They listened to it, was able to get a good idea of the problem from the sound, and I was given a quote before scheduling. He was even able to come out the same day. Once Anthony opened the dryer, he found that only one roller actually needed to be replaced. What really impressed me was his honesty, I had already agreed to the price for replacing the full set, so he easily could have just done the work without saying anything. Instead, he told me only one was bad and gave me the option to replace just that one and save money. I ultimately chose to replace them all since the dryer is older and everything was already apart. My dryer is running quietly again, and I would absolutely call Don's Appliances again.

It got late in the day on the day of the new appointment, so I was expecting the worst until Roman showed up at my door. He was polite, funny, and very knowledgeable. Given the 20+ years of experience he has, he knew pretty much straight away what was wrong with the microwave. Twenty minutes later, and after replacing a fuse hidden above the microwave, we were all done. My pessimism turned into happiness. If you get assigned Roman, know you're going to get great service. Well I was told by the technician that he had the part needed to fix the issue, I told him I needed confirmation from the owner to change the part and I would call him back to schedule. I even told him to please don't use the part on anyone else because I really needed this issue fixed ASAP. Also the quote had *estimate valid for 45 days disclosure* well I call back 2 days later to schedule the repair and was told that the technician already used the part on someone else and the part is discontinued. I asked if I can get refunded for my $75 since they can't fix it and they said NO. So I guess if you don't mind spending time and money on these kinds of things, go ahead and book with them.
