I have been coming to this fuzzys for years and I come specifically for Danny! The drinks are always amazing and the ambience is always fun and vibing. The service is the best at h the is location so I always make the extra drive to come. I used to go to the fuzzys on Arapahoe and Parker but after our first interaction with Danny I make it a point to come here. I always get the grilled shrimp quesadilla or the fajita chicken salad with avocado ranch dressing and it never disappoints! Oh don't forget the margarita! read more

Oh how I wish I'd had the chance to photograph the plates of food before first bite. It only took the one, then I absolutely went to town. Boy was it good! It doesn't help that the mixed drinks are so big- by no means am I complaining, but this little lady gets the drinking munchies pretty easily. The food gets 8/10 stars in my book. Now let's talk cons: The host was quick to dismiss my friends and I to the bar without ensuring we had the correct menus. Besides that, I'm not sure how I feel about the construct of this eatery. I like to be waited on, but here at Fuzzy's the guest is expected to pick up and deliver their own order. This could prove to be an issue depending on the volume of business and possible intoxication of guests. In conclusion: I'd be glad to revisit, but I would probably dine somewhere else if the place looked to be busy. read more

I realize you're busy but 3 out of the last 3 times, you completely screw up our orders. The food is good but it's always wrong and the fact that the third time is for take out and we get home, I'm pissed! We asked for three Potato, bean and avocado burritos and they gave us just potatoes. Then beans and avocado on the side but charged us for them 3x. Great place to get some drinks and food. Is it the best tacos in the area, probably not but they are pretty good. The only thing I haven't cared for is the Nachos as they come out soft and lacking flavor. The burritos have been great. Service is great but slow when it comes to drinks. Fuzzy's... what an odd name for a taco shop. Thankfully, the foods aren't fuzzy. My memory of the food I've eaten there are a bit fuzzy but, whenever I pass by a Fuzzy's location, the people I dined-in Fuzzy's with like to remind me that they weren't fans of the food or service. I can recall that all four to five different tacos plus breakfast and shrimp tempura burritos I've shared were bland or lackluster in flavor. My husband claims that we can make better tacos at home, which hurts because we're really not the best cooks. But knowing me, I like to try any new place in the south metro Denver area especially any close to home. One of my cousins like to mention the customer service we didn't receive while dining in. We were completely ignored while a server? made his rounds at each table, where he asked each patron how they were enjoying their meal. Yet, he somehow managed to skip us but made sure to greet each and every table surrounding us. It was a little off and definitely felt rude in particular to when we tried to get his attention for to-go containers. We ended up asking someone else for help... It happened again when I went with my husband. But oh well, never again. I will say that I did enjoy that Fuzzy's offer dessert options such as churros and sopapillas but, on my second (and last) visit, they ran out of honey. They had icing as an alternative but no true sopapilla lover would settle for icing versus honey. Plus, they give the icing and honey in prepackaged containers/packets... no thanks. read more

My family and I love Fuzzy's! It is fast casual so don't expect a fine dining experience, but if you are craving Mexican food and want your fix quick, you need to check out Fuzzy's! The margaritas are incredible and we always get the queso! My husband's go-to order is the breakfast bacon, egg and cheese burrito and I really enjoy both the quesadillas and the burritos (shredded brisket is my favorite). You can also ask to have the burritos smothered and I always ask for half green chili and half queso. The grilled mahi tacos are also an excellent choice. Went there today and it was not good. The food came quickly but it had no flavor and was very salty. I have always liked the shredded beef and shredded chicken tacos. Really tasty tacos! Grabbed some dinner after my son's Code Ninjas class a few doors down. Easy curbside pickup and friendly staff. Yum yum! Food not the best but it gets the job done. Besides, we all know why we're going there- The margaritas! You order at the counter and get a buzzer to alert you when your food is done. Our food was ready before we even got our drinks (and we got our drinks ASAP!) really fast service and nice workers. We went up to the bar a few more times to order more drinks through the bartenders. Frozen Mango Margs great, but was honestly unsure how much alcohol was in it. They have an extensive list of drinks and I recommend trying them all! As a deep eddys fan, I loved getting the beer-Rita's as you were able to add more liquor in it! read more

