I don't really remember why I stopped going other than that I started high school. But seeing my sister do it makes me wanna come back. This is 3 generations . Today I went to see my little sister who is 6 take a class. She loves it! She was singing in the car on the way there "I get to go to karate...". He's also developed more respect in all aspects of his life. A large part of his personal growth over the last year has been due to the influence of his Senseis, who stress respect above all else. It has helped us as parents during a time we struggled with behavior, and we couldn't be more thankful for the positive influence they've had. We also hosted a birthday party at GMA this past year, and it was absolutely flawless. Not only was the party affordable, but we didn't have to lift a finger once we committed to a date. Everything was taken care of for us, from set-up, to clean up, food & beverages, activities and favors. We were able to enjoy the party, rather than having to worry about running the party. Sensei Anderson could not have done a better job engaging and entertaining the children who attended. The ages ranged from 3 - 10, and at no point did the party feel burdened by the age gaps. He simply made it work without any hesitation. Most of the children who attended had never been to a karate class, and some were intimidated by the idea. Again, Sensei Anderson's natural warmth came through, and he was able to coax every single child into participating and genuinely enjoying themselves. Our son still talks about how much fun he had at his party, breaking boards and cutting the cake with a Samurai sword. It was, hands down, the best party we could have had for him.
