Dishonest company that I will never use again. Beware they will take advantage of you! They sent 2 elder folks to clean my 1,000 sq condo that is completely empty. No furniture! Carpet was just professionally clean 2 days before. It took them 2 1/2 hours to clean nothing! After asking why I was being overcharged the owner started yelling over the phone that he was a professional company. Well that it absolutely not what I received. To top it off the kitchen floor was still filthy! My complaint went on deaf ears even after he happily cashed my check. He didn't even offer to try mend his horrible work. I emailed the company regarding a deep detailed cleaning of my house. Oskar reached out to me promptly. He answered all of my questions perfectly and was able to schedule a day to come over asap. Today they came over to clean my house and I am 110% satisfied. I am VERY picky when it comes to getting my houses cleaned. I will say that they were very respectful. The moment they walked into the house they took off their shoes, without being asked to do so. Which made me very happy since I don't wear shoes in the house. Once they were finished I was expecting to find something that wasn't done to my standards. But I didn't! They are very detailed and cleaned every nook and cranny. We recently had Oskar and his team complete a deep clean of our home following a major remodel. It was extremely dusty and dirty after three months of construction. I am getting ready to put my house on the market. While I keep a tidy house, it has not been "deep cleaned" in who knows how long?! My daughter and I are both under 5', so I can only imagine how dusty things were up and out of our view. A pleasant duo arrived at my door within the time frame we were told. They were there 5 or 6 hours and let me tell you...they worked hard! My house has never looked or smelled so clean! I have two dogs and you know it as soon as you walk in my home. After getting my carpet cleaned the same day...sparkly clean and fresh and ready to put the for sale sign up! Other reviews I read said they didn't speak English fluently. The lovely man and woman that cleaned my house spoke fluent English but did speak to each other in their language. It didn't bother me at all. Special bonus...they were very sweet to my dogs. The man (I forgot both names unfortunately, sorry!) actually carried one of my dogs up the stairs and handed him to me when my little man wouldn't listen. I had a very bad experience with the clean ladies yesterday. I ordered a move-out service which includes the inside of oven, refrigerator and microwave. But the clean lady asked me extra $60 for cleaning the inside of the oven only. She also asked another $60 for cleaning the inside of microwave and refrigerator. I have to ask her to stop clean my microwave and refrigerator. I feel that I was been rubbed. They are not honest people. I should have my $60 inside oven fee refunded. read more

We will definitely call We Clean OC back. The scheduling was easy, they did a great job, were very pleasant to work with. We had moved into our condo a few months back and asked for a deep clean from another company...I don't really feel we got that until we called this company. For example, the carpets in our rental basically need to be replaced. They were shampooed before we moved in...still dirty. They were shampooed after we moved in...still dirty. WeCleanOC did an amazing job to get these carpets as clean as possible with just a vacuum. Yes, they still need to be replaced, but I feel like we can walk on them. read more

We tried 2 other well known large cleaning services but after several months of cleaning and constant turnover of staff these other 2 companies fell below standard in their cleaning efforts and results.
