The "regular" size is HUGE and was more like 2 servings. I added the baked salmon to my mixed greens bowl, and it was very filling for my lunch over 2 days. That makes the price of the bowl totally worth it. All of it delicious! They had a pan of fresh-baked cookies out, and I had to get one.
