Visited Fuse for a work event and overall the experience was good. Fish spread appetizer was excellent. Was with a large party so I was able to see various dishes, and everyone seemed happy with their order. I had the scallop entrée with pork belly was very good. The portions are a little small for the price, and while I understand quality ingredients are being used, each dish was about $5-$10 overpriced. There was also an incident which management could have made better by comp'ing a drink or an appetizer but failed to even offer a solution. Our waitress was very nice & attentive to the table, when an incident occurs with guests, management/owner needs to be more hospitable beyond "I'm sorry" especially when the fault laid with the staff. read more

This was our first visit to their new lunch-only BBQ creation. We went there at the suggestion of two gourmand friends. While we were far from being disappointed as Fuse BBQ has a lot going for it that I will enumerate later, we found s few of their staple dishes not quite comparable to our favorites elsewhere. We felt the smoked brisket at least on the day of our not as good as that served at Jimmy Ps Charred, nor was there chili with large chunks rather fatty beef. We understand that it is unfair to pass judgement on the basis of one visit, but as this will be our only visit for BBQ we do so as we have other options. I should mention in passing that we thoroughly enjoy dinner at Fuse as many of their dishes are quite inventive and excellent. The bar also features some unusual cocktails. There is mojito made with real smoke that wife enjoys. If you go for their BBQ, you can expect excellent service from knowledgeable folks. Appointments are not strip mall shabby but nice. Fries, slaw and pepperoni mac n cheese all excellent sides. read more

I have passed by this restaurant numerous times and finally decided to try it. What a wonderful experience! Food was unusual but interesting and beautifully presented. Bacon wrapped dates are a must and melon salad was delicious and big enough to share. The only issue I had was that there are no substitutions with entree accompaniments and this presented a problem for a gluten free diner. The dining room was conversation friendly, which in Naples can be a challenge. Love that it is a husband/ wife team who own this restaurant and are chef and bartender. A very unassuming setting right on Tamiami Trail offers the very best tasting food in Naples. The service is warm and attentive. The dishes were amazingly creative - unlike anything you've ever eaten. I ate the Thai presentation of local hogfish. My wife has the braised short ribs. My mother-in-law had the seared scallops with pork belly. All were excellent. The desserts were, again, unique and incredibly tasty. This restaurant is one of Naples best kept secrets. Our new favorite FOODIE restaurant in Naples! We dined here for the first time and chose it because of the reviews. Have to say as far as food and service this place does hit the mark! Every course we had was prepared with layers of exciting tastes in every bite. We had mussels for apps, both salads were great and then...we had spicy tuna dinner and the braised short rib. The short rib literally melted in your mouth. Finished off with nice surprise birthday beignets that rivaled ones from New Orleans. Can you tell we liked the food! For got to mention the smoky margarita which really is a must try! We went during early dining and they have wine bottles 50% off and we were able to take home what we couldn't finish. Service was outstanding by everyone! One thing to be aware is this place is all about the food/service....The location/decor does not come with a water view, 5th avenue location, etc. it is nice, simple, small excellent fine dining. We had the hog wings which were good and mussels which were ok. Unfortunately the steak had no flavor. I guess they depended on the gravy to make it taste good. It was also overcooked and tasted like it had been frozen.Our guest really enjoyed her scallops with pork belly, but my husband not happy with the short rib.
