of screens, causing them to go out or flicker. Which leads to my biggest issue. There are not that many people working here. This means that there are usually people minding the gate and checking if your kid is leaving with the right person. But, there aren't enough people on the floor to ensure safety or police older kids from doing things they shouldn't be doing. Candeeland really is a place that caters to those between 3-8 years of age. Older kids either don't fit on some of the slides or play a bit too rough with the environment. More than once, a screaming 12 year old almost barreled over my kid, knocked her off a slide, or hit her with one of the nerf axes. Sure, they balk when you glare at them. But, they just go back to screaming and thrashing about while their parents sleep oblivious in the corner. So, does my seven year old like Candeeland? Yes, she loved it and wants to come back. Did I like Candeeland? M'eh, not particularly. Still, I'm sure I'll be back eventually...
