He was patient with difficult family members and organized and creative. His goal was to get the best photos and he was amazing. The videographer was also amazing and captured the entire party. The pre-shoot pictures, done by another photographer, Eric, were also amazing and Eric was also extremely patient and creative and got terrific shots. Working through Larry, the owner, was also extremely easy and a pleasure. H&H is a class act!

We went ahead with H&H for our wedding in July of 2010. We had Eric. The poses he had us do were…read moresuper unnatural and...not having been married before we did not get all the pictures we needed with typical family members. We really would have liked some guidance since as the groom with my new bride: there was no way we would have remembered who we need for photos. Then came the photos and video. Blah! Our friends took way better pictures in both quality and poses! The video was like something from 1980. Static and horrible audio. Again- better stuff came from our family than the videographer. Our friend got married in October and we are now seeing their videos and photos. Our friends used non-fulltime photo/videographers and got 200% better quality than we did with H&H. Sigh. I'm not on a mission to destroy these guys or anything- I'm sure they'll do just fine. However, I would hate to see anyone out there be as dissatisfied as we were.

What she initially said to you was not a big deal - she answers ALL of my emails, contacts the majority of my clients and i really don't have to explain WHY my wife works at OUR business - thats insane .. Here is my response to your complaints as follows .. #1 - Our TVs are 55 inch TVs on 5-6 foot truss stands - no they do not rotate as most of them don't .. It is not our fault or liability if the way the room is designed in conjunction with how our TVs are set up that guests can not see them - we have actually NEVER had this complaint EVER !! #2 - 2 business cards on the table is not our fault if someone puts them there. ALSO, your complaining about 2 cards? Why would my DJ leave 2 cards there - i never did that in 30 years of business - sorry this so offends you .. Also, you can not tell me I CANT bring my cards into a venue .. IN THE email you stated a DJ isn't supposed to have cards at a wedding what if someone asks for them .. EVERY DJ company brings cards .. theres no LAW .. totally ridiculous .. IF you tell this to anyone they will laugh .. DO YOU think this is my first wedding I've done .. this is my lively hood .. #3 - We were given by you a numerous page "thesis" of one big run on sentence of all requests .. requests of things we never experienced or heard of in 30 years .. We couldn't even make out half the things you meant. I can't help it if people didn't want to get up and dance with your sons line dance .. We CANT force people to get on a dance floor. #4. The crew sent to your event has been in the business for 20 years and one of the DJs is also a music producer in NYC .. we use them for numerous events and have never received a complaint only praises of how excellent they are. #5. She took our newborn photos for our second child, and we wanted to make sure we captured this stage of life while also getting some new family photos for our home. She completely understood the assignment. We are obsessed with the photos she took! She was also wonderful with our 19mo old toddler and newborn at the same time, helping get their attention but also practicing intense patience. Highly, highly recommend her!
