We had dinner again........been to fuzio' s now 3 times in 2 weeks and it was AMAZING. Thanks to the manger,he has invited my husband and I to try this amazing hidden taste of heaven ...again. I am not sure what has happened but the food is Better then ever. We started with the Cesar salad....if you love a good Cesar salad that is made with love and homemade dressing this is the place.....to the juicy ribeye....every bite was worth it.....very lite heat from the Chipotle butter that was glazed on the steak after it's been cooking I couldn't believe what I was eating it was so amazing and even the vegetables were seasoned just perfectly with a crunch..like I said I haven't had food like this in a long time we finished it with a apple cheesecake with caramel dripped all over it ......this desert is to-die-for! it's two of my favorite things ....Apple Pie meets cheesecake. Genius!!! you have to try this crazy crazy restaurant! They actually try to think outside the box to make your taste buds happy.... so I must say thank you so much fuzios for giving us another chance!!! This was a random stop after a movie at Brenden, and it really surprised me, really good food like it should be expensive, but cheap like denny's. Got some tropical iced tea and an italian sandwich with a caesar salad, really yummy on both accounts. We also got some pasta w/ sausage? or some meat action, i remember that was pretty dang good too. All in all, the food was good, but the price there really did it for me. We got to the restaurant at 6:11 PM. It is now 7:03, and we still haven't gotten our good. This place is woefully understaffed. As far as I can tell, there are only two wait staff working, and I've been looking. It looks like our food might be up, but it's been sitting a while. Eh it's just ok. I definitely agree, this place gets more credit than it deserves. It's fun, the drinks are alright, but not a huge fan of the food. The service was great, we sat in the bar and had drinks and dinner. I have yet to go in and sit at a real table in the dining area, I usually opt for the tables near the bar. The last time we went our bill was a little high for two half salads and two cocktails, but it was a Saturday night and we felt like splurging. read more

Great food! Great service! Wine list was simple, yet special. The martini's were yummy as well. Zack was our waiter and truly made our date night enjoyable. I love this restaurant, this is my first time at this location but I have been to the one that was in Dublin before they closed several times. I had Tomato & Basil Pizza and the Thyme French Fries for appetizers and the Greek Salad for lunch/Dinner. Awesome and I usually order the egg-rolls but they were out. Went to a play at the Gallo & walked over here for an early dinner- weather was perfect for outdoor dining and this looked like the perfect place. We walked into the resturant & they had quite a few patrons. Inside the A/C was quite frosty so I was more than happy to get an outdoor table. The menu is made of some odd plastic that makes it a bit of a chore to look at as it wants to close up by itself...I thought it was just me being picky, when my friend made a comment about having to fight with the menu to see what they were offering for dinner. We both ordered the blueberry lemonade...what a refreshing adult beverage. I think I will have to make this at home this summer. The lemonade was spiked with blueberry vodka & the glass also contained an explosion of fresh blueberries floating around inside. I could have drank these all day long! I had the 1/2 order of the hot spinch salad with bacon, candied walnuts & sundried tomatoes & shrimp...this dish was perfect. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, there were large pieces of bacon & sundried tomato though out my salad and those candied walnuts were a real treat. I would love to have this again for lunch tomorrow. My friend had the porobello sandwhich with a ceaser salad and she gave that the double thumbs up for flavor. We came in on Sunday and was in time for Happy Hour! The spring rolls and the lettuce wraps were soooooooooo delicious. The kids portions were a good size, which was nice, since so many restaurants skimp out on the kids meals and they didn't here. The service was wonderful. Our waitress, I believe her name was Ashley, was great. She was working the bar as well, and the customers (including my family) just loved her. Kudos to this restaurant, everything we had on the menu was delicious, the place is totally cute and the service was just great. I wish I could give more than 5 Stars!! read more

wow that was terrible! Took my girlfriend there last night and they weren't even that busy but service was terrible and there was only the two of us. She ordered angel hair and fresh tomatoes and I ordered the pink shrimp and linguine and for appetizer we ordered calamari. So our appetizer didn't come before our entree. So my Girlfriend who used to love coming here couldn't even finish her food because it was so gross and how do you screw up such a simple dish? My food was swimming in sauce it could have been considered soup. half way through our meal and the waitress checks on us I tell her about the fact that our calamari never came so she re orders it for us. Calamari comes out finally and is bland and the marinara sauce was ice cold. we left most of it behind. The waitress couldn't care less that we had a bad experience and the cooks obviously do not care about the caliber of food they put out. needless to say that I will not be going back to this establishment. read more

Was very disappointed in this restaurant. I was going to be in Modesto for a show at the Gallo theater so I looked for a nicer restaurant for dinner. Found Fuzio online and the menu looks great. We got there and there a good amount of tables open but we were told most were reserved so we put our name in for a table. Took about 25 minutes on a Wednesday at 5p. We went to check on our status on the wait list and they seated a couple that came in after us but clearly didn't have a reservation. We were then seated about 3 min later. We ordered the ghost pepper chicken Parmesan. The chicken had a very rubbery texture and the pasta was boring. We did ask for regular alfredo sauce because we were worried of the spice level. We also ordered the short rib on polenta. The polenta was chunky and the short rib meat was decent. Overall we did not enjoy the meals. We also ordered club soda with lime and it was flat. The waiter was very nice so the 2 stars is for his service. I also over heard him have to apologize to the table over from us where someone's food came out cold. read more

Fuzios catered my friends wedding last year and I fell in love. Best wedding food I've had! It is now one of my favorite places to eat out. I order the Greek salad virtually every time and it's wonderful but what really has me coming back is the cheesecake. It is out of this world! They serve a different cheesecake everyday and they always hit a home run. Whatever flavor they serve, it's just amazing! Came here Saturday night with my boyfriend for dinner before we went to the movies. I've been here a couple of other times throughout the years, and have never really been impressed enough to come back more often. Arrived around 8, restaurant was mostly empty. No host...a guy who appeared to be a manager sat us. No biggie. Sat at our table for almost 10 minutes before the same guy came and took our drink orders. Ordered 1 cocktail, pretty good and didn't take very long to get. Ordered 2 appetizers (Brie and calamari), and 1 pasta (firecracker pork) to share. Apps took around 15 minutes to get. Our 1 pasta took 50 minutes. Not sure why it took so long when there was maybe 7 other tables there, max. Had to hurry and eat that because by then the movie was about to start. I only saw one actual server in there? Must be understaffed. Not sure what's going on. Food was okay, but nothing amazing. Gave this place another chance after 5 years, and It'll probably be another 5 before I come again. read more

I agree with the guy who liked the pre-meal foccacia bread.. the new bread is lacking.. but I LOVE the firecracker pork fussilli ... with habanero pesto... you mix it all together in the bowl with the dab of sour cream they put on top.. and there is nothing like it!! it's so good in the twenty plus times I have gone.. that's all I ever order!!!!! My wife and I had lunch here this weekend at it was nothing short of perfect. We hadn't been here in a while and the downtown scene can get fairly stale if you like to eat out, but Fuzio came through in the clutch. The calamari was fresh, the Revision IPA's were cold and the Fire Cracker Tacos were on hit! Our service was excellent and the patio seating was super comfortable. 10 years ago we started dating here and it's been cruise control ever since. We went to Fuzio's for the first time a week ago. The restaurant was very clean and the staff friendly and professional. We ordered the grilled chicken & roasted peppers on flatbread with thyme potato fries and a mixed green salad with a roasted garlic vinaigrette. Honestly, the entire meal was so incredibly flavorful with its fresh seasonings and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Fuzio's and cannot wait to go again. read more
