Came here for burrito day since they were running a special for buy one entree and a drink and get a burrito free. They were extremely busy understandably, but the line went quickly. Decent chipotle alternative! Was introduced to QDOBA during a bachelorette when I was dying of hunger so I thought I should try it again to see if it was as good as I remember. Came here for lunch during a short trip to Colorado. Unlike Chipotle, QDOBA had unlimited toppings including tortilla chips, green onions, GUAC AND QUESO. Yes, unlimited guacamole and queso. The meat my boyfriend said is better at chipotle but he likes the toppings here better. I got the chicken bowl and thought the meat was tender. I've never had the chicken at chipotle so no way to compare. Rice I thought was comparable to chipotle. I'd say QDOBA is better than you'd expect. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I don't normally like fast food but pretty good for what you get. Affordable, lots or toppings, and friendly service. Note that I've only had the bowl and they also have burritos and quesadillas. Not a place I'd go out of my way for but certainly worth trying if you're out in the area! read more

I was in on Tuesday May 20, 2025, at 5:30 pm. The two guys working the line were really patient with my kids as we asked lots of questions and my dad I ordered for 6 people. The food was great, the workers were happy, the service was fast and the resteraient was clean. My kids and I also enjoyed seeing the team members cleaning the grill, cause I knew for sure the that the food surfaces are clean, and my kids liked seeing the machine taken apart. Thanks! read more

The food was probably the best quality i've gotten from a qdoba. The employees running the shift 30 minutes from closing were extremely nice and welcoming you would've thought they were just coming in fully energized and ready for the day. The employees didn't make our semi large group feel rushed and took the time to make sure our orders were right. The place was nice and clean thanks to the employees you'd have thought you were the first customers in for the day. All in all the employees working the shift made the whole experience great unlike some of the other stores in this area. Definitely will return to this location in the future. read more

Came here because we were on our way back to Denver and didn't have dinner prepared at home. When you have family members that have food sensitivities, you gotta go with a place that works. Prior to going in, I made sure to check their menu online to see if this was going to work. Food sensitivities that our family has issues with include: gluten/wheat, soy, corn, dairy. I know... rough. But, when you gotta eat, you gotta eat... but you have to eat the right foods. I made sure to let the gal know what we couldn't eat. Note: not all family members have these food sensitivities. But the great thing about a place like Qdoba is it's a build your own meal type of place. 3 of the 5 meals didn't have any salsa(s). And if you look at the picture I've posted... the meals were quite plain. The people behind the counter were so helpful in letting us know which ingredients to avoid. My meal was a regular rice bowl with white rice, lettuce, chicken, and grilled veggies. It was pretty good. Mini bowls are quite small. Not sure if it was because we didn't add beans (we just don't do beans)... but my oldest kiddo had a mini bowl which consisted of white rice, chicken, lettuce, and guacamole. I probably should have ordered a regular bowl for them. They ended up eating some of my bowl... so I was still hungry. My littlest one was content with a mini bowl with white rice and chicken. Hubby ordered a regular bowl with white rice, salsa, guacamole, veggies. And my other kiddo ordered a kids meal with a chicken quesadilla and tortilla chips, and a juice box. One thing to note... Kids eat free Sundays are only for kids that order a specific kid's meal and with an adult paying for a regular meal. Since only one kid got a kids meal, the other mini bowls didn't count as free. Oh well. So... would we eat here again? Location and staff are excellent. Friendly and accommodating. The food is reliable... especially with all of our food sensitivities. Price wise... I'm not sure. To feed 2 adults and 3 kids (with one kids meal free) came to about $29 bucks. When you're on a tight budget like us... that's a lot of money. Plus, we probably should have asked for a few more helpings of rice and veggies on our bowls. But I am thankful we didn't have any issues with the food. Also, one thing is that as plain as we got our food, it wasn't salty. Compared to Chipotle... I didn't feel the need to drink a gallon of water when I got home. If you are in a pinch and want some reliable yummy food, come to Qdoba. This is a great location with friendly staff. Make sure to ask them to pile on the food too! read more

This qdoba is in a shopping center with a shared parking lot with several other shops and restaurants. The store was clean and well kept. We ordered at the counter. The staff was friendly and our dishes were prepared fresh per our instructions. We ordered a chicken bowl and a burrito. Both were very good. An added bonus is that there is a area outside the restaurant that overlooks the mountains. read more

Service was good but portions at this location are smaller than others. This was probably my 50th visit to Qdoba and was surprised how small of a burrito bowl i got. Only about 5 small pieces of chicken in the bowl. Definitely worth wile to drive to the North Academy or Monument locations if you want better serving sizes! read more

