Fuzzy's is inside the Chattahoochee Works food hall, and honestly the setup felt pretty standard. If you've seen one food hall, you've kind of seen them all. We decided to try Fuzzy's, but the cashier interaction wasn't memorable or helpful, which didn't exactly set the tone for a great experience. We ordered a hot lobster roll and the linguine Alfredo with shrimp. The lobster roll was $30, and for the size and flavor it just wasn't worth it. It was a little bland, and it came with what felt like a tiny .75 bag of chips on the side. The pasta was just okay too. creamy but BLAND.They only gave me three large shrimp, plus about six baby shrimp mixed into the pasta, and yes, I counted. Overall, I wouldn't return. I'm starting to notice a trend with food halls: overpriced food that doesn't quite deliver. On the plus side, the food hall itself was clean and there was plenty of seating. read more

I've visited The Works a few times recently just to try out some more local spots that I hadn't previously checked out and Fuzzy's was a must. I'm a lover of seafood and Fuzzy's always stands out to me when I visit The Works but it's so crazy that I've never visited them before. This time, I wasn't going to pass them up. Fuzzy's caught my eye because they have their seafood + ceviche on display on ice for everyone to see. So as you pass by, it's difficult not to look! Since we're finally in a month that ends in 'R' and I'm not pregnant anymore, I felt it was a good time to stop for some raw oysters - a fave of mine. I also decided to enjoy one of their frosé drinks because you only live once. Let me say - delicious. Both of them! My drink was so flavorful, not too boozy but you can taste that it's there and it was filled to the brim. My oysters were so beautifully packaged to go, I told the nice guy behind the counter that I appreciated the presentation but I was about to tear those bad boys up right at the counter lol. They were delicious! Nice sizes, fresh, yum. I circled back around later after eyeing the ceviche and finally decided that I needed some of my own. The gentleman behind the counter scooped me up a portion in a cup and to my surprise, he gave it to me for free. So nice! And wow - was it delicious! SAMPLE REVIEW ONLY! I got a food ticket to try a sample here from the Tequila Festival. I forgot the name of what I tried however it was basically a fried seafood ball with rice. Inside had seasoned rice, seafood like Octopus, squid, shrimp, etc. It was delicious definitely made me want to come back. Service was very friendly and it was piping hot when it came out. I had a frozen moscato and it was everything. I will definitely come back to try their food, but that frozen moscato was the perfect ending to my outing on this day. A friend of mine had their seafood nachos and she enjoyed them. Their area was eye-catching and everyone was kind and helpful. The prices were on par for the area and other restaurants in the space. I like how this restaurant had its own unique decor even though it is so close to so many other restaurants. There is seating around the bar all around their space too. All of them were delicious lol so it was hard to choose. We also wanted some fresh oysters, so the gentleman made us a lovely platter. My lovely bride and I stopped in for a late lunch on a Monday afternoon. We ordered the blackened grouper sandwich, which is served on a fresh bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and tartar sauce. It was excellent. Red hot sauce served on the side. Not once did he hear his name called, nor was he approached or acknowledged in any meaningful way despite making repeated eye contact with the person who took his order. He knew we was waiting, and I know he saw us. After nearly 20 minutes of being ignored, my husband went up to the counter and asked for a refund. He had the nerve to ask me why, and when he told him I never received my food, the employee suddenly claimed the he had called my name. A complete lie. And even if he had (which he didn't), why didn't he say it again or gesture toward me any of the multiple times we made eye contact? Instead of owning the mistake or even attempting to resolve the issue respectfully, he doubled down with attitude, accused me of making false accusations, and flat-out refused to refund me--telling me I had to "take it up with the manager." To top it all off, I strongly suspect this poor treatment stemmed from the fact that I didn't tip on the POS system at checkout. For the record I was planning to tip in cash once I got my food. But apparently, that decision cost me basic courtesy and the meal I paid for. This was not just bad service--it was blatant disrespect, gaslighting, and unprofessionalism. Wow wow wow. Chef Jahmeek truly has such a phenomenal gift with food crafting, quality of ingredients and overall presentation! I was there with my mom and sister per our usual. We were deciding on whether to go with our usual favs (Tyde Tate or The Philly Spot) when we were feeling adventurous. So much so that we decided to give Fuzzys a try. Allow me to affirm your curiosities; it was a great choice and top notch experience. I ate the lobster grilled cheese with fries. I had the frozen Strawberry Prosecco drink as well. I was floored. The food was not only lovely in presentation but also set the standard in deliciousness. My sister got this insanely tasty pasta with lobster. My mother got flavorful juicy fish tacos with the perfect batter. I must mention that the fish tacos are very nicely portioned (unlike most places) and the taste was heavenly. The fries were perfectly seasoned and had the most satisfying crispness. I am very glad I gave this place a shot. I will ABSOLUTELY be back for more. Hostess was untrained, rude, and barely spoke English. Hostess admitted it was the restaurants fault in the 45 minute wait for the Lobster Grilled Cheese sandwich. Kitchen manager (Flora), refused to take responsibility for their mistake, and proceeds to make inappropriate comments towards my group. Fuzzy's food is too expensive for the poor quality and customer service from Flora. Chattahoochee provided a great experience minus Fuzzy. Avoid at all cost until management steps in and makes changes to their staff. It has potential, but based on my experience in the customer service industry. First and LAST time spending money at this establishment. If I could have given no stars I would have, but they made me give at least a star to post my review. read more
