However I ended up paying $90 extra for - I'm not sure what? ..He said he didn't have a long enough cord to connect behind the wall, but my outlets aren't that far away? They're literally on the same wall - how long is the cord they bring? 3 feet? And then they charge extra for the service that I already chose/paid for. A plate is like $2. Another vent - I was home alone and there was no way this one guy could lift a TV and mount/dismount it. I had to use all of my *one* muscle and hold it while he worked on the wall. I literally broke a sweat. I mean... what if I had been clumsy and dropped it? What if I was pregnant and couldn't risk it? Shouldn't they send 2 guys out? Otherwise why not pay ME a portion of that job? I tried to email and get the $90 portion refunded, but nope. That's bad customer service. They showed up right on time and got right to work. They did everything quickly and pleasantly and exactly as asked; they even figured out stuff that I wouldn't have been able to explain--even though all the equipment was already here, it wasn't stuff they sold. Bill gave me a quote and I decided to work with him because of his perfect reviews. He came and opened up the ceiling holes and installed speakers for me. He is so experienced and handy and his work is awesome and way beyond my expectation. He also suggested me to use the previous speakers and new speakers to setup a 5.1.2. This opened up a new idea for me. The looking and the new 5.1.2 makes the experience at a completely new level. Also, the charged hours were less than I expect because he is so fast. It feels like he is trying to save money for me. :)
