    2-3 days after cleaning service.

    Im a disabled veteran with a bad back who has to look for services to take care of things for me since I also have a son who has developmental issues, and I have used this service for opening and closing before. This year was awful. I paid for green to clean opening service. The pool went from green to hazy blue, it has never been clear. I should have refused to pay and been confrontational about it but that's not who I am. I agreed for a bi weekly service and it never became swimmable or clear and clean. My son got in pool twice during the time of service and immediately got back out since he said the pool floor was slimy and stuff at the bottom. Most recently I went out and scrub the floor of pool and took pictures of what came up (I have attached them and this was 2-3 days after "service", no storms, rain or to contribute to what I took pictures of.) The only thing I got done right was the replacement of connecting tube that was leaking. I was offered no "free" or "discounted" follow up service. I was told my sand in filter needed to be replaced, I asked for that service and pricing but was never answered. The sand filter excuse was found not to be true since I have now made my pool perfectly clear in by going to Leslie's having water tested, buying chemicals and following their advice. I had no intention of paying for the last two services, however, they charged my card on file without my permission, and I have disputed the charge with my bank for the work not being done properly.

    If I could give 0 stars I would they don't even deserve 1 The service I have received from Fusion pool employees has been unacceptable. When I went into the store I gave my water sample to the lady working the front desk and showed her pictures of the state of the pool at the time she said it was a green opening and stated it would take 2 visits she schedule 2 visits 5/9 & 5/11. She gave me detailed instructions on chemicals to add and I did exactly as she said. Cost of chemicals was $142.12. On 5/9 crew showed up added the same chemicals she told me to add the days before skimmed and cleaned skimmer basket. Total time was 11 mins. On 5/11 crew came brushed and backwashed they did not turn pump setting back correctly causing damage to the filter and water loss. They also added additional chemicals total time was 15 minutes. I called the office that day and was told I needed a green to clean service? I thought that is what we agreed on so I was very confused by why this was not done. My husband went in to the office the next morning and talked to Amanda who was extremely rude about the situation but she did agree to send them back out, she never said it would be additional cost. on 5/17 they hose vac well camera shows they vacuumed less then 10 minute and only in the shallow areas and here at my home a total of 40minutes mostly walking around the pool brushing. On 5/19 here a total of 16 minutes doing brushing and skim seriously how is this service I asked for. I was out of state during the 5/17 and the 5/19 service but when I returned on 5/21 I have attached a picture of what I saw when I got home a green pool! I paid $275.79 for this horrible service. Over 30 days days I received another bill for $155 seems very shady to me!

But it is clear it was simply bc they wanted the sale bc the services have nothing been short of terrible! They forgot to come clean, charged us for a cleaning we never had and then forgot to order our pool cover! We ordered the cover in MARCH and in AUG the cover was still not ordered! Not only was it not ordered but we were told for weeks it was and that someone would be out to install and finally I called on behalf of my husband to find out it was never ordered! The cover was FINALLY installed Sept 29th!!! They promised us a pool cleaning and they of course didn't clean it prior to covering it and they also left the pumps uncovered Trying to call and speak with Mr Gordy but he continently never available and they never call us back. My husband called 4x and got no answer I called from my number and got answer second ring! The women who answers the calls is very condescending and rude making you feel like you business isn't valued. I am currently waiting on a call back but won't hold my breathe will update review once I speak w Mr Gordy again and see if he does the right to maintain our business or will for sure be switching to a new company of our business isn't valued Response to owner: There was cleaning 4/3/25 that was missed or that weekend also if the order is in Aug why were told it was being installed within two weeks and then when I finally called to follow up I was told it was ordered. SHErry confirmed as she stated "wow I've had plenty of orders come in after this" so clearly it was missed on pool scouts end but sherry conveniently blamed the cover company. (And then FINALLY) placed the order. Long story short is there is no accountability or consistency if there are solely 2ppl maybe it's time to hire more staff to properly run and operate your store. Also a conversation should be w had with Sherry and her attitude and how she speaks to customers. The install should be included in the cover price read these responses says it all don't waste ur money

David was the only one who called me back and within 24 hours. He spent a sufficient amount of time on the phone with us and gave us a free estimate in person. He explained everything we needed to know to make the decision. David gave us options based on our needs. He was easy to understand, professional and punctual. My husband found David to be extremely knowledgeable about saltwater systems as well as pool maintenance and just about everything you need to know about the importance of caring for your pool correctly. Needless to say we decided to have David do the work for us! One thing I know we felt reassured about was the fact that he is a certified technician and works with Hayward pool products to ensure a job done right and support even after the job is done. I saw they had a 4.8 star rating on Google and called. I spoke to him first and asked about having my pool opened. I told him that I wanted to open my pool have it cleaned and have everything checked. He instructed me to click on Pool opening on his website. I already had it open because I looked up his website prior to calling. I thought the price was average, $250 based on my previous experiences. I asked that he check the equipment and let me know if I needed anything else. We discussed that Chemicals would be extra if needed. I have a ready supply of all chemicals that I routinely buy from Leslie Pools. His employee informed me by text that he will be late, more like 11 - 1130am. I later received another text saying that there was no power to the pool. I explained that the switch is right next to the pool but he informed me that he had already left. I asked if he will be returning. He stated he will contact his Boss. I left my office and returned home to inspect and nothing was done except the cover had been removed. I uploaded a pic. I turned on the pump no problem. Unfortunately they had disconnect my salt cell and never tightened up the pipes so water spewed everywhere. I received a call from his Boss, David and he was rude! Told me the opening was them removing my pool cover! What? You must be crazy! We spoke prior to making the appointment and I spoke with him personally. His website clearly states that Chemicals are extra! Why would chemicals be extra if adding chemicals is not part of the service? I informed him if they finished the pool cleaning I would be happy to pay and have them continue. I explained that his employee had removed the salt cell and left it all connected. He told me his employee never disconnected the salt cell. Not true as I had just cleaned up the pool area next to the pump and relocated the patio furniture to make everything easily accessible. He was very rude, acted like I did not know what I was talking about but stated he will talk to his employee. I told him to let me know. I came back home later that night to find that they had come back and reinstalled the pool cover. NO RETURN CALL. NO EXPLANATION. STILL HAVE NOT HAD THEM RETURN MY MESSAGES. My wife and I did the service ourselves. Done in less then 30 minutes. Lesson learned. I do not know how they have such a high rating on Google.
