I love how she gets to play with other small dogs, indoors and out; we appreciate them having separate areas for large and small dogs. Of course she came home with diarrhea. The office is overrun with boxes and smells horrendous... like they have elephants there too. And they charge you for each play time, love and care time. The price only includes one play time of 15-30 minutes. I was first told 15-20 minutes and then she said 'up to 30 minutes'. I chose this place based on the website. And it was one of the only places that didnt require an interview the day before. I will never be back.

I ended up calling myself and literally had to "prod" for answers about how everything went. Only got "they did well" and no details of anything. I know no news is good news, but I could've used a little more detail instead of one word answers and me being the only one talking. The icing on the cake was when our dogs came home, the one who was w other dogs got EXTREMELY sick and the other who was in private play caught the bug 24 hours later from the first. We know anxiety poops after change of scenery/boarding/etc. this was NOT that and our vet needed to prescribe antibiotics because it continued to last into a week and wasn't getting any better.
