I needed to add a additional armchair to my new living room furniture and instead of going to one of the big chain stores I stumbled upon this location. I went in and I was immediately greeted by Aysun. She walked around the whole Warehouse with me and discussed some options. We went through my photos and she made sure she sold me the right chair for My room. She even hesitated at one point if I didn't find one that really fit she would have just told me to go somewhere else. We managed to find the perfect chair. They delivered it. It goes wonderful in the room. It's been a very great experience the staff was nice the delivery person was super nice and I couldn't say enough nice things about this location. I wish I would have went here before I went to another store. I would have furnished the whole room with these folks. read more

We have been looking for couches and loveseat for almost 2 months and we wanted to stop by Furniture Expo. We were welcomed by Mrs. Aysun and she spent more than hour with us. She answered all our questions and finally we didn't decide. We got her business card and left. We looked several other locations and it took my wife 2 weeks to decide which one to buy. During those 2 weeks, we called and texted almost 100 times, but every time Mrs Aysun was responsive, kind and helpful. She was never pushy. We placed order on Wednesday and had it delivered on Saturday. They are really professional and efficient. On Saturday, delivery team reached out to me and gave an eta. They were very punctual, professional and respectful. They finished everything in 2 hours and left. You will see the outcome in below pictures. I saw this store on social media for the 1st time and visited it. Their collection of furniture is impressive. Customer service is outstanding as well, a knowledgeable young middle eastern girl was very helpful. I didn't make a purchase at the time but I am looking forward to do it in the near future. She was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision, I remembered her saying "Maybe you can come back when you need it and we will make sure you leave with a smile". Had a great experience here when I was looking for a sofa-bed. The space here is huge with plenty of options setup for browsing. If you don't find what you're looking for, there are also catalogs available. The sales person that worked with me was really nice without being pushy or intrusive. He was happy to show me the items that I was looking for, and didn't really say anything otherwise when I finally decided on a cheaper piece that was on sale. The store manager was also extremely helpful in getting the delivery setup during the purchase as I wanted delivery the very next day. I've been selling Istikbal for ten years. It's engineered amazing, with the bonel springs, coil react sensors, different styles and it all turns into bedding. I love that it's galvanized steel and made extremely well. I've never had one come back sagging, etc. Some of the review on here are funny. If you buy ONLINE and cut out brick and mortars to save a few bucks.... GUESS WHAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR DAMAGES BACK TO THE STORE. It's doesn't matter where you shop from online, you're responsible to ship it back. It also cracks me up about measurements and people ordering online expecting the delivery guy to assemble it in your house. It's a shipping company, not a delivery team. Quit being CHEAP and support small businesses...and don't rate a company because you didn't want to walk into a store and buy it. read more

Ordered a sofa through the website and requested it to be delivered to my home in Staten Island. I was told it would arrive between 1-3 pm, it arrived at 4pm. No biggie. But when they unloaded the sofa, they left it on the sidewalk.. literally the sidewalk. 3 feet away from the street. When I asked them to bring it to my front door, they said I didn't pay for them to do that. DO NOT get products delivered from them! Never going back. read more

I bought a soft from them. Upholstery is nice, design is practical, assembly is weird. Instead of having some hinges, the front part of the sofa just detaches from the body of the sofa. 4 star so far. The reason I'm rating it 1 star, is that today I noticed deep scratches below the sofa on top of my brand new hardwood. I turned down the sofa - just two legs installed, the front doesn't have legs! The result was that staples were exposed at 3 sides of the perimeter. Zero quality control, it seems to me. I was even tempted to force them to reimburse my damaged hardwood, but that might be a road to nowhere. read more

I strongly recommend the mattresses which are extremely comfortable. The furniture quality there is ok, not great. The customer service is very poor. I ordered a sofa bed back in July and it was recently delivered to me in California. The delivery estimates were properly communicated and agreed upon. The sofa was delivered to me unassembled in two pieces. I inspected the boxes and found no packaging damage. Later the same day, when assembling, I noticed that one wooden piece of the furniture is scratched. The manufacturer's defect was communicated to the company. They acknowledged the defect and informed me that I would have to pay for shipping of the replacement part $120 (and it would take 8-12 weeks to deliver). This is unacceptable for a company that stands behind the quality of the products they sell. Maybe the company needs to learn from Amazon, who is in most part not even a manufacturer, but a resale company. What a difference! Read other reviews of the company before buying from them (all one star reviews as of today). Will I buy from this company again? Not with this service. For now, I will let my credit card company work with them. read more

I have ordered a max convertible sofa drom Istikbal furnitures on August 20th for $324.99 ($299.99+25.00). It was posted as an open order. I got an invoice for the order which I printed for my record. When checked the order status on Monday, I saw it was "open", so I called their customer care who assured I should wait for a few days as the guy who processes all the orders is on vacation. He assured me everything was fine with the order. I waited till Friday (August 26th) and called back. The customer care representative said their website is being updated and the shipping fee is $99, which I have to pay in order to get the sofa. When I told, I have the invoice and I should not be responsible for the price difference, she summarily cancelled the order. I really wonder how they are still in business if they tend to treat all their customers like dirt. read more

I came here in 2002 and got a sofa set and was said they were going to bring it in 3 weeks. They didn't call or email me and brought the set in 2 months with out assembling the sofas. The service is very poor and I do not recommend it to anyone. read more
