I was so excited to try this new place. I went on 9/11@ 4:45pm. I did not get what I paid for. What was described on the menu was not what I got. I ordered the Guera: Pollo, quesillo y extra aguacate. (Chicken breast, melted cheese and extra avocado). The bread was good that is all I can say. See the pics of the Torta I received. It tells all. I will not return. Luna market still has the best Torta's in my eyes.

The tortas are really good the customer service horrible they treat you with that nasty attitude (like if you don't like it leave!) they all ways out of something I think they don't even like to work there they're (catfish) - food drinks all way's something Denver location are a-lot better Plus they take for ever to make a torta i spend 25 for 2only 2 tortas

Fast service and great food. The restaurant is really open and clean. Great environment. All the workers speak Spanish but also know some English. Menu is in both languages, English and Spanish. Menu is simple. Mostly Tortas and tacos. A little pricey but not outrageous and definitely worth the price. Highly recommend

Last night, the owner Pam was bartending. First, I ordered a Coke. She told me to go get my glass from another drink I had had and I said no, I would like a clean glass. It's a different type of drink. That seemed to upset her. So then she got me a drink, but it was the wrong one. So I told her and she dumped it out, then with her finger inside of the glass, filled it up with the right soda and gave it to me, I asked her politely for a clean glass since her finger was in it, like literally in my soda, and very rude. She threw something across the bar and she humiliated me and made me feel like a piece of crap just because I wanted to clean glass. Meanwhile, I'm dealing with her, I kept missing the game I was there to play and I lost. I have never been treated so poorly or had such a negative experience ever as at this place. Others there seem to know, but I will not go there and be abused by them. Only go there if you want horrible service with no regards to cleanliness or sanitary practices. As a former business owner, I would never dream of treating customers like that or putting my hands in their glass. She should be shut down.

I tried the cold brew and it was stellar. The service was friendly as well. For food, I ordered the Cuban sandwich. It came out after about 10 minutes and it was HUGE. You order at the counter and then get a number to put at your table. There is a lot of seating, but I can imagine it fills up quickly on busy days. I ordered an Iced Vanilla Latte, which was ready very quickly. It was perfect. Our food took a very long time to arrive. I appreciate that the staff kept me updated that our order was still being worked on, but it took almost 50 minutes for our two items to arrive. They did offer us a coupon to use in the future for the trouble. We ordered the falafel and the chicken tenders. The falafel was very good, but I wish it came with more pita. This was a great lunch that filled me up without being too heavy. The chicken tenders were not great, and the chicken basically slid out of the breading as soon as my husband took a bite. I really liked the vibes of this spot, and even though there was a long wait, I appreciated the kindness of the staff when updating me about my order. We would not order the chicken tenders again, but I would love to try other things on the menu.

We read about it, and decided to give it a try. While waiting to order, another customer came back and thanked the staff for "their genius" because the food so completely mimicked its meat counterparts. But without all the processed food products. The staff were happy to answer all of our questions and make some suggestions. The price point is great and the portions are huge. And everything we got was delicious. I agree with the other customer: these were innovative uses of plant products. We got the Cubano, the bae, and some of the birria tacos. And while we didn't order the Reuben, we did talk to them about how they use the celery root to emulate pastrami ... and it was very cool. We also got the Parmesan truffle fries and the maple Brussels sprouts. And they were fantastic accompaniments. Anyway, this was amazing. And I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. It was that good.
