We understand that safety is important, but refusing to groom a dog solely because she has three legs, after previously providing the service, was very disappointing. We hope management reviews this policy and provides better communication and consistency for customers with special-needs pets.

I attended the 9/14 event for a kitten and loved how the Let Them Be Little Feline Rescue (LTBLF Rescue) provided an enclosure so you could take a kitten or cat inside to interact with them. There was two other shelter organizations and I truly enjoyed seeing all of these cats being well cared for. Although I did not adopt a cat that day, I expressed interest in fostering kittens with LTBLF Rescue and was matched with two beautiful Siamese babies within the week. Dogs don't like it but it beats doing it at home. It is far more affordable doing it yourself than at the groomers. The one unusual thing about Vanity Fur is they set your appointment time. If she is able, Autumn will call and give me an opportunity to move the time if it's more convenient. I gave them a call, got an appointment nearly right away and took my dog in for his first groom. I have to say, the love, energy and expertise of the staff is amazing. I was prepared to get the dreadful call to pick up my dog and the call I got was to tell me he was ready (awww). My guy was able to get a complete bath, trim, deshed glam-up.
