It doesn't damage the roof of the mouth like some baguettes would. ....the pork, juicy, flavorful, and succulent. ....the pickles, sweet (as they should be). ....the dijon, that proper amount of spicy, the nasal heat one would expect. All and all, what I would expect from a proper Cuban. It takes me back to ABQ and a particular Cuban Family restaurant that I regard in high esteem.
