Very disappointed. I needed my carpet stretched. They came out to do the job and the first thing he said was that did t have the extensions needed to do the hallway. The threshold boards at the edges of the carpet, he said. Weren't installed properly? So he did not want to take them out to do a proper stretch job. He used a knee kicker thing to push the carpet. All he did was push the raised carpet areas to a different spot. At first it looked a little better, but now the carpet is worse than it was before. The office person thought it was best to argue with me rather than offering me my $75 back. I would never recommend these people or use them again. I now see why they have so many bad reviews. Got the job done, but this was a frustrating experience that took longer and cost more than it should have. Our washing machine leaked, so I called the first service I found on Google to rent a dehumidifier to dry it. I was a little surprised that it took 8 days to dry, since the leak wasn't *that* big and the area was relatively small. Only when I got the bill did I learn from the notes that the dehumidifier wasn't actually turned on for a large portion of the time, presumably because the tech who moved it in the middle of the week didn't plug it in correctly. (We never touched it, of course.) At no point did anyone communicate this to us. I do wanna say that Liz (the office manager) and Sammer (one of the techs who serviced the unit) were both terrific and easy to work with. I'm just frustrated by the overall communication, and the fact that we had to pay a few hundred more dollars for this error. read more

I won a free carpet cleaning from the apartment complex we rent from, from Jade's Jet City Carpet Cleaning. Calling to schedule was a breeze, the woman who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. I was given a 3 hour window they would come to clean the carpet. Since I have a dog, I had to make sure I coordinated the cleaning on a day the dog could go to the groomer. When the carpet cleaner was going to be late I explained to him that if he was unable to come during the time frame that was given to me I'd have to cancel because of needing to get my dog when he wanted to be here later. He was a little flustered but he re-arranged his schedule to meet my time frame. I very much appreciated him doing that, it was an inconvenience for him but helped me out tremendously. The job he did was outstanding! Removed several small marks on the rug and made them smell clean and fresh but not at all like chemicals. The only issue he had was that I had previously used a SpotBot on my carpet, when my dog had accidents. The detergent from the SpotBot clogged his machine quite a few times. He explained to me to use less detergent in the future as left over deposited detergent actually attracts dirt in the rug. Over all, I was very pleased with Jade's Jet City cleaners. Getting it for free was nice but I'd use them again even if I was paying. The service man was very good and nice. read more

There's a major communication disconnect between the person at the office at and those out doing the jobs. First appointment: the guy told me there was no way he could bring his equipment in because I lived in an apt building that didn't have street parking nearby. Well, nobody asked me about my living situation when I booked the appointment, so we had to reschedule. Second appointment: I was given the range of 10 am - 1 pm. I get a call at 1:30 saying he was coming. Excuse me??? I had stayed at home for three hours waiting, and I had other commitments. I told him to put me down for 11 am - 1 pm for the following Saturday. I was frustrated because the office had their voice mail on, so I had nobody I could contact regarding this. Third appointment: Talked to the lady again at the office, and we joked that "third time's a charm". Note that I haven't thrown a fit over this scheduling issue. We agree 11 am - 1 pm. Saturday comes, and 1 pm I still hadn't heard anything. I called up the guy I talked to last week, and he had no idea what was going on. He did call his lead and they finally called me to tell me I was put on the schedule and they would get to me asap (I get another call and apparently asap means another 1.5 hours). WTF. I finally told them I am not going to stay at home any longer as I have errands to run. They finally came at 5 pm, which I had to rush home for. The guy was apologetic and said this doesn't happen often, for some reason I kept on falling off the books. The overall job was done well and quickly. Very happy with how my carpets look. Feel bad for the guy who had to carry his "portable" in the pouring rain to get to my place from his truck. I want to say I'd use them again, but the inconvenience they've caused me is probably not worth the full value (I had a LivingSocial deal). read more

The carpets are clean--they did a great job there. Unfortunately they gave me a three hour window for arrival, then called and said they would need to reschedule to the next day because one of their machines went down. Next day they arrive right on time, and I mention that I needed pet stain removal, and he says he needs to check his truck to see if he has anything for that, since he didn't know anything about that (although I specifically mentioned it when I made the appointment.) If I didn't have those two issues, I'd give them five stars. The guy was friendly, quick, and the work was good. He did two rooms, plus a couple of rugs. read more

