You will find this little restaurant along the canal, across from the baseball stadium. It is also near the movie theater. There are a bunch of commercial lots and some metered parking within walking distance. The restaurant has a huge dining area with a bunch of televisions around. You will also find a patio in front and one on the side where you can dine as well. Of course they serve tacos, including their OG selection. They serve nachos, quesadilla, salads, and bowls. and rice. Their breakfast menu includes breakfast tacos and burritos. The staff there was very friendly. The restaurant offers an assortment of margaritas, sangria and beer to go with your meal. Be sure to look out for their daily happy hour. They do not have table service, so you place your order at the counter and then they give you a buzzer that goes off when your food is ready. I ordered a steak taco, a brisket taco, and a beef taco. It took about 5 minutes for my food to be ready. My tacos were good. I really liked the brisket one the best, followed by steak. For those dining in, you will find 2 sauces on the tables: habanero and original. This is a fun, family friendly Mexican food joint that has a decent staff and good food. Great lunch spot. We tried the California Heat taco and the bacon, egg and cheese. They got my order wrong twice but it didn't take long to correct. Both were very tasty. We skipped their Butt Burning hot sauces- both had tons of corn syrup in them and were sweet and spicy. I know some people love that but it isn't what I want on my bacon, egg and cheese taco. We had lunch while in town and it was fantastic! I ordered the birria tacos and my boyfriend ordered the brisket quesadillas. We split the queso with chorizo as our appetizer. I ordered this on Uber Eats. I got the shredded chicken and the beer battered cod. The battered cod was better than the shredded chicken, but both were good. I work down the street and have had lunch at this Fuzzy's probably 60 times in the last 6 months. My service has NEVER been less than exemplary. My wait has NEVER been more than 10 minutes. My food has NEVER been undercooked/overcooked/unbalanced. And when you order extra grilled chicken these folks give you EXTRA grilled chicken. Football game was on the bar TVs... and the food was TASTY. The hospitality from the staff was warm and friendly! Not sure what has happened, but I did not have a satisfactory visit at Fuzzy's. Had taken visitors from out of state after telling them how much I loved Fuzzy's ever since I moved to OKC. However, the tacos were cold, the shells were cold, and the flavor was not there. Got the Baja tacos, and they had very little of the garlic sauce. The tacos were mostly lettuce and shredded cheese. We got a frozen margarita and that was okay. The only positive part of this experience was how fast the service was and the employee who helped us clear our table. We sat outside, no paper towels available. Sauces were sitting out in the Oklahoma heat. Not sure what happened but flavor was lacking. Not positive I'll be visiting this location again. read more

Overall, Fuzzy's is typically a four-ish star texmex restaurant. This location isn't as good as most of the others. I usually go out of my way to avoid this location by going to either the Moore or Chisholm Creek locations. It's always busy with a long line, even on weekdays. On weekends, my advice is to avoid the area entirely. The crowd is pretty rowdy on weekdays and on weekends it gets downright scary. Parking is always a bit of a booger as well. Typically the only parking available is paid parking a few blocks away. There is a small lot behind the building for Fuzzy's customers, but in my experience, it's always full. Catering from here is pretty solid. The catering is always very reliable and seems to be a crowd favorite. For food, the spicy pork or brisket quesadilla and nachos are yummy. For drinks, the most interesting margarita and the poppin' woody are always wonderful. The most interesting margarita has a floating Dos Equis and the poppin' woody has a floating champagne bottle. Honestly none of the tacos will really rock your world. For the most part they're decently cheap and tasty, except for the tempura tacos. I would recommend staying away from those. They also don't have very good vegetarian/vegan options like some other taco chains do. There is really only one veggie taco option. Hopefully in the future they will add a few more. read more

I don't understand the concept of requesting a tip at the register when no service is provided.. do you pay your employees a regular wage or is this the consumers responsibility like it is to fill our own drink, get our food when it's ready, and bud our own table? I would suggest removing this feature, I see no reason to leave a tip and wouldn't have it this wasn't the first time I had been here. The food was ok but cold when it came out, definitely not worth the price listed. Fuzzy's is always a great place to grab food. Despite it being a night with a local Thunder Game, we went just after tip-off and the line wasn't too long. Service: 5/5 - everyone is very friendly and helpful! Food: 4/5 - I usually get the shredded beef tacos, but decided to branch out to get the tempura shrimp. Great tacos, but the point deduction comes from the two sides. The mix-mex rice was decently okay, but the latin potatoes leave a lot to be desired for. Their "Butt Burnin'" sauce is the perfect addition to any taco. As always, chips and queso were amazing. Drinks: 5/5 - I got the Grateful Dorado, which is a Razzmatazz and vodka drink with a sneaky punch of alcohol. Doesn't taste strong at all, but definitely has the alcohol! Fuzzy's is always a MUST HAVE when visiting OKC. And I loveeeee their tacos. My go-to is California Heat; a little bit of spice, avocado, bacon, and a special combo of cheese & spicy sauce. I go for soft shells and grilled shrimp, but they give you the offer for hard shell or tempura shrimp, too. The margaritas are exceptional, everything I've ever had is fresh and delicious; and the service is efficient! They are speedy, and always based on what the customer wants. I am a little disappointed, they got rid of the sopapilla chips, which were my favorite thing on the menu!! The little puff things they replaced them with are just okay, and the sauce they come with legit taste like toaster strudels. Chips are really light and great crisp texture. The salsa is ok thick tomato paste not to much flavor, but the salsa on the food was better a pico de Gallo. We like more of a street taco these were more Americanized. The nachos were good. Guacamole was the star in my opinion. The burrito was awesome too exactly the way I like it. Very nice to have a place for drinks right on the canal. We arrived in between waves of customers. It does fill up but the line moves swiftly. They offer outside seating as well as indoor seating. Outdoor seating had normal height tables. Inside seating had mixed high top tables and normal height tables. Several TV's thought out showing different sports events. You can enjoy the music that is not so loud that you can't hear your table mates. The jalapeno bottle caps were freshly fried and were accompanied by ranch dressing. You have a variety of choices when you order. I got the bed burrito bowl. I expected more lettuce in it but I surely did not go hungry. It came with tomatoes, lettuce, black beans, cilantro, rice, guacamole and corn. The beef was marinated and cooked. I would have liked the beef to be cut smaller since we weren't given a knife. The portiond were a bit too much for a single mouthful. They have souvenier plastic glasses for sale. Reduced drink price when you bring it back next time. They also offer alcoholic beverages here. It was spacious with fun decor inside and nice patio seating overlooking the water. Our food order was good & fast which is just what we needed to get back in the road. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that there needs to be options that aren't hot oriented. There were favorable options i wanted to try, but had heat I didn't want.
