We were in the midst of closing our account with a larger company and they were charging extremely high prices to shred. Long story short, these wonderful people gave us good prices and their customer service was out of this world. This was the first time I've used a shredding service. I found them here on yelp. They are very professional and friendly. I really like how their vehicle shreds on-site. I scheduled the appointment with Don and his son Chad came out to my home the next morning. I had about 200 pounds of papers boxed up. It only too Chad about 10 minutes to shred it all with their state-of-the-art vehicle. Total cost was $85 which was same as estimated. Clean and quick service. Just used them today and had a great experience. I only review on yelp when someone really stood out, and they did. This was a smaller residential job, I had 20 file boxes that I was dreading lugging to staples and feeding inch by inch through the little slot in the lock box, then my husband looked these guys up. At $5 per box, it came out to $100 for everything. It was painless, they showed up next day and were courteous, professional, and quick! The easiest check off on my to do list! The guy that came, Chad, was even really nice about the fact that I screwed up on the time they said they would come and he had to come back twice, completely my fault.
