Another great experience with Fusion Bowl takeout. This time I had the beef and broccoli and also tried the spring roll. I definitely prefer the spring roll over the egg roll due to having more flavor with its veggies. Beef and broccoli was okay; not the best I've had but not the worst. The broccoli was crunchy and fresh which I liked. It was the beef that I wish was cooked a little more and less chewy. My sister ordered all the shrimp stuff in the bento box and loved it. She also got the lo mien and said it was really good. I think I have found that my perfect bento box here would be sweet and sour chicken, spicy tuna roll, spring roll, and lo mien. read more

Love this place! It's walking distance from my apartment (+1) and the food has been fresh, crisp, and hot every single time! No matter if I pick it up, doordash it, or walk home with it. Their hot & sour soup is the closest we have found to what we had in Beijing in 2018. I prefer their wonton egg drop soup. Their beef and broccoli didnt impress my husband who prefers a deeper soy sauce taste but I love it with the crisp broccoli that isn't overtaken by the taste. It's also one of the few Chinese places that doesn't make me swell up or make me hungry an hour after. We have ordered a few times and our order doesn't vary often...General tsos, beef and broccoli, egg drop wonton soup, cream cheese wontons, veggie egg rolls, chicken egg rolls, chicken satay, beef teriyaki on a stick, and a few other American staples. My only ding isn't even the restaurants fault but $90 for doordash pickup is pretty excessive IMO read more

This is my primary go to restaurant for sushi and Chinese. Even though it is on the other side of the lake, making it a 35+ minute drive, the extra drive time and the slightly higher prices are worth it compared to the restaurants closer to my house. I almost always get sushi, although I change up which roll I eat. The rest of the family gets either a bento box mix of sushi and Chinese food or, lately, they have been getting the curry dishes. What they do not finish, I sample. The food quality is excellent. The pricing is good for the amount you get. The atmosphere is open, with music playing, but not too loud making it easy to have a conversation. The staff is courteous and rarely have I had to wait although I'm certain there must be times when it is busy, I try to pick times so that I am not waiting to be seated for long.
