This place is first come first serve, they do not take insurance but typically only charge $60. Per visit. Recently I was suffering with a uti and my regular Dr. Expected me to wait over a month to be seen . So I walked into North County Care, waited my turn to be seen and then was given a test and diagnoses along with a prescription . So to me that was well worth $60.00 . He is a bit of a character, don't let that turn you off he is a very good Dr. that does what he can to help people heal. No ego trip and a no frills office.

I wanted to write this review because while this has been pretty much my only experience as a patient at a hospital, I am forever grateful for the treatment I received. I came in with a temp of 103.9 and a HR of 140. I was so dizzy I could barely stand. I was triaged within minutes and immediately placed in a bay. Every single staff member (several nurses, doctor, lab, EKG and radiology techs) were absolutely incredible. Professional, skilled, expeditious and truly worked as a team. Even though I was super scared, every team member took the effort to put me at ease. I write this as a retired RN who has worked primarily in ICU, but as well as Burn ICU, peri-operative units, and even a few ER shifts when I was a float nurse. Even though I have never been on the patient side until now, I've seen a things or two. Twin Cities delivered. Turns out I had a pretty severe case of pneumonia but a week later I almost feel myself again. The doctor encouraged me to come back if I ever have any problems or if things worsened. They then sent me to collections and collections is now refusing to bill my insurance due to timely. They refuse to change or bill because my insurance cannot promise them that they can waive the timely so they will not even attempt. NO one will help or correct the HOSPITALS mistake. Now I am stuck in collections for a balance that should have never came to me. I will note the nurses took care of me and provided me the best care. But I WILL NEVER RETURN because the billing department has ruined everything for me.

I even asked if I could wait in my car they didn't pass out masks. There was so many sick people in there and at the end of the day they just did a bunch of expensive tests that we're not even necessary and could care less that my mother was 90 years old hadn't eaten or slept in seven hours.
