What a waste of good money. I dropped in after lunch to pick up a to go order. I ordered chicken nachos without sour cream, queso blanco and guacamole. Queso Blanco was good but no chips. I'm glad I had some at home. Chicken nachos had less than 10 dime size pieces of chicken on a bed of broken chips. Now I know why my queso didn't have any chips. But at least it had sour cream sauce drizzled all over it! I just threw it away! I've had better guacamole from the grocery store deli that's been sitting for a week. Very rarely do I give a bad review, I generally give a location several attempts before I go public. 1. This location is absolutely filthy, flies everywhere. The bathrooms look to not been cleaned in a very long time. Soap dispensers broken and the eco lab insert just sitting in the sink. 2. The food....where do I begin. Everything is extremely over seasoned. I am a frequent Fuzzy's in Fort Worth so I am very familiar with the menu. I ordered my traditional Chips & Queso, my pico on top has rotten tomatoes in it...spooned it off The Elotes special ....GROSS GROSS GROSS!! It's corn in some kind of salt gravy ...this is NOT Elotes!! The Elotes Bowl didn't even have corn... Honestly, I should have just gotten a full refund and left. The only positive was the clerk taking our order-she was great:)- We've eaten at this location handful of times, hence we keep going back. Always a good meal, good prices & good cocktails...this time-a Friday afternoon-however, it was truly not a good experience. We ordered a burrito bowl...it came as an actual burrito (whatever, fine, we'll eat it), but it was in the colder side, cheese not even trying to melt, & pretty unflavorful:(...we ordered 2 tacos (beef & chicken). Leaving 1 star because there isn't an option for ZERO STARS. First time to visit this location. I work in Fort Worth and visit a couple of the stores there often. The Granbury store fails to measure up across the board. Nowhere close to the standard I'm used to at Fuzzy's. The food was cold and tasted mediocre, there was no pepper available (GM said the Franchisee failed to order it when she told him to). After the disappointing meal, I went to wash up in the Men's restroom. The hallway to the restrooms had a big puddle with a caution sign. I guess nobody understands how to use a mop. The urinal was out of order and had a plastic bag wrapped around it. God knows how long it's been inoperable. The floors looked like they have never been mopped... Grimy and sticky. Maybe they forgot to order mops as well? The smell was a mix of sewer gas and mildew. But at least the cockroaches liked it. Shoulda taken a pic of that. I washed my hands while holding my breath and felt like I was dirtier leaving than when I went in there. I'll never return to this location again. read more

If zero stars was an option, best believe I'd pick it. Came 45 minutes before closing time and they said they weren't taking anymore orders because they "close in about 30 minutes".... Having worked in the restaurant industry, I know damn well you don't turn away customers until likely 5 minutes before closing. Regardless if you've started putting stuff away. If you start putting stuff away early and have a customer come in well BEFORE closing and have to take everything back out, that was your staff's choice and now problem for not trying to do right in their job. As far as a Fuzzy's experience, a little below average. I was tempted, for a few seconds, to add a s star for location... A few steps off the square, plenty of covered outdoor seating, TVs, a bar... But it's really about the food, and that's where this Fuzzy's let us down. Don't get me wrong, I think it's a great addition to the square, but I also know Fuzzy's can do way better than this (see my review of the Fuzzy's in Weatherford). So to start, I was happy to see Revolver on draft here. I also learned that this Fuzzy's opens early (7AM) for breakfast, which is served all day. If you've been to any Fuzzy's, you know the menu and you know the drill: Order, get number, listen for number, pickup food. Now that I have a new favorite cheep taco place (closer to home), I could not bring myself to order tacos, so I went with a burrito and a side of the habanero sauce. Thuy got a fish sandwich. Dad ordered a single shredded pork taco. For around $6 the burrito was decent. Definitely more food than three tacos, which is what that same six bucks would get you. The habanero sauce seemed watered down and did not pack the punch I was expecting. I augmented with the bottle of hot sauce on the table. Thuy's fish sandwich was a total disappointment. In fact, at first, we did not even know it was a fish sandwich... Alaskan Cod is not an expensive fish, and as such you'd expect to see a bit more of it, but it actually took some digging to find the fish. Take a look at the pictures if you want to see the sandwich. Oh, and the sandwich was served with a side of "Latin Fried Potatoes", which was odd, but good for my dad... Since his one skimpy little taco (with a skimpy portion of pork) was nowhere near the food he was expecting. We warned him, but he didn't listen. And that's why he ended up eating most of Thuy's potatoes. Lastly, unlike our last Fuzzy's experience where we were checked on constantly, at this location we got one unenthusiastic "Is everything OK?" - And this was even before we discovered the "missing" fish. Bottom line: I do hope this franchise steps up it's game. It's a good location and would be a nice place to take a break from the square, but there's got to be something more than an expensive taco to do it. read more

Ordered an assortment of food for my sisters birthday. -the nachos came with 3 spoonfuls of chicken and no toppings, the garlic sour cream was great; too bad there was 2 tablespoons of it -I ordered spicy shrimp, mahi mahi, and pork tacos there was no jalepenos or habenero anything on them -everything was cold, tasted like lunch left overs. -they were thrown in a bag with no markings on the tacos -guac had an unattractive brown tint -queso was good -a shame been here in person with excellent service and food, not sure what happened this time I picked it up at 7:00pm for carry out. read more

Bring your patience and low expectations. I ordered at 6:57 and got my food at 7:35 which was a long time for fajita tacos and tortilla soup. Even after almost 40 minutes, there was no tortillas or hint of tortillas in the soup. There was damn near a head of lettuce on the tacos and some bacon bits on my plate which didn't come with the tacos. This restaurant couldn't be worse if it tried. On my lunch break so I order carry out. While waiting for my food I check my receipt and my burrito is a taco. Had to wait in line again to order more food. When I get my food I check my taco. It was full of black grit from the grill. The cooks are legally blind to let that burrito go out full of black crap. I just want a refund now so I hunt down the manager behind the bar so now I have to wait in that line. Ask for a refund for all my food. After one failed attempt I got my refund. Now I'm late to go back to work and no food to show for it. The manager never apologized once. If there were any justice in the situation they'd all be forced to eat that disgusting black grit taco. The kiddo looooooves the cheese enchiladas here, so we came to get him a bite to eat and a cold beer for mom and dad. The girl who took our order was very friendly and gave us a warning about how cheesey the enchiladas are. Apparently some parent got PO'd when their kid choked and now they have to give a disclaimer. Seriously??? Parents should pay closer attention to their kids or teach them not to scarf their food so fast. But ok, whatever LOL Beer was indeed cold and enchiladas were very cheesey and the kid ate every last bite! He enjoyed playing the games while we chilled for a bit since we were trying to get out of the heat. Everyone we encountered were nice and friendly and we even got recommendations for a place on the lake with a patio. The ONLY reason for the 3 stars was the condition of the bathrooms while we were there. Gross. One of the doors had a missing lock and was unusable, one was out of toilet paper and the other had a toilet seat covered in pee. Updated Review: After hearing that our local Fuzzy's was under new ownership we were excited to try it out! Our last few experiences there before the change were horrendous and we've been totally bummed that it wasn't worth going to.
