While our dogs were there, we got no communication or indication of anything. When my boyfriend picked our pups up, he felt extremely rushed because of the line and didn't get to talk long to anyone about their stay. I ended up calling myself and literally had to "prod" for answers about how everything went. Only got "they did well" and no details of anything. I know no news is good news, but I could've used a little more detail instead of one word answers and me being the only one talking. The icing on the cake was when our dogs came home, the one who was w other dogs got EXTREMELY sick and the other who was in private play caught the bug 24 hours later from the first. We know anxiety poops after change of scenery/boarding/etc. this was NOT that and our vet needed to prescribe antibiotics because it continued to last into a week and wasn't getting any better. Not saying the bug is anyones fault, but it's the last straw I needed to never go back. Thanks but no thanks!

They will provide updates (if asked) and are very flexible with last minute bookings. One of my dogs has a seizure disorder and had a seizure during boarding. They notified me promptly and watched her closely and provided updates. After I requested, she drink more water and have more restful times during the day, they accommodated. I am never worried about the care my dogs get when I drop them off.

By about 6 weeks my pup tends to get knotted up bad with matting, but I heard great things about the groomer at this location so I took the appointment. I paid an extra $10 to get the matting out since I couldnt get in sooner. Second visit: I received a text the morning of his appointment reminding me to send his vaccinations. I called the office and politely asked what I was missing from the original list I gave them. I was told the entire record was missing and I needed to send another copy before my pup could be seen. The girl on the phone got snippy with me because I was concerned how the records were lost. There was no apology for the inconvenience or the impoliteness. I showed up at the appointment with records on hand. Before I handed my pup over, she asked if I had any notes to the groomer. I said yes, please give him the same hair cut but, specifically do not cut his ears or tail. I came back to pick up my pup later that afternoon. Of course they had me pay for the services including a tip first. He comes out almost shaved, ears and tail cut down to a stub. Chunks of fur missing off his feet while other parts of his feet had longer fur. It looked almost incomplete or chopped up. I understand he is a puppy and they probably squirm and jump while being trimmed. But at least trim all the stray hair to make it look clean cut. I was more upset over the ears and tail as I specifically mentioned not to cut them. Im not blaming the groomer here but the messenger. I immediately asked to speak to a manger. I was told they were not available and was given their card. Of course, there was no direct phone number but only an email. So, I emailed the manager that evening and still have not heard a word from anyone in a week. Very disappointed and will not refer anyone to this business due to their lack of communication and poor customer services.

This was their one job, to take care of and watch the dogs. Absolutely horrible, I wasn't given any information about her other than she escaped and people saw her on ring cameras. We called to see what was happening and the person who answered didn't answer any questions and just kept giving obvious reasoning ( "I guess she hopped the fence" ), they did call animal control and the police immediately to get her found. She will text you so you know when she's on her way, and is very quick to respond to texts if you have any questions. She was very loving towards our dogs, giving them little treats and making a point to introduce herself to them to help make them both feel more comfortable with her and her assistant. We gave her a call and explained to her our dog has a splint due to a broken toe and cannot be left unattended. She had no problem and told us to bring him whenever we were ready. When we arrived, she could tell I was a bit nervous as this was my first time leaving him with a stranger. She was incredibly kind and said she would send us updates. 20 minutes after leaving, we received two videos and an update. He was happy as could be hanging out with her and the other dogs. We received many more updates, videos, and pictures throughout the evening. She even hand fed him as she noticed he wasn't eating.
