During pick-up and check-in, we saw people who were traveling without agents, and it was obvious that their travel was more challenging. While we always knew that using Capital Pet Movers was a good choice, the stark contrast between how prepared their team (and, as a result, we) were compared to the other families traveling at the same time was additional confirmation that the decision to work with them was one of the best we made. Finally, it's important to note how kind and thoughtful every member of their team was throughout the process. No question was too small or silly, and they were focused entirely on making sure that our Westie was safe and happy and that we were confident about everything that was happening.
