Lunch was better than I expected. It's the typical menu similar to other Mexican restaurants but its the staff that left a good impression. The staff are so hard working. I think we had like 3 people checking on us. Our server was also helpful and attentive. Complimentary chips, queso, and salsa were delicious, but it was very similar to Ted's. We also got to taste their spicy salsa and it was great and there's a kick for sure. I had their beef enchiladas with chili sauce. I was going to get it with red sauce but our server mentioned it was spicy. So that was helpful. Another thing I like about this place is the meatless options. Very disappointing. We are from Texas and have been looking for good Mexican food in OKC for years and finally found this place. Food is good. Service sucks. They have a bad waiter, name unknown, who twice now now has messed up our order. Today, Our food was slow and the waiter came back and took our order again because he had " forgotten it" Likely never entered the order. after an hour (two beers, coke and chips) we simply left. We never got our food. The hostess was surprisingly unfriendly and left us with the impression this was our fault. We did not ask, but I would have expected a decent restaurant would have comped the drinks SINCE WE NEVER GOT OUR FOOD AFTER AN HOUR. I would avoid this place. Los Arcos is a regular stop for us whenever we feel like going out for Mexican food. It's a casual place with authentic cuisine and attentive service. I had the street tacos with beef. The steak is great and the rice and beans are flavorful. Highly recommend. My daughter always gets the veggie platter with chicken, which is also good. I've been meaning to try some other dishes but I can't resist getting the street tacos! The beers on tap are served in a gigantic frosted goblet. I usually go for a Pacifico with lime. It's a fun place to grab drinks, even if you're not that hungry. Taking off one star because the ventilation can use some improvement. The restaurant was slightly smoky most of the time we were there. Smoke from the kitchen and the fajitas never really dissipated. Not a huge deal but something that might want to address at some point. read more

Los Arcos is truly a hidden gem. I have only been here once but had a great experience. I love their set up. Their salsa and spicy salsas are delicious! It's a fun Tex-Mex place that I think is great for family, friends, and big gatherings. They are a big and spacious place. They have so many workers and they're nice! I would recommend asking for the spicy salsa. Would love to come back and try more of their different delicious entrees. Will definitely try the other location next time. I ordered the street tacos and they rated about a 3.6 but the guacamole, the salsa and the charros all lacked flavor. We came in for a quick lunch on Friday around 1330. There was a very large family at the big table but otherwise pretty minimal guest. I can't give anything but five stars for every part of the service. We were sat immediately, the chips, queso and salsa just kept coming. My husband had shrimp tacos and I had the dip trio. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told they did not get my order, and that they would not give me a refund. Therefore, I paid $70 for no food, and poor customer service. About a year ago I ate at Los Arcos on a regular basis. I hadn't been in a while so I decided to go in,and DAMN ! I don't know what happened but they must be out of money. The food was straight out of a frozen bag and what wasn't bag food was can food. It was just the shittyest quality I have ever seen out of a Mexican restaurant; we'll other than that time in Dallas when I found out my Tamales were actually cat. But that's another story. Los Arcos is reliably average Mexican food. It has all the traditional fare for affordable prices. The service is good, but can be slow at times, but the staff is very nice. They have great big tables and booths for two or seats at the bar, so a party of any size is always welcome. Similar to other Oklahoma Mexican food restaurants, they provide you with the full spread of queso, salsa, chips, corn and flour tortillas at the outset of the meal--so awesome. The flour tortillas are delicious. They have TVs so you can catch the game of the day. They also have a full bar serving up margarita's the size of a backyard pool. I haven't tried them, but they look amazing. If you're in the area and stop by for a meal, I'm sure you'll enjoy your favorite Mexican dish. read more

The margarita made this one for me big and yummy. I enjoyed the street tacos too they were made with fresh corn tortillas made off site but still fresh and soft. The chicken was better flavored then the beef. The green salsa was also more flavorful and a bit more spicy then the table red salsa. The rice was ok but the beans hit the spot. I used to love this place but after tonight I will not be ordering take out from them. Spend about 70.00 for 4 meals when my husband brought them home ALL orders were wrong!! Refried beans we're hard as rocks could not eat. I ordered 2 spinach enchiladas I could not even cut them with a fork I had to use a knife but still I could not eat them. I also ordered chicken fajitas for my daughter all she wanted was the chicken with sour cream and cheese....she got the chicken and sour cream no cheese but did get 12 flour tortillas shells.....my other daughter ordered veggie quesadilla they were so grease she tried to eat them but could not...we also got cheese sauce and chips could NOT eat the chips because they were stale!!
