The front desk seemed a little all over the place but Kristie still came out to speak with us and go over everything. Two hours later our pup was ready and looked absolutely handsome! While the waiting area is a bit cramped they do tell you two hours so you're free to run errands and come back. There is also a porch out front if you absolutely must wait. Prices are fair and they're very transparent as to why the grooming cost what it did.

Results were way better than could have even anticipated, especially since we didn't give direction on how to trim. Highly recommend this groomer. Every time a tummy upset happens they are always able to get us in for an appointment immediately. The vets, vets techs, and receptionists always answer my million questions with knowledge and a smile. They are so well informed and even gave me advice on pet insurance as it was confusing me! The last tummy upset was a bad one and quite scary. A few days after our appointment Dr. Shannon personally called to see how she was doing. I was happy to say she was almost fully recovered. I was blown away by the actually care and concern. I highly recommend Manetto Hill for any and all of your veterinary needs!!

Some staff members vs others will give you a more comprehensive update about what's going on. I was very thankful that when Winston was experiencing an episode of loose stool that they had given him some pumpkin and asked for my permission to give him rice or chicken to help bulk it up. They also gave him some extra cuddles before bedtime, which I was appreciative of. Was not sure if you had any outdoor time which sort of concern me and of course Winston kept hiding in the corner, an area of the camera cuts off, so I wasn't always able to fully see him. When we picked up Winston, he was very tired like some of these reviews say but that is normal considering he probably was on guard as he is in an unfamiliar environment and around other dogs being social, but he was alive, well and not sick and that is truly all you can ask for. My dog has always been nervous with grooming, on the fence, and a real problem while there. Toni graciously allowed me to stay, watch my dog, all while sitting online through my zoom class and repeating Italian words while my dog was groomed, and assured that both him and the groomer were happy and well for our visit. What an incredible group of people!…read more My dog is susceptible to pneumonia and when he had a wet cough on a Sunday, I knew it couldn't wait for his primary vet on Monday. In the past we went ton other emergency vets and unfortunately it was always a long wait, you were away from your dog the entire time, and they wouldn't release your dog to you until after you paid. VEG is different than all those places. We were seen immediately and while they do have an open concept ER, they gave us a private room just in case. The nurse (Diana) and the vet (Dr. Schwartz) were all incredible. They took such good care of our dog and us! They allow you to be with your pet during X-rays which I found amazing. No paying first then waiting for your pet to be discharged. You're as hands on as you're comfortable being. Amazing place.

The behavior this practice has exhibited has been avoidant, evasive and disappointing. I called distressed after my dog was having complications healing from surgery after a lipoma removal. We arrived on a busy Sunday and were taken at the end of a triage. During our time there I voiced to MULTIPLE techs that my dog was bleeding through his gauze. 2/3 responses were a deadpan stare and the words "ok". It took 3 times of me asking/ pleading for someone to listen to me. Even then I was armed with loose gauze and a wee wee pad. When we were finally seen I was so relieved i let this all fall away. I was so happy my pet was taken care of I went home following their orders and protocol. The next day I realized all the sutures at the site had fallen out and we were back at square one after spending hundreds of dollars. Naturally I was upset and placed a call to the location. I was placed on an infinite hold 3 times with no answer until i called from my friend's phone to which they picked up immediately. I have been calling every day since Monday with not a single person giving me a call back or without any financial compensation for the negligent job they did. I have given them since Monday to give me a call back and fix this. I've called every day without a call back. So if you don't care about your pets or spending unnecessary money this is the place for you!