1 star because of their frustrating lack of punctuality. My appointment was between 1 and 4 and the cleaner didn't come until almost 5:30. We wasted our whole Saturday (AND it's our last one before baby comes, we were looking forward to having one last weekend) waiting for these guys and they were super late. We were just stuck at home waiting, with our furniture all moved onto our tile, (since they don't move furniture) so we don't have easy access to our bathroom and kitchen either. Not impressed with these guys at all, this is not how a company should be run. **Edit** I have updated my rating because they finally came and did a great job on my carpets and the cleaner was nice. However, I never did get an explanation for the tardiness and I still don't appreciate being kept waiting for so long after our appointment without even a simple phone call. We have used Jet city for years. Very professional, good prices and they do a great job. We have white carpet and two small children (I did not choose the carpet color btw), last time our technician, Eric, came out he had trouble getting some of the stains out. He remembered that and when he came out 6 months later he brought a special tool to get the job done. That is great customer service in a world of people who don't seem to care. read more

This business is just unprofessional. The manger at my grandma's apartment set up an appointment to get an estimate for a carpet cleaning through this company. An appointment was made for Thursday 11/21/2019 from anywhere between 11 and 1. My grandmother and her care taker waited the entire day not leaving the apartment and no one ever knocked. The company stated they called but my grandmother and the manager said they never received the calls (there's another reviewer on here who talks about a similar occurrence). So my grandmother rescheduled for today and was told between 11 and 1 again. I was here with my grandmother the entire time and at 10:40 I went to take out the trash only to see a note on the door saying we missed them again. The tv wasn't on so there's no way we would have missed a knock, someone with maintenance care to fix my grandma's microwave and he knocked and was let in, someone from A diabetic shoe company came 20 minutes later for his appointment with my grandma and we heard him and let him in. So it's not that we can't hear people knocking at our door. Anyway my grandma called to reschedule and to figure out what could be going on and the woman who answered the phone was rude from the start so I took over the phone call and calmly let her know that I didn't appreciate the way she was talking to my 75 year old grandmother and the woman literally SCREAMED at the top of her lungs "FUCK YOU!! FUUUUUUUUUUCK YOOOOOOU!" And hung up. Called back to get her name but no answer. The woman since called back to say something was wrong with her eyes and her vision and that's why she screamed at me and to reschedule. And below you can see the picture of the owner's response to it all. Very unprofessional and really seems like an attitude of "oh well". So just my review of the crazy experience we had. The manager wants to use this company but I wouldn't if I had a choice. We paid $85 to get a one story daycare cleaned. Just basic cleaning. The worst. The absolute worst. I am appalled. The carpet was soaking wet with chemicals that were not even washed out of the carpet and it stayed wet for a really long time which ruins the carpet's quality. Aleksy, I believe was his name, did not even bother moving any of the furniture, even any of the beds (cots) that we have already set up against the wall, or even the chair on wheels in the office. He was done before half an hour was up. We are still trying to get rid of the greasy soap in the carpet that keeps clumping and clogging up the vacuum cleaner. Currently trying to hire another service to fix it. He also mentioned that we needed to open our windows so our carpet doesn't rot and when we complained he said that he was doing it the way he was taught to. We were not sure whether to replace the carpet or clean but with a 3 year old in the house, we hope to get a couple more years of life out of the current carpet. Horrible customer service. Horrible job on my carpets. No communication between office, the supposed owner, and the workers. I was hung up on by the owner for calling the wrong number on a Saturday. Their office isn't open, so I called the other number provided. He laughed at me and told me he could not help me or answer my questions, and then hung up. Scheduling was fine. The steam cleaning was fine, but the whole point of having them come out was to take care of puppy stains and odors in the carpet. I even reminded him when he said that he was finished...and he said he'd be right back to do that. 20 minutes later....i looked and the truck was gone. They NEVER DID IT. Talking to the lady in the office was fine, she was helpful, understanding and thorough. I was given a range from 12-3, and told that they would call when they were a half hour out. At 2:45, i called to see why they had still not shown up. I was told they were running behind and this doesn't happen (reading other reviews....i call bullshit). When they finally do show up around 4:15, they park the truck in a reserved handicapped spot. They had just turned off the truck and not begun unloading with the nice old man who has the spot pulled up and asked them nicely to move. they told him they couldn't move to the other handicapped spot 4 feet away because they wouldn't be able to get their hoses out. Again...i call bullshit. the spot was identical as far as access to the back of the truck. i had to apologize to my nice neighbor. Then they were plagued with equipment failures but the steam cleaning was fairly fast. took about an hour. Then after i realized they had left without finishing, i had to call and get them to take the extra cost off my bill due to the fact that they hadn't done it. We tried rescheduling for them to come back and finish it but it was going to be another 3 hour window and i was dubious if they would actually make it so i canceled the whole do-over. So i sank 55$ into a service that ultimately didn't do what i wanted. I'm never using them again. read more

