Best Mexican food in Abilene hands down. Their nachos are incredible, their tacos cheap and delicious, and they are open later than pretty much anywhere else. All of their plates are filled with food, too. You won't leave hungry. Their bar is always busy, but getting drinks is never more than a 5-10 minute wait. I suggest the FuzzDriver. Too much salt and MSG in this food! Every time I've been in here it's been hard to find a clean table. The last time I went in there I looked to see if I could find a clean table. All the empty tables were dirty and gross. Needless to say I turned around and walked out. If they can't keep the dining room clean, imagine what the kitchen must look like! Ewww. read more

I decided to give this place another try, I haven't been here in 8 months because the place went downhill as far as cleanliness, taste of food, speed of service. I came back today because other Fuzzy's places are great . I ordered the chicken quesadilla and chips with Queso. The food was made in a timely manner; however it was a tasteless bunch of garbage. The food had zero taste and was the equivalent of chicken I cook for my dog. The place had an odor of sour dish cloths and vinegar. The area to get your own drinks was grimy and dirty, the tea servers were out of tea, and the drink dispenser looked dirty. The cooks behind the counter had beards and mustaches that were not covered. The place is not like other Fuzzy Taco shops found in the Dallas area. Can't give any stars to this place. I was disappointed with my Fuzzys experience in Abilene, I was sad because I love fuzzys!! The food is always awesome and staff is always friendly but the three times I tried giving it a chance there has been a hair in my food every single time!! My fist visit I complained and they gave me another order but it also had a hair in it.. the second time I just left and didn't finish my meal because no one wants to eat hairy nachos!! The third and final time I really was hoping to have a better experience, even ordering something different thinking I wouldn't get a hair this time.. but no.. still got a hair in my order :/ read more

Fuzzys has to be watering down their drinks. We purchased two margaritas on the rocks today & they tasted like diluted lemonade. We talked to the bartender about it & she assured me they didn't water down the drinks. Not that I'm a margarita connoisseur, but I've had them at places like Uncle Julios, Joe T Garcias and even Miguel's here in Abilene that are really good. Fuzzys doesn't come close to them. Got the nachos and I wasn't impressed but it wasn't terrible. Shredded beef with feta cheese.

First time @ Fuzzys Taco....not impressed with the food. It could have been good if the warmest thing on the plate hadn't been my hand. Seriously, not one food item was even close to being warm. I walked up as the assemblers were placing the food on my tray, they hadn't even called my number yet so it's not like it sat there getting cold. Not much worse than cold greasy potatoes and refried beans. The taco meat and shredded pork was cold as well. Hey guys, maybe a platewarmer and hot food would help. The temperature of the food should have been somewhere close to 140 degrees before it was even served. The sports bar atmosphere was fine, I can see why people would find it a nice gathering place. My drink was cold and tasted good but it was supposed to be. Honestly if I'd had a couple drinks before ordering food the review may have been better but I came to eat. Ordering your food is the first thing you do when you enter the establishment. Aside from the cilantro in my taco meat (not good), the food did have flavor but again COLD greasy food was not what I wanted for dinner. Not sure if I'd try again it wasn't cheap. read more
