We had not had a chance to try this spot since new owner, Juan, took over. Stopped in for a Monday night dinner and it was so hot out that the shrimp tacos with a mango salsa, sounded perfect. The chips and salsa were good. Shrimp in the tacos were tiny but came with a lot of them and the mango salsa was so good. They are planning a reopening soon so I'm excited to see how this little spot grows.

First visit and very pleased we came. Wish we'd come sooner! Now our favorite Mexican Restaurant in Granbury! As soon as I tasted their hot sauce I knew off the bat their food would be very well seasoned. The spiciness of their hot sauce let me know they don't compromise on heat. The queso was delicious as well. The Carne y Fuego was served with a fantastic poblano cream sauce which is currently my favorite sauce. The Chicken Encremadas was recommended and I'm glad I strayed away from my usual tamale plate and tried it because it was incredible! The chicken was so tender reminding me of how tender chicken gets after marinating for 8 hours. I enjoyed the sauce so much I tried to look for a recipe online to try to replicate it at home but no such luck. They were out of cheesecake so we ordered the churros and ice cream with a drizzle of raspberry sauce. It was the perfect dessert to end our meal. The churros were perfectly light, airy, a slightly chewy inside with the perfect cinnamon sugar coating! The only thing is the picture shows 4 churros and ours came with 2. Our waitress provided great friendly service and her recommendations proved to be on point. Will definitely be repeating customers! Highly recommended!

We really like Fuego. Everything I've tried has been excellent. Lydia, their weeknight bartender, is a rockstar! You can't go wrong here.

Food was not good. All four of us had something different and no one liked their food. Chips were cooked in old oil.

Dirty bathroom and no toilet paper. Service was great. Tacos were pretty good. Rice had no flavor.

Being a semi-regular visitor to Granbury, I have always wanted to be able to visit Brew Drinkery,…read moreespecially since I've sampled many, many beers from not just the US, but from everywhere else. My first visit to this location was yesterday, a Wednesday. Two of the people there were the bartender/owner Jacoby, and Mary who was in charge of the selections. Their beer offering was not a printed list, but a list displayed on three big screen TVs. There were 40 taps and only ONE "stable", the Guinness. A few non-Texas beers, but mostly they were Texas crafts. I actually liked that because that was their goal/model. I was able to sample 7 beers I have never tried before. Considering my purchased record at my home store is 707. That being said, if you're looking for a "stable", go next door to The Filling Station. BUT, if you're willing and want to expand your pallette, and you're in town for whatever reason, this is THE place for that. All of their pints are $7-8, a very reasonable price. Came tonight because it was "pint night" featuring Cowtown Beers, four of them. Fired off a flight, enjoyed them all. $10 for all four. Oh yeah, the best part, at least for now, they have the Chimay Cinq Cents on tap for $9.50.

I think I'm still kinda shocked at Revolver's business model. We arrived at their brewery just around 11 and paid $15 each for our keepsake glass and six beers with 8 oz pours each. You learn really quickly that they fill your beers almost to the top. 8 oz my ass. The staff is great and talkative, making sure you know what the beers you are getting are going to taste like. There is a ton of room on site as well. It was a muggy and misty morning (good temperatures though), but the six of us sat at a large table and were able to stay dry. There's an indoor space as well as their main brewery space and true outdoor picnic tables. Plenty of room to work with. I will spend the rest of the review talking briefly about each beer. 817 Blonde (Blonde): I started with their blonde, which was very clean and crisp and a good opening beer. Cosmo Canyon (Strawberry Lemonade Wheat Ale): Probably my favorite of all the beers. The strawberry is more subtle than their saison and kind of just adds to the flavor if anything. Blonde & Honey - Nitro (Texas Ale): Their classic Blood & Honey with nitrogen. I was warned because I guess a lot of people don't know what nitro is. It's unique. I don't fully know if a Texas Ale needs nitro, but it's a cool thing to try with your flagship beer. Yee Hops (Blackberry Lemon Saison): A fruity beer is always fun. I was told this tastes like mustard by one of my friends, but I liked it. It's never a beer I'm going out of my way to get, but it's a fun one to try. Mud Honey (Honey Dirty Blonde): Probably my second favorite behind the Cosmo. It's very light, but I really enjoyed this as well. Sidewinder (A Legacy Southwestern Pale Ale): A stronger beer to close out with. It's slightly hoppy compared to the rest, but still a classic on Revolver's roster that I'd actually never had. I think this place is a must-stop if you're ever visiting Granbury on the weekend. To be able to try so many great beers from an esteemed Texas brewery is awesome, and the barrier to entry is being 21 or older and having less than $20 in your pocket. What a steal. RIYL: So much beer for your dollar that you start wondering how it's even profitable for Revolver Brewing.

Permanently closed. It was really good for a tour of their beers, but they were bought and shut…read moredown.