Have noticed Qdoba going down hill with smaller portions after covid but this was a TERRIBLE experience. They would not let us get two tacos for the "Kids 2 taco meal" that says on the sign: 2 tacos, protein of your choice and 3 toppings plus a side and drink. We were only allowed 1 taco shell with a meat and cheese and any other toppings had to be the side. When asked about it they said that was what they had been told to do. Also served meager portions in our two bowls. We are business owners ourselves so don't want to be a complainer but this is the third time we have come here and had this type of thing happen but not this extreme! DO NOT GO HERE! How do I get my money back??? I like Qdoba's food when it is prepared well, though I don't eat at Qdoba very often. This visit reminded me why. When I walked in and up to the counter I was not greeted by the young lady standing there. When she finally said hello and started taking my order I thought that perhaps I was annoying her by placing it. She passed me off to the next person. The rest of the ordering process was as expected. The young man that made my order was nice. When I was at the register area there was a strong smell. It smelled like a bathroom drain. It's a very distinct smell and hard to miss. Perhaps it was some kind of clearer. Whatever it was it was not appetizing. Then as I sat down to eat I discovered that the chicken on my nachos was cold. If it had been at least room temperature then I might not have noticed, but this was COLD. Some of it was starting to get hard on the edges. This was not worth my money. I ate dinner and headed out the door. Just outside the front door stood the guy who made my nachos, smoking or vaping (I'm not sure which) in his Qdoba uniform. It was completely unprofessional and disgusting. No wonder my meal sucked. It was put together by people who don't even have the good sense to go and smoke out back or not smoke at all. Next time I'll stick with Chick-Fil-a. At least they train and manage their people well. read more

Ambiance: Modern, fast food restaurant (industrial look, very similar to Chipotle in design). Counter service with decent sized seating area. Self-serve fountain drinks. Service: Friendly and quick. Food: Their meats were decent enough, but I could not finish my burrito because of the poor quality of cheese - inedible. I asked what kind of cheese they used and they said it was a jack-white cheddar combo. Tasted very processed and had an artificial, almost chemical taste to it. Other condiments were average at best. Won't be returning to this or any Qdoba. For this type of fast food, I will be going back to Chipotle. read more

It's your standard Qdoba but much busier since it's at the Briargate shops. Staff is friendly, offerings on the line are tasty, and they've got that queso dip that you crave immediately after you leave and even though you just had a bunch you still want more (you know you do). Also, throw some of their chipotle crema on your burrito and ask for an extra side. Still prefer Chipotle, e-coli and all, but Qdoba will definitely do in a pinch. read more

I work near this location and have ordered food a few times. Most recently I ordered a steak burrito. Went to pick it up, drove back to work & there was no steak in my burrito. Called and let them know and was asked to bring the burrito back to be checked???? As if I was lying that there was no steak. I said I couldn't bring the burrito all the way back to the store considering I was on my break with 5 minutes left. The guy said he would give me a refund. Over a week later after said refund and I still have no refund and at this point I don't believe he ever issued a refund, probably would just hope i would disappear. I ended up hungry with no lunch, but my vegetarian friend enjoyed. Waste of $10 read more

So I had no knowledge of this cactus-logo'd establishment until I came out here. Turns out that it's actually a pretty big thing in other regions!! I try to refrain from reviewing too many chains, but this was a new experience for me, and here's what I think! It's nearly an overlapping niche with Chipotle. They have oversized burritos, oversized quesadillas, oversized many things consisting of relatively similar ingredients. The thing that separated them in my eyes were the pre-built combinations that you can choose from, and some additional tastes like BBQ sauce and what not. BUT LET'S NOT FORGET ABOUT THE QUESO. In its creamy viscous goodness, I must say that this is what people would choose Qdoba for over a Chipotle if they were right next door to each other! Besides that, I honestly must say that I prefer Chipotle better. Their guac tastes fresher, and I think the ingredients placed in their burrito blend better than the ones at Qdoba. I do also very much enjoy the chipotle tobasco sauce that they have, which Qdoba does not. As for me, I would come to Qdoba not because I crave its burritos, but its queso. My oversized burrito cravings I will still go to Chipotle to satisfy :) read more

This reminded me of a Chipotle Mexican Grill. The only real difference is they use a queso sauce with there offerings. We did enjoy the Coke machine. Ordered a large pick up on Monday at 11:30am- meals for 19 people. I arrived at 11:30 and they were just finishing it up. All 19 of the meals were there and all the eaters got exactly what they ordered. Staff was very kind. Fresh and delicious. We were impressed. read more

In the "We Build a Massive Burrito To Spec Right in Front of You" arena, Qdoba is the Maximus Decimus Meridius of the coliseum. Generally they have better ingredients that are prepared better, more options, tortilla soup (good heavens it's amazing) and free guac (oh lordy the guac). We finally tried this place on Garden of The Gods. Very clean & very friendly staff. We didn't like the flavor of their meat. Has a kind of BBQ flavor to it. Just isn't our style of Mexican food we like. Tried a taco salad & there really wasn't any lettuce. Mainly the spines of the lettuce leaves. I didn't even eat half.
