I can't say enough in how much in joy taking my dog here for her grooming needs. The staff is super friendly and great with the dogs. From the time you call to the time you leave with your doggy ready to go, you get nothing but great customer service. I used to have issues with other local grooming salons not wanting to service my dog because she would nip them when they got close to her tail area. Some would even wait until I got back to pick her up in order to finish that area. Not with Pup's N Bubbles Grooming. The only place that answered my call right away was Pups N Bubbles. They got my brother's dog in within a few days. I wish I had a before picture. She looks a lot better and comfortable. This is the pest little hidden gem near Canyon Lake. We took our Shih Tzu Jackson here to get a full day pet, spa treatment, including haircut. Jen is amazing, she knew exactly what I wanted and nailed it! I haven't had a good experience with a corporate groomer and my previous groomer is no longer in business so I took a chance with Pup's N Bubbles. I explained my previous experiences to her and she let me stay and was done with my dog in 45 minutes. I will absolutely be going back! First time coming here to get my old man groomed! They are extremely friendly and my dog looks great! Did exactly as my wife requested. They are booked, so it is best to call the place first. I made the mistake of just showing up, but they were even willing to take my old man doggy in same day! I respectfully declined, and just scheduled an appointment instead so they wouldn't be too swamped. I appreciate the service and well done full groom for Bobo. He is nice, soft, and so fluff! Despite being the screamer, you managed to get the job done perfectly! Says a lot about the experience! Thank you guys so much. The experience was outstanding, from the communication during booking to taking the time to hear my concerns when I dropped Leila off to calling and letting us know she's almost done. Customer service goes a long way, and I think that's lost on a lot of the younger generation unfortunately. But not this old dog. From the time I called this wonderful place to pickup, their customer service was exceptional. I don't know her name but the lady that helped us just has that 'we're all family' type of a voice and feel. The price was fair, they treated our old doggie like family, he looks great, they were quick, and they even helped my mom load the old man into her car when he was done. My dog Winston has been here twice and both times we had an outstanding experience. The groomer was incredibly welcoming towards Winston. She gave us exactly what we asked for in the groom, on both occasions. More importantly, she got to him promptly and didn't leave him sitting there all day. She is reasonably priced compared to the one other groomer that we went to in the area and also compared to Florida where we relocated from. I've taken my older Scottie, and was pleased with the amazing cut, not all groomers know how to keep the skirt and beard on Scottie's. Today I took in my 6 month old Scottie, I was afraid he wouldn't allow them to cut his hair he is easily frightened however they said he did great! He moves around a lot and hates to be away from me. When I dropped him off the owner was so welcoming, knowledgeable and calming. She was able to fully groom him, cut his nails, brush his teeth and everything and the most important part is she TOOK HER TIME WITH HIM! She didn't rush anything and he looked amazing! I brought in my cat at 11am and picked him up when I was they were closing just for my boy to not have his paw hair trimmed or nails clipped and forget about trimming his fur nothing was done and when he was handed to me he wasn't even fully dried which is okay but charging me full price to half ass service is disappointing customer service when I went in was sweet but doing your job for what I brought my cat in for disappointing makes me regret even tipping you.
