Popped in for a solo late lunch/early dinner. Wasn't busy but a few other dinners started coming in as it got closer to dinner. Server was very attentive and food came out quick. Menu had lots of options although I was specifically craving hibachi. Liked being able to design my own hibachi plate. Portion was large (plenty for lunch the next day) and came out hot. Sauce was tasty but leaned a pinch salty, but I like salty food so it was fine for me. Overall glad I stopped and would keep on my list to come back and try their sushi. read more

I was very pleased with the consistent and fast service they offered. I ordered the Fusion Fried Rice bowl, Spring Roll, and spicy salmon sushi roll. The food came out just perfect. Not overbearing with the ingredients nor under bearing. Very balance in quality and presentation. I came at a little after dinner time on a Thursday evening with minimum customers. Had a great dinner here last week. Started off with one of their signature sushi rolls called Crazy Tuna which had fresh spicy tuna on top and reg tuna ,avocado and cucumber inside "Fantastic" Main course was their Fusion Bowl with Hunan Chicken and large shrimp in a spicy sauce along with Chinese vegetables Again food was fresh well prepared. Was not expecting this honestly... absolutely incredible . The sushi was as good as it gets, Maguro tuna had the perfect color was absolutely delicious.. also got the dragon/phoenix and I can't believe how perfectly cooked both the chicken and shrimp was.. each of the sauces it came with had a great balance of flavor as well ... as good as the food was it's the service that does it for me .. top notch customer service.. just moved to the area and will be coming back very soon read more

Be careful when ordering online from this restaurant. Their online ordering app is DoorDash but they don't advertise this so all the meals have a mark up from the published online menu prices even with the self pick up option. My husband ended up paying an additional $4 per meal for our pick up order. When he inquired about it with the management they took an "Oh well " attitude and took no measures to remedy the situation. Very unfortunate business practice. read more

My boyfriend and I have eaten here twice. Both times the staff was attentive and very friendly, however, the first time, one of the meals was so salty, we could barely eat it. My meal was bland and tasteless. The second time, the "spicy" meals we ordered were extremely mild and bland. We had to ask for Chile sauce. The staff is Asian and I am sure they don't eat that food themselves. The food is designed for people who know nothing about real Asian food and probably don't use seasonings when they cook. read more

Decided to try out the new restaurant that replaced Sakura. We were pleasantly surprised. The service is great.; Attentive and courteous. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Don't compare this place with NYC, in NYC this place would be packed, noisy, and you would be standing around for an hour waiting for a table to open up. You wouldn't see prices anywhere like their menu from an NYC food truck getting chased out of town by a health inspector. I was eager to give Fusion Bowl a try. They have a nice, extensive menu and I decided to stop by for lunch. The prices were very reasonable, the food came quickly, and the service was good and friendly. Unforuntely, the Thai red curry that I ordered was not very good. It was very under seasoned and the potatoes that were part of the dish were a bit undercooked. To be fair, the server did tell me that the dishes are generally not spicy. But this was just bland. Even the brown rice was bland and needed soy sauce to give it some flavor. I will be back. I know the place is new and it takes a little time to get things on track. I am hopeful that my next visit will be more memorable in a positive way. read more

If you're looking for authentic cuisine this is not the place. The crab dip was warm cream cheese, no crab. The wontons were very oily. The walnut shrimp was smothered in butter and mustard I believe. It turned my stomach. Was this Asian food? Gross! read more