Truth be told this is one of my go to taco joints but it's definitely not what it was when they first opened. The service is always top notch, and the food is pretty decent however, it never feels as clean as it should and that worries me. Not sure what it is, maybe they are too busy and can't keep up, the tables are sticky and the soda fountain is dirty. A little more attention to detail would give this place a 5th star. If the basics of a dinning area can't be kept clean what does that say about the kitchen? These are always my thoughts and makes a huge impact on me. I love Fuzzy's! Their margaritas and ambience are great! But why do they keep serving tacos on tortillas out of the fridge? Don't they have a way to warm up the tortillas? Please spend the extra minute it takes to warm up the tortilla and bring a warm meal to their costumes. We were here about a month ago and had to return our tacos because the tortilla was almost freezing cold. Today the tortillas were just out of the fridge which is really disappointing. I came on taco Tuesday and ordered around 12 tacos. Each taco is $2-3 and are bigger than your average street taco but are smaller than a soft taco you'd get at Taco Bell. The tacos were mostly made with flour tortilla but I think you can choose corn. I tried the spicy pork, chicken, shrimp, fish and a few other kinds. For fish, you can get it tempura-style or grilled. I tried grilled mahi topped with garlic sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, cilantro, and feta. I thought the shrimp one lacked flavor. It had the same toppings as the fish one. Most of the tacos all had the same ingredients inside other than the main protein. It would have been more fun if they had a bigger variety of flavors inside the tacos. They have two hot sauces that actually bring quite a bit of heat. What I like best about this place is their large menu of fun alcoholic drinks and their outdoor dining space. They're open for dine-in right now. I also tried the "porn star" tequila-based cocktail. The drinks are large and are around $9-10. They have a variety of margaritas and beeritas. There's plenty of parking because the plaza is new and many of the businesses aren't occupied yet. Outside of tacos, they have burritos, desserts, bowls, nachos and quesadillas. They also have a kids menu and they cater! I also tried the deep fried jalapeno with ranch dipping sauce as an appetizer. The batter tasted really sweet but they were a guilty pleasure. read more

We decided going to Fuzzy's a second try because our first impression wasn't great. Lacked flavor and freshness. This time we ordered the nachos which the menu states "piled high" (see picture) we had a few chips and the shredded cheese amount was minimal. I was extremely bummed digging into the dish the meat was cold, and the pico had no flavor. I'll give credit for their queso which is the only quality aspect to the dish. Last time for us which is sad because I would love to love this place. Torchy's is the way to go. read more

I hope my review can clear up other reviews. This place is SELF serve. You order your delicious tacos and pick them up yourself at the window. The beeritas are amazing! The tacos: delicious. Even the quesadillas were amazing! We are super happy to have one near us. And since they JUST opened and there in a food desert and the ONLY thing like them around expect them to be BUSY! We went, waited in line, fought to find a table in the corner and enjoyed our food and drinks knowing we were going into a brand new busy restaurant. The good things first: the staff is great, every employee was very friendly and the gal at the front counter was very helpful. The food on the other hand was a severe let down. The queso looks amazing, but it is way too runny and severely bland. The potato side item we ordered went straight to the trash. It tasted like it was from the day before, not just in temperature, but it was hard and soggy somehow and tasted terrible. Its a cool looking restaurant with a friendly staff but the food isn't worth it. Maybe far down the road we will try again, but as of now we will just avoid. read more

We're a fan of tacos. Fuzzy's was a pretty decent taco option for us nearby (since we don't venture to DT very often anymore). The staff was very friendly and helpful, and recommended their favorites to us. We loved the loaded nachos with shredded chicken! The brisket and fish tacos were great as well, but the soft shells fall apart pretty easily. There was a bit of confusion on how to get our food though.. we were told to let the staff know that we needed our appetizer and to sit down, but i think she didn't remember who the app belonged to, so eventually served us the app when our tacos came out (as opposed to delivering it earlier). read more

So let me just say that I have had great experiences at other locations, however, this location, although it's been open for nearly 90 days, makes better quesadillas than tacos - and it's a taco shop. Well, they use cheap aluminum foil to wrap the thick tacos in. Unfortunately, I nearly gagged to death after swallowing a piece of foil that fell into the taco that I didn't see. This needs to change. I would rather pay a quarter more per taco if you provided them in something other than flimsy, tear-able aluminum foil. The grocery sells generic foil thicker that it. I ordered some tempura shrimp and they just taste old. Sure, they should be made to order, or are they made every couple hours and microwaved, not sure, but was not impressed by the super dense batter. First time at Fuzzy's: The good: The staff is friendly and helpful. There were a couple of snafu's in completing my order, but I didn't wait long and the cashier was nice and diligent about resolving everything. B+ The guacamole looks and tastes handmade and they give you a LOT. I asked for it to be added to two tacos and there was enough on my plate for 4 or 5. Chunks of tomatoes and cilantro and a nice lime kick. Not the very best guac I've had, but I'd say a B+ Iced tea tastes fresh brewed. Neutral/different: Once you order, they give you a buzzer with instructions where to go to pick up your order. This seems inefficient to me and different from most fast causal places. I think it would be a better experience just to bring it to the customer. C/C+ The not so good: The tacos are bland and dry. You've probably made better from a kit at home. The seasoned ground beef did not taste seasoned and the spicy pork had little to no spicy taste. The potatoes were also dry and even seemed a bit stale. The refried beans were the best thing about the plate and were pretty good, but not good enough to make up for the rest. C- (that's generous, but I do want to factor in the newness of the place). I don't generally write reviews but I was so impressed with the customer service here that I felt compelled. My wife and I came here during the lunch rush and the cashier forgot to ring up one of the items my wife ordered. We didn't realize it until our food was ready. Cody went above and beyond to get my wife's food immediately (did I mention they were overloaded with customers?) When a new place opens I expect some kinks to be worked out - but it's exceptional customer service like Cody provided that ensures we'll be repeat customers. If he's not a manager or in line to be one - he should be. Oh yeah and the food was really good too. I'd highly recommend anyone who wants a good/quick meal and in a place with a great atmosphere to check this place out. read more