I have use these guys 5 times now and am going to schedule my 6th visit. We've had the same gentleman come for the last 3 times and he's done a great job. He has remembered us each time and made a point of letting us know that it was nice to see us again. The first guy did a great job as well. The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars from is that the 2nd guy left quite a bit of water in the carpet and missed a stain completely. I'm sure if we had called to complain that they would have done something to make it right, but we let is slide. They are very accommodating with their schedule and consistent with the prices. I'm impressed. When I made my appointment, they gave me a 3-hour range when they would arrive. He called when he was on his way and got there at the top of that time range which was awesome since I had other stuff to do. He was done in under 40 minutes, was friendly, fast, and did a great job. He was able to get up a couple of patches of black spots that I have no idea where they came from but were driving me crazy. The carpets did take longer to completely dry than I expected but I just let it sit overnight and they were dry by morning. I'll definitely call them again when I'm ready to have my couch cleaned. read more

I can not rave enough about how astonishingly WONDERFUL this company was to work with! Finding bed-bugs in your home is something that I would not wish on anybody! The discomfort, embarrassment and frustration is something that no one should ever have to deal with; but alas, it happens to even the cleanest of people (contrary to popular belief!) I called Jade's on a Monday morning, just to get some general information. How much will it cost, when could you come out to our place, etc... Liz gave me a number and a day; I thanked them for the information, and told them I'd most likely give them a call in 24 hours. Fast forward to the next day; I called and asked if they still had the same availability as the day before. Unfortunately they didn't. They were booked out for a whole week! I was devastated! I asked them to give me a call if anyone else cancelled; then went off to do some more research for a different exterminator. After a bit of phone tag, Liz called me back and said "Hey Gracie! We do have a full schedule, but the good news is that one of those spots is for YOU!" How AMAZING is that!? I didn't commit to anything on the phone the previous morning, but still they reserved an entire afternoon, JUST FOR ME! Wow! Fast forward to the day before the treatment; trying to get everything bagged and out of our apartment; I went to 5 different stores in search of clear plastic bags, to no avail. Defeated, I called Liz; and she BROUGHT THE BAGS TO ME! Along with Pro-Strips and the re-assurance that everything would be OK, and that they would take care of our bed- bug problem! I have never worked with ANY company with this level of customer service! They are just doing their job, but they do it with such EXCELLENCE, and grace, that to them; it's "no big deal!" Well... I'd like to say; that it IS a big deal. This company has succeeded my expectations above and beyond what I could have even imagined. I would recommend them to anybody looking for any service from a simple carpet cleaning, to a bed- bug removal service. I will be coming back to them for any of their provided services for the rest of my life! If I could give this service zero stars I would have, unfortunately yelp does not allow to give zero stars. This is the most unorganized and unprofessional carpet cleaning service ever. They are our apartment buildings referred vendor so we were pretty much stuck with them. Our concierge at our apartment made the appointment for us to come today from 9-12. Once it was 11:50 we called and gave them our number to call us back to let us know where the technicians were. They even managed to mess up writing down our number even after we gave it to them multiple times. I got fed up and called again since my fiancé was the one calling originally. They said they called our apartments management office(they are closed Mondays), and tried to call us. Hello you got the number wrong that's why you can't get a hold of us. They said there was a flood emergency so they couldn't get to is until 3. I'm pretty sure they don't have just one person working at their company. Once they finally got here, the technician asked to use my restroom since he really had to go. Gross, I don't need to know your personally bathroom habits, and go during your break. You are already 8 hours late. And the customer service is horrific. DO NOT use this company read more

I wish that i could give zero stars. I recent moved out of my apartment complex and was told a regular clean was 60$. Mind you i am not a messy person, never ate where there was carpet and never spilled anything so it was very clean. So imagine my surprise when i received my 180$ bill from Jades Jet City Carpet Cleaning through my apartment after i had moved to Arizona. The Bill lists Eric as my technician, states "any size clean" as 60$ ok, "RX20" as and additional 65$ (site says its for extra dirty carpets which mine was not), "xtra dirty" as 25$ (what was my previous 65$ for?), and "stain removal" as an additional 30$. My carpet had no stains! I have lived in 3 different apartments where the carpet actually had a stain or 2 and the bill was never over 80. So beware of these crooks. Unfortunately lesson learned i did not take pictures upon moving out because i have never been ripped off like this before. Never again , take your business elsewhere! read more
