First of all, I'm so happy there is a Japanese influenced restaurant in the area! The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. However, I went in the other day with my mouth watering for a Bangkok Crab bowl that I had just seen on their website. I was very disappointed to find out they no longer lffer.the Bangkok peanut sauce. The last time I ate here, I had bean thread noodles, which I loved, but they no longer carry those either. I ended up with a yum yum roll and gyoza which were both just.ok. I'll be going back though to try a bowl! Great place to eat or carry out! read more

I typically come in and order some form of sushi and a grilled chicken bowl. Service is quick enough. Portions are large enough for me and my 8.5yr old son to share. Food tastes fresh! I'd recommend NOT deep frying your rolls though. It kinda took away from the whole purpose of eating sushi (in my opinion). Several options for sauce. Glad it's so close to home! read more

We moved to the NCH side of town a little over a year, and with the sushi burrito/bowl craze sweeping the area, I was excited to see that we had a place close by! New sushi place in our area. Let me say first I do not like seaweed. I have to have the soy paper wrap. This place has this available. Also many sushi places do not have noodles or other things available so I can take my kids. They have these small bowls were you pick the veggies, protein and sauce. Teriyaki is good for most children. They give you a set of kids chopsticks to. My daughter loved it. They have some Americans behind the counter. This makes it less intimidating for those getting sushi the first time. They explain things well and would be good for those wanting to try it. Not a huge selection of fish and seafood but enough to work with. The rolls are not as tight as they should be and a few minor glitches because it has not been opened long but we will probably be back soon due to how much my finicky 5 year old ate. My husband said the seaweed part was a bit funky and he normally likes seaweed in his roll. Not enough to keep him away tho. They have some Japanese imported juice and soda. Soups and some other popular Asian sides. Glad some new places are popping up over on this side of town I hope more small variety of places open. read more

Picked up food last night for dinner and it was great. They have a wide variety of items on their menu. I ended up getting their crab rangoon (which was so delicious!) and making my own sushi roll. Really good sushi and noodles. I grew up in NYC near some of the best sushi in the world and while Fusabowl is not that, it is really good stuff. Good Food. I got a Special Steak FusaBowl and a California Suishi. The bowl was about 50% meat and 50% veggies and brown rice. Tasted great and good "protein" ratio. Tender flavorful steak. The sushi was good, ten 1"-1 1/2" sliced pieces. About 60% rice and 40% crab, creme cheese and veggies. Used a Groupon for $7.00 off my bill. Location is good, right next to Graeter's Ice Cream where old GolfWorld use to be. Luckily there's a full split in Colerain Ave. divider so easy in easy out depending on traffic.
