If you're looking for the best groomer in the OC area, Fur Seasons is by FAR- the best out there. We've lived all over OC the last four years and been to countless groomers. None of which even come close to our last 3 experiences with Fur Seasons. My pup has never been happier to go to the groomer like he is now. The staff is absolutely incredible. They take the time to let the dogs settle in, create their own bonds, and make the experience relaxing and enjoyable for every dog that walks through the doors. You can tell they pride themselves on quality over quantity. You won't see a room full of kennels here like every other groomer. They offer a cage free experience, allowing dogs to relax in a calm, thoughtfully curated space where their safety and emotional wellbeing always come first. Steph, groomer, took the time to get to know my dog, played w him, gave him treats & made him feel "at home". My dog loved her, licking her face while being blow dried. I use to bring my three dogs here when it had the previous owner and it was named Benji's grooming. Always had the best experience with the previous owner. The guy I spoke to mentioned for a basic hair cut and wash it would around $65. When I spoke to him he said it would be $215. When I got to the shop they added an additional fee and I had a $300 that was never authorized by me. There is no transparency with this business and I feel they are dishonest. The guy mentioned they had to do an additional cleaning for one of my dogs because there was "yeast " I'm in the veterinary field and I clean my dogs ears . Also you need a microscope to identify yeast. I'm not returning and I'm really sad Benjis grooming went out of business because the lady who owned it was honest and always did a superb job with all my dogs. Cuts were at this location were OK but I can get the same results for a fraction of the price at Petsmart. read more
