I have a dog who just had knee surgery and has special precautions and a bunch of medications, and another who is a front leg amputee. With EACH visit, you get a lengthy, detailed email of how the visit went, how the dogs seemed and what they were doing, a summary of each pill given, and a list of things completed (i.e. closing the blinds for the night, refreshing water, etc.) - PLUS a ton of pictures, some of which are the best pictures anyone has ever taken of my girls! Jodi and Amy love my dogs like their own - and anyone who has a dog will understand how comforting it is to travel and know your animals are well cared-for and that you don't have to worry about a thing. There are no words to adequately summarize how awesome these girls are - if you need a pet sitter, there is no one better. Period.

While I am comfortable for the moment with the individual trainers, I fully expect the quality of care to rapidly decline with PE involved. They already plan to remove a lot of the website transparency, such as the names and profiles of trainers "because they don't want to have to update their website often," which of course indicates major turnover and instability.
