I was told that once the doors of the mobile van close, I would not be able to see her again until the grooming session was finished. I found this disappointing, especially for a mobile grooming service. One of the main reasons many pet owners choose mobile grooming is to avoid dropping their pets off at a facility where they can't see or check on them. As the owner of a blind dog, being able to periodically ensure she's comfortable is particularly important to me. Unfortunately, this policy doesn't align with what I was looking for, so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Let me start by saying both the groomer and the owner were very friendly. The service was extremely…read moreconvenient and reasonably priced. However the haircut doesn't look like a professional groom to me. The coat clearly wasn't prepared correctly to get an even clean cut. After noticing a big chunk of hair behind my dogs neck I tried running a comb through to see if there were others I needed to clean up. There were multiple but across most of his legs I couldn't even get the comb through. You can't get a professional cut if the coat isn't prepared correctly and this coat clearly wasn't. His ears and jaw line are sloppy. Transitions areas aren't blended with thinning sheers or if they were they done poorly. Entire body is uneven. Part of his legs look like they weren't even blown out or attempted to be prepared. Really looks like a groom a dog owner did not a professional groomer. Let me end by saying I have a Sheepadoodle. One of the more difficult coats to prepare and groom. One where the imperfections are noticeable. If you have a dog w an easy coat to groom this service might be fine. However my dogs groom looks like it was done by someone who has never done this before.

Upon picking him up, it was discovered that the hair in his head was indeed cut. After contacting Eddie to inform him of the matter, he then conveyed to me that José, the technician, stated that he "felt disrespected" and that services to our dog would be discontinued. Eddie went on to say that because of the dog's disposition- there are no other techs who desired to "put up with him" and "José was the only tech who would groom him." The irony is: If in fact the dog were so unmanageable, amazingly, Eddie would call my friend to see when would she be bringing him in. If the dog were that bad, his services should have been refused 2 years ago. The final analysis- Eddie told me that he would refund me the money from the last service and that due to the dog's disgruntled disposition- there was a TLC fee, which we have never seen, prior to that day. As a patron, it was NEVER about the money. It was about José failing to follow instructions and when the issue was addressed, the company assumed a stance of victimization, which resulted in poor customer service. Accountability goes a long way a business, and sadly, they chose not to be held accountable.

We do the express grooming so she is finished in two hours. She's always clean, happy, and he takes excellent care of her. She looks beautiful every time and I can tell she likes it because when she goes there she knows exactly where to go off the leash. For credit cards they do add a fee for the processing which is fair so we Zelle every time to avoid the fee. Prices are competitive and it's actually lower than you would think. Parking is always available.

I have two cockapoos that came in shaggy with mats left over from their monthly grooming at other facilities and the results from bubble club were beyond what I expected, truly fantastic. The bubble club groomers were so patient and knowledgeable on how to groom cockapoos. My dogs are used to being groomed but always come out stressed and ready to leave, but with bubble club they came back so calm and relaxed I was surprised and deeply appreciative. 10/10 will come back next month

I wasn't quite sure how to feel about the cut up until we reverted back to her regular ponytail. "Oh we only use organic products." While that may be true, the (possibly inexperienced) groomer and Uptown never owned up to what they did to my boy. I think they may have been hacked and sent a text this evening to book our next appointment. Brought back that awful experience for my boy and I felt compelled to post his photos. The lack of reviews for Uptown kinda support my theory in that they are a scam and are in it for the money. My boy has been through so much and didn't deserve this.
