We have used them three or four times previously and appreciated the great service. I try to get my area rug cleaned 1-2 times a year since it is in a high-traffic area in my home. I have also referred a number of customers to them in both Seattle and Tacoma. When I requested a quote this week, the price had gone up 33.6% since my last cleaning in November 2024 (initially quoted in September 2024) for a 6 x 9 rug ($189.49 to $253.25, both after tax). After I accepted the quote they told me that there is now a $300 minimum for pickup/dropoff service. I have always utilized the free pickup/dropoff service since my husband and I don't have a car. It was a 2 day ordeal, upon the call to book for the services, I was quoted 399.95 for 5 rooms (minimum fee), but the job was for 3 rooms. The engineer that came over to the house on the first day said that odorizing and protection layer service was free because I was booking it for less than 5 rooms. However he didn't see how he could do the room in the third floor since there was no easy way to get the equipment up there without damaging the walls, so he left. I called back and asked them to ignore the 3rd room and just do the 2. The second engineer spent less than 1 hour providing no additional services promised by the first one, and passed on the full charge, 399.95 for 50 minute work. read more

I've used Fuzzy Wuzzy for rug cleaning and (today) help with the ducts of my house. We ended up with a tennis ball in the heating ducts, and Chris managed to very creatively get it out. This took some serious ingenuity and problem-solving but Chris was kind and patient through it all. I had two large wool/silk rugs cleaned. They showed up when they said they would, and efficiently removed the rugs for cleaning. They said they would return with the rugs on the same day the following week at the same time and they were there as promised. The communication was great. Let me start by saying, after I had a problem the customer service was stellar and they did make everything right by repairing the rug by hand reweaving. My issue comes with the service you are paying for cleaning sometimes valuable rugs. I dropped off a Persian runner with tassels that are braided, I picked up the rug a week later with no mention of any issues at all. I got the rug home and all the tassles looked like they had been put through a very rough sander, they were all fuzzy, several had almost been pulled off. I do not know how the person working on the rug could not notice the damage and if they are working too fast to notice, then this is not the rug cleaner for me. As I stated above, the customer service person was stellar and they did pick up the rug and rewove the tassles back together and the damage has been repaired but the rug will never be the same. Okay, so generally, I am getting ready for work (like most Americans) in the morning. So, when I make an appointment to come get something (IE. a rug) from my home, I'm pretty much on standby until said persons arrive. With that being said, I had an AM appointment for them to pick my rug up and they were 30-40 minutes late. Okay - I understand Seattle traffic, so I let it go. Fast forward one week, where they were an hour late to drop it off (AGAIN). My house isn't that far from their University District office, so I'm confused how that happened. Whatever - I should have just dropped it off/picked it up myself. Now, to the rug. My dog shit all over my new PB wool rug.. It was disgusting. They manged to get MOST of the stain out. I mean, it was really bad, so I'm surprised they got that much out. I didn't opt for the enzyme deodorizer for an extra 70 bucks, and am thinking I maybe should have, but whatever, I can deal with what I got.
