The food is so fresh. Crisp, shredded cabbage atop flaky mild white fish, and a hot corn tortilla - delish! The servers are super nice. It feels like being at your most chill friend's house for dinner (assuming your friend can cook.)

First time here and I'm a big fan of bowls so I ordered the Banzai Bowl with mild wahoo. It wasn't really a bowl -- more like a plated entree. There was a good sized piece of Wahoo on top of rice, black beans and mixed vegetables. I wish I'd ordered the Cajun wahoo -- the mild was kind of plain. Luckily there was a salsa bar with lots of delicious, fresh salsas to doctor it up. The vegetables were a little odd -- they had a sweet teriyaki Asian flavor. They were good but didn't seem to fit with the other southwestern/ Cajun flavors. My brown rice was not quite all the way cooked-- a little crunchy. Some of the other entrees I saw looked tastier than mine. Good portion size. You order at the cash register when you walk in and they bring your food to the table.

One of my favorite places to eat: I see less of them with each year that passes. Great service and ambiance, I always get the salmon bowl: it's good portion and delicious veggies. Most locations have sports on so it's a nice place to catch a game or fight.

This location is outstanding. The service is friendly and the restaurant is clean, with a fresh salsa bar to personalize your order. We love the green salsa and fresh jalapeños. The tacos are loaded with plenty of fish and are on two corn tortillas so they don't fall apart. The cauliflower rice is a great option for the carb conscience customer. The patio has a wonderful view of the front range. Lots of beverages to choose from, including some local beers on tap. The quality and over experience don't take a chunk out of your wallet either. This place has become a favorite lunch spot.

    Rude guy

Cashier was really rude! Not used to this from Wahoos. He was the guy wearing his hat backwards with a day's worth of razor stubble. He was annoyed when I asked him if they had cauliflower rice, when he only gave me the option of "white or brown". He was counting money out of the register, so possibly did not want to be interrupted, talked really fast like he just wanted me out of his hair.

My wife and I was at Wahoo's Fish Taco today. We were the 1st customers. Ordered our food and proceeded to sit outside in the sun as I sat in the old worn out plastic chair it broke into pieces as it seems a second funny I jammed 3 fingers and scraped my inside of my bicep and injured my ribs and Lat muscles on my right side. Every minute that went by the more pain I was in. Crazy! I notified the manager on duty. No apology, No can I get you anything, NOTHING!! He didn't even tend to us or go outside to get the chair off the patio. I was telling my wife. Seems really strange. I am asking for a manager's business so he gives me his card. Lol well, I know he wasn't any help. So he eventually asked if I wanted to fill out a incident report which I did. I've been laid up all day and missed the call from corporate office at the end of business day. So I hope to hear from them today.

I couldn't wait to eat it and almost forgot to take a pic lol

I have just moved here from California and was beyond excited to find a Wahoo's! I was definitely not disappointed! I was helped by Louis who was so friendly! My food came out quickly and they did not skimp on portions! Restaurant and restrooms were VERY clean, I will be back!!

    Fish tacos! Totally!

We arrived early at 5pm and it was already packed! The secret is out! Service was friendly. Margs were delicious. Good was great. Loved that the Burria tacos are crispy and not so oily that so many places get wrong. Chips, salsa and guacamole were great. Breakfast burritos all day which made my friend and husband very happy. I would probably get the tacos next time. We will definitely be back! Parking was easy to find on the street.

I don't remember what I ordered though so at the time it just wasn't very stand out-ish. I recently went back with some friends because I told them I was in the mood for tacos. I tried a few different ones, the Carnitas, the Barbacoa, and the Lengua. I was full with three, but it was so good. I ordered a fourth and my husband who normally gets my leftovers - didn't get any leftovers from me this time! He got a couple different tacos from what I had largely. We ordered about the same, but he got the shrimp which he said was delicious as well. I also tried the signature, Bellanova margarita - I must say that was a little unexpected, not your traditional margarita it was very sweet, so probably not something I'd order again since I prefer stronger tasting drinks, but the coconut flavor in it was delicious if you like coconut. The service was excellent! When we arrived, the interior was super packed and super loud so I was very relieved when we got to sit on the back patio, which turned out great because even though there was a little noise there, we were able to hear each other much better. The server was excellent. She kept checking on us. She answered all our questions and was very kind and accommodating. I've been thinking about the tacos since then, it's been about a week, I can't wait to go back.

The food was delicious! We got $2 chips and salsa off the happy hour menu and the queso con soyrizo (not on HH menu) which was served with warm tortillas. Honestly we probably didn't need all that because the tacos were so good I could've just filled up on more of the tacos, but still was a great meal! I ordered the lengua, pastor, and taco special (breaded shrimp). They were all so good. Think taco quality of a good street taco spot but with the ambiance of a cute tex mex bar. The bartender was great and made a solid marg ($8 on happy hour). You get a great deal on taco Tuesday but I'm sure you'd get great service and quality any day of the week!

I grabbed a seat at the bar where the bartender was friendly and engaging. On a recent Wednesday at 7:15, the restaurant was packed. When I left around 8:30, it was still busy. That's usually the best review a restaurant can get. Loyal customers don't keep coming back out of habit. They come back because it feels like home. The all-day happy hour margarita for $9 certainly doesn't hurt. The second one arrives before you've had time to argue yourself out of it. I ordered the enchiladas with carne asada and their house mole. If you're expecting one of those intensely complex moles with enough ingredients to fill a pantry, this isn't that. Adelitas' version is comforting, approachable, and deeply homey. It tastes less like a culinary experiment and more like something your abuela has been making for decades. The carne asada was tender, the rice and beans were exactly what they should be, and every bite reminded me why comfort food never goes out of style. Before leaving, I made the smartest decision of the evening. Tres leches to go. I devoured it later at home while Netflix asked if I was still watching. The cake somehow manages to be light while completely satisfying. Don't skip it. Better yet, don't pretend you're saving it for tomorrow. Adelitas isn't trying to impress you. It's trying to feed you well, welcome you warmly, and send you home happier than when you arrived. Whether your abuela was Mexican...or Greek...you'll understand exactly what they're serving here.
