We went on a whim on a weekend night when we were craving tacos. The food absolutely hit the spot. I got tacos al pastor and it was one of the best versions I've ever had. My bf got the California burrito. Apparently they put fries in the burrito. It was unexpected but he obviously liked it since it disappeared rather quickly. I got a horchata which was a delicious complement to the food. The owner who is super friendly happened to be there that night and he rang up our order. He mentioned that his wife is the chef and they are planning to add some more specialty items to the menu. The place is small but cozy- I think a lot of people get takeout - and the parking isn't ideal but the amazing food is definitely worth a trip. We will definitely go back!

Let me just say.....this place is GOOD. They're doing it and making everything from scratch, and the flavors in each dish completely make the difference from anywhere else I've been. Taco Loco, hands down, is the best place in Georgia. We spoke with one of the employees, and he explained how they created and perfected the menu, making everything unique and different from other place, they stand out from the crowd. I loved that he took the time to speak with us about their process, which made this place the best. If you have not been or haven't been in a while, come on out to Taco Loco and enjoy the Goodness. "Trust me, you won't be disappointed!!!!!"

The price for the birria tacos threw us off at first, but we tried it and it was worth it. The food was delicious My wife said the birria tacos had so many different flavors and they are better than any other place. I had chicken nachos and those were really good. The restaurant isn't a place to stay and dine. The store itself looked nice and gave a street food kind of feel.

Taco Loco is loco bueño! The tacos are legit. Had the birria tacos. Very tasty and generously filled with meat. The consommé was very savory and tasty. Better than the places with Birria in their name. The Al pastor was charred well and paired with pineapple. So very perfect. The carnitas tacos tasted good but were a little fatty. The restaurant is small but quaint. The owner was super nice and attentive. We will be back for sure!!

This is THE BEST off the beaten path taco joint. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews. This place has new owners and they are doing it right! Yes, there's the $1 taco but my favorite is the gordita. My husband and I eat here every week. He loves the taco loco taco. If you want authentic Mexican tacos and other yummy things, get in there immediately! And the parking is easy, no having to drive around the square hoping to find a spot.

They just changed management & staff... I usually come here for the 99cent taco and nachos. I wanted chicken, but I guess with new management, they only offer beef tacos. That taco was good. But my nachos... I did not like them, they're usually delicious, but everything was different.... The taste was not the same. I did not have that same delicious excitement as I bit into the first nacho. They were actually cold... idk how, because I sat inside and ate them as soon they gave them to me. They must not use warm nacho chips like the last management. Also, the chicken had that very salty, tart burned grill taste. Idk if I will be returning anytime soon, this use to be my spot. I hate how so many things in Marietta is changing. They're taking away our original community spots & turning them upside down :(

Edit- manager is also now messaging me accusing me of lying and being rude in the private messaging instead of offering an apology or something. I even gave them a heads up before I posted my review and they just said "okay" and hung up. They did not try to fix it. Then to accuse me of putting the grease in the box?! Are you serious?!!!!! (See photos) I hope yelp doesn't delete this review because customers have a right to tell their experiences and just because you assume someone doesn't speak Spanish does not mean that they do not! Birria is trash. Consume is nothing but oil where is the flavor? The taco is loaded with some kind of cheap cheese that adds no flavor instead of Oaxaca or some other flavorful cheese. The meat inside the taco is nonexistent. Also why is there hair inside of my container?! It is also VERY soggy. Just all around a fail especially when the owner keeps emphasizing how much quality she is using in her cooking. The container was so oily I had to put my tacos in a different container and they are still a soggy mess. PS-I see you responded but did not even take the time to read my full review. That speaks to the lack of follow through as well. The original container is shown here along with the one I moved it to. I also have tried these tacos on three separate occasions before writing this review and every time they were not balance and overly soggy. I even asked that they not be wrapped and suffocated in the tin foil this time hoping it would make a difference yet there were still exceptionally soggy. I was trying to be considerate by not referring to the other times that I came. However, if I add that then I could speak to more inconsistency in pricing and quality as well. Also I called before writing this review so you had the opportunity to correct it but instead the lady who answered the phone just said "Okay" and hung up. Maybe be sure that you treat all your customers with the same level of care even if they look different. No

Customer Service: 5 stars: the young lady ringing us up on 6-6-19 around 5p was pleasant and explained the items on the menu i questioned. Cleanliness: 4 stars: they can be a tad more tidy. Making sure the floors are swept; i stepped on a lime wedge. The tables could be wiped down a little better. Besides that no real complaints. Food: 4.5 stars: the tacos are good, the burritos are huge, the nachos are decent, no real complaints on the food besides needing a hint of salt. Giving 4.5 on food because i want to try more items. Price point: 5 stars: GREAT VALUE! i felt i got my monies worth and was very satisfied with my purchase. Overall: i would come back. Pleasant service, good food, and good prices. Fyi: lunch specials from open until 3pm. Menuedo on the weekend.

Yes it is a chicken taco under there lol

Made another Pitstop just to try their tacos. Of course I got the $.99 tacos, which were the beef or chicken. They also have $1.59 tacos as well as $2.99 premium. The staff was very informative and friendly. If you looking for that authentic taco taste, this is the place to go.

Manuel recently acquired the restaurant in December, and he has truly transformed the place! The cleanliness is impeccable, and Manuel's friendly and approachable nature adds to the experience. The food is outstanding, and I'll definitely return for more!

Great food, great service and clean. It's a small right on the corner. I usually park in the back of the restaurant.

Having driven by Taco Loco many times, I was curious to try it. My husband and I stopped in for a quick dinner on a Saturday evening. The parking lot is basically one parking spot, but we were the only ones there, so we got the spot. It's a tiny little place, but there are a few tables to sit at inside. We ordered at the counter and our food came out super fast. I got the "Taco Loco," which came with al pastor, chorizo, cheese, onions, and cilantro. It was a pretty big taco with lots of filling, a lot more than most street tacos I've seen. I was happy I didn't need more than one taco for a meal. It was all fresh and delicious. I got sides of rice and beans which were good too, not the most flavorful ever, but pretty good. They had a salsa bar on ice. Everything was clean. They had a large fan circulating air, but the air conditioner seemed to be out of order. It was really hot and the setting sun was brightly shining through the window, but I guess it just added to the ambiance.

Had a #6 (taco and enchilada). The taco came in a separate dish (okay) but fell apart when I tried to pick it up. I've eaten Mexican food for 50 years and this was the worst I've ever had (not kidding). The enchilada was cheese and there was plenty but it was about as dry as it could be. A little sauce would have definitely helped. The server was very attentive on the front end. When we were done, I had to flag the manager for our checks. He got right on it but 10 minutes later we were still sitting there, waiting to pay. I had to flag the manager down again. This was unacceptable. Even with 3 stars, I would never eat here again.

While service can be inconsistent and parking can be difficult to find in peak times, here are some of the redeeming factors: - mini poke tacos: love these more than the variation Mac's carries on their menu. I will say they may use a hair too much aioli at times, but the marinated tuna is a win. - queso is always a win.
